Had
a
birthday
party
there.

for
the
park.

for
the
lack
of
parking.

due
to
an
employee
named
David
that
rolled
up
on
a
golf
cart
to
fuss
about
my
grandparents
not
parking
entirely
in
the
handicapped
space.
Then
continuing
to
follow
my
93
year
old
great
grandmother
as
she
was
ushered
to
the
car,
fussing
about
policies
and
such.
When
I,
the
renter
of
the
shelter,
asked
if
there
was
something
I
can
do
to
help,
he
proceeded
to
tell
me
about
previous
issues
that
have
nothing
to
do
with
us,
take
up
over
5
minutes
of
my
time,
AND
TELL
ME
NOT
TO
GET
IN
A
P*SSING
MATCH
WITH
HIM!!!
I
brought
up
the
issue
to
another
employee
working
and
they
were
very
apologetic
and
helpful,
so
I
added
a
couple
stars
for
that.
Apparently,
they've
had
complaints
on
this
employee
before.
It's
2022
guys...
If
you're
stuck
in
the
past,
you
don't
belong
in
customer
service.
If
the
park
is
represented
by
employees
that
do
not
respect
the
families
that
spend
their
money
there,
why
would
I
want
to
spend
my
money
there?!?!!
