The store on N. Main st. In High Point is beautiful but the service is terrible. So terrible, in fact, that you're probably better off not visiting on weekends at all. The photo at the counter says "use the kiosk" (pictured today), but the kiosk (also pictured from today) says they're out of everything. The the other photos are posted from two separate attempted visits. Both were taken at least two hours before closing. The first time I adjusted and made due. The second time (today), I just left. It's clear the staff doesn't want anyone there anyway. I've even witnessed staff members taking boxes full of Product to their cars, and later telling customers who wandered that the item they wanted was "sold out", when I knew there was a box full of that item in the associate's car. It's like a contest to see who can get the most out of their employer while doing the least amount of work possible. I'd like to see the balance sheets and compare them to the amount of product going through that store. I bet if corporate leaders cared to look, they'd find a serious leak. Meanwhile, right across town, the store on Penny Road is stocked and staffed with helpful, professional, and inspired staff members. I for one am never going to the N. Main store again. Do yourself a favor...stick to the Penny road store. At least they are glad to see you.

No coffee or 1/2 and 1/2,and when went to let staff know about it, I was greeted with an attitude (slim female in a blue shirt) and then this is what I received. The sloppiest breakfast sandwich ever. Recently I had came for breakfast with my son and waited a while for my order. Panera followed up with an email apologizing for the delay and to give them another chance. After today, I don’t think I can. After scrolling through the reviews, I will not.

Multiple incompetent employees. For starters, we gave our order at the drive up menu. They were out of several items already. We decided, then made our way to the window. The cashier did not even end up taking our full order at the drive up menu - i had to repeat my order at the window, extending our wait time. She then told us our order of 1 cup of soup, 1/2 grilled cheese, and 1 full sandwich would be $34. My eyes widened and I just said, "wowwww.. ok." And handed my card over. The cashier double checked her screen and giggled and said, "oops, $24." Yes. Funny. We waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes with only 1 car ahead of us (for about 10 min.) someone finally came to the window after another 10 min to tell us they only made 1/2 of one of our sandwiches when it shouldve been a whole, so they had to make another 1/2... so we waited, and waited. Finally the bag was delivered and I checked - three sandwiches were all labeled as a french onion blah blah blah ... I asked the cook, and was told those are just place holders (soooo what is the point then?) I decided to check, and physically opened each sandwich and was absolutely appalled at what was on my sandwich. It was supposed to be the frontega chicken and each 1/2 sandwich had MAYBE 1/4 cup of filling. After waiting for 30 min, I decided that sandwich was not worth $12 and asked for a refund ... after having to repeatedly honk the horn to get someone to open the window again to service us. The first cashier who took our money put her hands on her face and refused to open the window. A totally different person, now a 3rd person, finally showed up - and I asked for my refund. He asked for the bag back - which had all our other food - so I said no problem, we will get a full refund. The guy then proceeds to give me a $10 bill. For a $12+ sandwich, plus the rest of the food in the bag. For some reason, he did not seem to understand we wanted our full refund of $24.41, and tried to explain he was giving me a $10 bill and $2.41 in loose change for my sandwich. He finally got it together after i handed him my full receipt, and he proceeded to give me $21 in cash and $3.41 in loose change. Do not waste your time or your money going here. Corporate, the management, and these employees should be embarrassed.

They gave me the wrong order. Ordered a bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup and a bowl of the new turkey chili soup. They gave me a cup of butternut squash soup and a cup of broccoli cheddar. Broccoli cheddar soup taste like the kind they sell in the grocery store not like when you actually buy it at a Panera store. The North main st high point store is like a knock off Panera bread. After I go back and get my money for this wrong order I’m only going to the one on hwy 68.

I ended up ordering delivery from them way more than I would have liked due to people giving me gift cards and the Sip Club membership. This location consistently gets orders wrong. I think I have received more incorrect orders than correct ones from them. There is a receipt attached to the bag- it should be easy to verify that the correct items are in there.

I love Panera but this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with this chain. And frankly it was completely because of one not trained cashier employee. 1. The cashier lady put in my plain latte as vanilla, then made a note of no vanilla. The kitchen didn’t catch this, so they had to re-make the latte. Because she put it in the register wrong. 2. I ordered the pick two meal. Of a salad and the new baguette sandwich. I ended up paying almost $30 dollars and not understanding why. When I got my meal, I got a full baguette footlong sandwich and my side salad. I asked why I didn’t get the half sandwich to the kitchen and they said they don’t do the baguette in the half sandwich. Which I didn’t know and could’ve been told by the cashier, but wasn’t. 3. My friend got an Apple Fiji salad. When she got her solid, there is no apples on it. She asked the kitchen and they were out of apples…for the Apple Fiji Salad. She would’ve gotten something else if she knew the salad was missing a key ingredient. 4. I also asked to make my pick 2 a meal with a drink and a cookie. The cashier didn’t know how to do that so I was charged for everything separately. Terrible customer service experience. Never going back to this location.

I love Panera bread, but this location ALWAYS messes up my order. They miss items, put the wrong food, when I request something customized, it never comes the right way. Most of the workers there give me attitude when I ask them to correct what is wrong. I’ll definitely stop ordering from them.

After utilizing a reward on my app for drive thru pickup I was told upon arrival they didn’t have anymore and the reward hasn’t been added back to my account as I was told it would be. Staff is generally nice though. Be sure to check your order. After requesting extra I received none even after employee reading my order back to me to confirm. This location continues to disappoint. Also, they’re marking the order ready before it’s actually ready.
