Bicentennial Greenway at Gibson Park has hillside inclines to varying degrees. Good for walking/jogging/biking. Every time I go there, I see something new and interesting.

Lots of trails . Lots of space. Multiple parks and fields to choose from. Friendly people as well. You just have to go see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Took our four-legged furry friend on a sniffari today at Gibson Park. Beautiful rec area with playgrounds, baseball, and soccer fields. Public restrooms are always clean. You can catch the staff there always being friendly and knowledgeable. It's backed right up the Greenway so you can park and enjoy a nice walk.

Very nice park with a nice paved greenway trail that leads to a restaurant and also makes a big loop with observation decks that extend out into the marsh. I saw a lot of wildlife all over the park. Also they have drink machines and very clean restrooms as well as soccer and ball fields.

Gibson Park offers a variety of trails as well as a connection to the Bicentennial Greenway. I hiked the Twin ponds trail and enjoyed the water views and short trail. One downside is the noise and shouts from the on-site recreational fields can be heard from the ponds trails…but it’s still a pleasant experience. I’ve also done the Rifle Trail connected up with parts of the greenway, which I recommend for a longer hike. Although not particularly unique, Gibson is well-kept and great for enjoying the woods.

Very nice, family-friendly park that's well kept. We haven't explored the numerous trails yet, but we plan to soon. The signs identifying various trees was a cool feature. We spent most of our time on the greenway, which was peaceful and had very little traffic. Although I didn't see any posted signs about leash laws (I very well could've missed them), every dog we passed was leashed, which we always appreciate.

Had a birthday party there. 5 stars for the park. -1 for the lack of parking. -5 due to an employee named David that rolled up on a golf cart to fuss about my grandparents not parking entirely in the handicapped space. Then continuing to follow my 93 year old great grandmother as she was ushered to the car, fussing about policies and such. When I, the renter of the shelter, asked if there was something I can do to help, he proceeded to tell me about previous issues that have nothing to do with us, take up over 5 minutes of my time, AND TELL ME NOT TO GET IN A P*SSING MATCH WITH HIM!!! I brought up the issue to another employee working and they were very apologetic and helpful, so I added a couple stars for that. Apparently, they've had complaints on this employee before. It's 2022 guys... If you're stuck in the past, you don't belong in customer service. If the park is represented by employees that do not respect the families that spend their money there, why would I want to spend my money there?!?!!

Great park for littles and for trail enthusiasts. The play structure is decently sized and close enough to the tree line for a good amount of shade. The soccer fields are always well maintained and manicured, as well as the rest of the general areas.

Take my grandkids there for soccer practice. Getting in is no prob, but getting out, I hope you have patience. Crossing over wendover to turn left is no fun.

Nice park with access to trails, the Greenway, two full size soccer fields that are well kept, shelters with grills, bathrooms etc. The beavers are active around twin ponds gnawing down some trees haha, the sunny pond has dozens of turtles in it, lots of birds here too..

This park is absolutely somewhere you need to visit if your in the Greensboro area. The soccer fields are almost golf course grass quality if your having a soccer tournament there it's a great place. This park is definetly a 5 star park. Go see it for yourself you will not be let down

Trails are short and sweet, and easy to run and hike. There are two bathrooms. It is lacking a basketball court though.

5 stars for the trails especially for trail runners or easy hikes. On weekdays its empty and I don't feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot. Not sure what they can do about it but parking area is small and scattered making it vulnerable for car thefts
