Great theater clean and not very crowded.

I used to work at this shopping center. Great shops and beautiful landscaping. Only drawback is the way the parking lots and roads were configured. Difficult to get to some areas during peak hours, parking interfers with people trying to get to where they want to go. But I still go there because there are places I want to visit. Shops are 5 star, I counted off for the driving frustration involved.

Small and very nice! Good brands located here. Place stays full. Love how the theatre anchors everything.

Great seats, ok prices. Remember to select and pay for your tickets first. Availability can change quickly and the seats may not be there if you wait to pay after you get popcorn and drinks.

It's got some good places for food and a great movie theater. Easy to get in and out of.

I actually don't come here regularly, but I've visited numerous times and it's got a lot of shops with plenty to do! Movies, shopping, eating, I even come here to see my dermatologist! The traffic can be a bit crazy sometimes due to how busy this complex gets, but I think that's just par for the course!

Haven't been to regal palladium in 7 years but it was a great experience; employees were friendly and the theatre room was easy to find. Would definitely go again.

The Palladium shopping center has lots to offer. Some of the shops are wheelchair accessible. I spent a pleasant time there just window shopping. A great place to spend an easy Sunday.

The Palladium Theater is o e of the nicest theaters nearby. I enjoy the stadium seating and reclining chairs. They are, however, starting to show wear. All in all, I would recommend a visit.

It's been a few years since I've been back to one and I'll tell you this. I've never been to this place and now they have powered seats, tickets are paid inside where the food stands are with drinks and well it's all right there and simple. I didn't have any problems.

Went to Texas Roadhouse for grandson's 14th birthday. We were a party of four that between us had 2 steak dinners, 1 salmon dinner and 1 shrimp/rice dinner. All meals were delicious, hot and prompt. Enjoyed the evening.

I always enjoy coming to this shopping center because of the huge restaurant options. I can't comment on any retail shops, if there is any because all I've ever noticed is the food. And the theater of course. Very comfy movie theater. With the recliner chairs, nice and roomy, laid back.

The few times I have been there, it has been clean, including the bathrooms. The seating is outstanding. They had an issue with the theatre that we made reservations for, and we got moved to another one, and we were not told. We were a large group. After getting new seats and seeing the movie, they made things right, and we appreciated them doing that.

I was at this shopping center to visit the Regal movie theater. There's an abundance of parking spaces, but every time I'm here in the rain, I get pretty wet because of the distance from my car to where I'm going. The one thing that I do like is that the theater is in the center of the strip, and there are speed bumps in the parking lot to slow down vehicles for pedestrians. Another thing I like is that the center is well lighted after dark. I have never felt unsafe during my time here.

The entrance to this theater was pleasing to the eye, on first impression. As far as cleanliness, it could stand a small bit of attention. The Palladium has a huge lobby, which I feel is a plus, maybe not for the custodian 😁😆. But as a customer, you don't have to worry about elbow room. Now lets talk about the seating and movie screen. For you movie goers who likes to get comfortable, I mean stretching out. The seats are reclinable (electric)😏🤫😉 and just right for you and your girl, or whatever your desirable choice may be. The movie screen has almost perfect color, and the surround sound made it feel like you were actually at a live show. So, overall the Palladium gets five stars for appearance and four stars for cleanliness. Great Job, Palladium Theater!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes for a repeat customer 😁.

I went there with my family on Tuesday, December 27 to see I wanna dance with somebody, the theater was absolutely freezing so uncomfortable to watch the movie, I don't recommend it until they provide heat or wait until spring to go there.

First time at the theater since 2019. Missed opening of movie because the ticket booth was closed. Had to wait in the concession line to get tickets, even though I wanted no concession items.

Theatre was nice, clean, good service, the only issue was that they seemed a bit understaffed. We could have just walked in without a ticket, went into the movie, and watched it without anyone knowing. Overall, good snacks were good, movie was good, nice experience.

I honestly had the worst luck when I went in there I was having trouble with my card and I had to call my bank but the people willing to work with me I mean I just had to get out of the way so they could get the other customer because I wish up with people there I love that they have different varieties of chicken salad I love chicken salad and I'd seen it before but I didn't think I was going to have time I actually didn't have time to taste the food because I had to be at the doctor now so I'm waiting for the doctor trying to write this review the place was beautiful the people were nice it would have been a whole lot better if my card had been working properly so I would definitely recommend it I'll let you know how the chicken side taste once I get the taste it because I haven't got to taste it yet but I like the presentation it was really pretty I like that they had a lot of cakes and cookies brownies that were homemade they had soups they had various styles of chicken salad and I didn't even know you can make that many but I know it's going to be really good once I get to eat

Good location with plenty of nice places to shop and dine. Easy to get to from Greensboro, High Point, and Jamestown.

My best friend and I went there and it was Great ! Clean Friendly Atmosphere with Awesome Customer Service and the food is sooo good 👍😊

A lot of stores packed in a spread out parking lot which can be challenging to navigate and find the one store or restaurant your looking for. Some stores seem out of place but overall a great selection of eateries amd retail.

They had me sit at the drive thru and dosnr even say welcome to burger King one moment please. When order was finally taking, person couldn't even get the order without me repeating it. Then whwn I was asked to pull up normally at the other surrounding BK it's the front window. Well I pulled and no one was their and whwn the lady approached the window she told me that I needed to go to the other window. Once I backed back the person came and told me it woukd be a few minutes because shw was making other orders and that was wirh an attitude. I left and called corporate to make a compliment. I know its hard been in the FF before but I have always and will always make sure the customers have the most pleasant experience. All it takes is a moment to let the customers know what's going on. It will not always help everyone but it will give insight on how folks reply.

Went to see Jurassic lastest movie..viewed it in IMAX..bring your ear plugs, some things can be loud, but not cause deafness. TOO TOO LOUD. Almost walked out. Would have enjoyed our visit if not for this fact.

I gave it a three star rating because they only had one self serve kiosk open, no staff at the register to buy tickets from.not to mention the staff gave me the wrong directions to my screen, so I ended up in a later movie that wasn't 3d. I paid extra for less, waited an extra 15 minutes for the movie to start minus the commercials. They did have more then 15 staff in the whole building, and more then needed in the concessions stand. Other then those inconveniences the place is nice and staff friendly. I'll consider raising my review in the future, I know concessions is the bread and butter, but y'all had a Walmart greeter scanning tickets and giving directions, and you know exactly what I mean. Where has the nostalgic movie experience gone? imho Replaced by profits an commercials shaming customers for not getting the jab.

Nice lunch specials and great service. Papaya salad is Amazing but esse specify your spice level.

Nice variety of stores. Good parking and the place is well maintained. I recommend eating at Yamato if you have even a passing interest in Sushi.
