Delicious food, friendly service, reasonably clean location (*96.5 health department score at the time of my last visit two days ago), ample parking, good visibility. Somewhat pricey, but undeniably tasty fare made from fresh (*quality) ingredients. Recommended.

2nd Honey Baked ham we've purchased since Nov and both were total disappointments. Inch of fat on the outside of both of them. Not one bite had the previous wonderful crunch of the outer layer. All horrible mushy fat and the meat not even close to what it used to be. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR NEW INFERIOR PRODUCT. We will never buy another one after 30+ years. Quality has gone completely downhill. We tried 2 different locations, too.

Sent my niece to pick up our ham last year for Thanksgiving, an old white woman was very rude to her. I went today(2022) and an old white man was rude to me, assuming I didn't already pay for my ham because I'm young, black, with small children. Asking ridiculous questions before I can even get through the door and didn't even greet me with a "Hello." It's not all the staff but the rude ones are very rude for no good reason. Do better!

There is no place better than Honey Baked Ham, everything is so delicious and also fresh. I love all their food especially the Taven Club Sandwich 🥪 😋 😍 ♥️ it's pricey but so well worth every dime ♥️

Well...tried to wait to eat..But it was so good!!! Staff and quality was spot on...Will be ordering Turkey for Thanksgiving and ham for Christmas!! So worth it!!! Glad I checked them out for lunch..ordered. Classic ham and roasted turkey sandwich...Yummy!!:)))

Very good food and super friendly service. Best sweet tea for miles around. I love the ham salad sandwich. The potato salad recipe changed and I didn’t like it as well but most people will like it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

New regular lunch spot. Every sandwich on menu is delicious. Adequate amount of meat, never a skimpy sandwich; they know what the word sandwich means.

Busy time of year of course but they are really good about having everything ready when they say it will. Not much for customer service or overly friendly. The employees seem to just be going through the required motions of the job and don't make you feel that your business is appreciated or care if you return for future business.

Although the food is good it's not worth the wait when you prepay. Should they not have a separate line for people that have already paid? And then when I finally did get to the front of the line some of the stuff I bought and pre paid for was sold out! They need better management for the lines it's crazy! Will definitely not be doing this again next year!

When I went to pick up my ham that I ordered and paid online.......the line was veeeeeeery long, not kidding. I waited for 1 & 1/2 hours to get it. They should have set up 2 lines..... one for pick up and one for non pick up. It was cold outside too. And then they were giving me a 7 pound half bone in but I paid for 8-9 pounds. I was very frustrated ☹️

Very nice staff and nice looking store. Must see and try their soup and sandwiches! Open all year not just the holidays.

I was the only customer and the Lady looked like she was the only one and she looks like she was not in the mood. I asked for it toasted and the turkey was thick and cold. I could make a better sandwhich than that for $7. I just expected it to be good quality sandwiches because they have their own brand bread, condiments and meats. But never again

This is a well run establishment. Dropped in to get a couple sandwiches. Went with Ham Classic and Tavern Club. These sandwiches are pricey but always tasty. My relative adores their ham sandwich. I just recently discovered they offer ham slices. Once again, pricey but man that ham is good

Wow! I’m from NY and we don’t have HBH there, so glad I was here to experience this meal! Fantastic service and excellent lunch! So flavorful and worth every penny!

I called to get prices and they keep switching me from one line to another never spoke with anyone. Need better customer service
