I went into Harris Teeter and purchased 4 items and was shorted changed by $3.00 when I asked cashier for my $3.00 she stated she saw me put in my pocket, badically calling me a liar! I opened my wallet and turned out my pockets and had to almost make a scene to get my change. If you want to be called a liar and have your money stolen, keep going there!

I really love how loud the self-checkout is. Especially when my card gets declined when Im buying $3 worth of food. I’m glad that at the lowest setting, you can still hear the register from the entrance. Which is where the people are. I’m glad that the attendant was so attentive and came over all 3 times my card was declined because she thought something was wrong and so I had to explain that “I used the wrong card”… twice. I didn’t want her to come over again because there’s only like one row of these registers, which made it even more obvious than just the obnoxious register screaming about my card not going through. Just let us lower the volume more, please. I am going to cry bc my life is so pathetic and I can’t even pretend like it’s not.

Stop in for lunch or dinner sometime and you will be surprised. There is a Asian food bar as well as a hot food bar. We can't forget the well-known salad bar that Harris Teeter has and the delicious made-to-order Subs!!!

Great place to go if you want a bunch of people who work in a grocery store to judge you, and you feel like paying $10 more for every item. No thanks, I'll just go home and let my family do the poor judging of me, haha...

Love this store. They always have the best selection of Sushi, and if they don't have what you want displayed, they will make it fresh for you. The self-check out lines are always open, so there is never a wait.

The deli is superb! They took their time & made the sub to perfection! Even my finicky husband loved it! I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!!

Love this store been going there for over 40 years. I thank Jesse is a great beautiful free spirit. I had a experience in the store. True manager encouraged me to take care myself,and asked if I needed anything or any help. 🦀 legs are my favorite thing to buy.,but over all the whole store is my favorite. Ms Jesse should be promoted to a higher manager. Very caring and professional 💓. 👀

3 stars curbside pickup service. If you use this feature..PLEASE, check the prices of the meat in your order. I have been overcharged twice at this location. I ordered 2 packs of wings. $7.63 & $6.09 on my receipt I was charged $15.26. I asked why wasn't each pack scanned vs being weight together. No one could tell me.

Great selection of meat and seafood. I feel like you pay a little more for some items at HT; but you can find fresh food here that you can't find at other stores. Plus, if you use the VIC card and shop the sales you can save money.

As usual I did not find what I wanted The last few visits to your store there were at least two to three items that were not available. Today's item was Boar's Head Pastrami. How can you run out of pastrami ? And yet when I get to the cashier they ask you " did you find everything you needed" and when you tell them. There's silence because if you're out of the item what can they do about it. Then when you're ready to leave they tell you to have a nice day. As I get in my car to go to one of your competitors to get what you didn't have.

I love this store! They have the best meat and produce around. They are always very nice and a very clean place to shop. They prices are better than food lion and Walmart also a lot more things to pick from. Their products are always fresher and of course taste better than all the other stores!

The subs are really great. They have sub specials during the week. Very clean friendly staff. So today 8/2020 i ordered 4 whole subs. 2 of the subs had No oil and vinegar on them. Thanks for the choke sandwich. No onions which I asked for. Im not getting subs again. Im done, i live to far to have to go bk to redo it. I had to use this on my sandwich that I had at home.

Since I live in Archdale, this store is not convenient for me to do everyday shopping, but when I'm in that area it's a good place. The staff was very helpful, courteous and it seems to have everything needed.

I like Harris Teeter. Their stores always provide a welcoming environment. This one was no different. The store was clean, well lite and family friendly feeling. This particular time I ran into Harris Teeter at the last minute for my mom. She wanted me to stop and get pie crust on my way in from Virginia Beach. This store is the closest grocery store to her house. I searched every spot I could think of for pie crust and didn't find any. So, I asked for assistance thinking maybe I wasn't looking in the right location. Two team members helped me look but to no avail they were completely out of ready made pie crust. So, I improvised. I bought two boxes of Pillsbury pie crusts and disposable aluminum pie pans. The cashier had a great smile and used the store card so I could get the sale price for the pie crust. Yes, the sweet potato pies were delicious! And, YES! I would return to and tell others to shop this store.

My go-to grocery store. I can always find what I need. Their sushi is better than several places in the area that specialize in it too. My one problem is that the stocking has been questionable. I often see out of stock items crammed with other items there are more of or some new item. Because of this, the coffee I regularly purchased was unavailable for several months and I went to Lowe's Foods (which is 10 to 15 minutes farther away) for it instead. This has since been resolved, though.
