Customer service poor, had to find a member of staff in the store to serve, they were talking, ordered an item and was told it would be in store within 2 days as it was over a certain amount, I recieved an email to say it was going to be in on the Fri (ordered on a Monday) a week later and I had to call them, to be told they had forgotten to update the delivery status of my item, very very poor

Visited store today to pick up food for our schnauzer which I’d ordered on line. Lady very helpful in creating transaction which allowed me to take advantage of discount available as VIP customer.

Do not buy fish from here unless you want everything in your tank to die within 3 days. Go to a proper aquarium shop.

Excellent shop easy to get round and see what's on the shelf. Staff are very approachable

I had a problem with my order and my dog needed his Renal food I contacted customer service about my order as advised but got no reply. I phoned the store again and spoke to a gentleman called Rick who was an absolute credit to this store he contacted customer service and made sure my order was chased and even ordered it again. The next day it arrived in store.

Rick, scruffy dirty jumper, and knows nothing about pets and the items for purchase. all staff un helpful and no experience within this store.. Still a job is a job....while your pets at home suffer due to incompetent staff and management... Never again..

Went into store and was greeted by a staff member who said to myself and wife that it would be better to shop on our own next time than as a family with our two children both under the age of 4. I am a vulnerable person and I suffer with aspergess so really struggle to shop on my own. If I did not need the things for our puppy then we would have gone else where.

Big thank you to Zara and her colleagues working today. I came to buy a hamster for my daughter and the staff made the whole thing perfect. So polite and patient as we had younger children with us. Then they helped us to the car. Absolutely wonderful staff today. Thanks so much for a great experience x
