    Few people make this place fun shopping. They clearly need more people that aren't there with a depressed face and anti-social behavior. "A smile is your greatest weapon."

    I normally pick up an online order, so I mainly deal with the folks at Customer Service. They are always friendly, immediately responsive and very professional. *A shout out to the employees who fill all those online orders and do their best to always get it right! Thank you!❤*

    I really appreciate Target for their online pickup services. I find what I’m looking for without any hassles. When I get to the store my online order is correct without fail. Thanks Target Associates for a job well done!

    Very disappointed that Target in High Point had foundation and lip sticks on sale, but once I was ready to pay they said it was a mistake and I had to pay the full price. I could had went to any other store and they would had adjusted the price due to their mistake, but not this Target.

    I had a wonderful experience at Target on May 10, 2023. I was assisted by Chris M. in the Electronics Department in the High Point Target store. He was very patient with me as I asked lots of questions regarding electronics and equipment and streaming. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I can't sing his praises enough. Please give him an atta boy Target, because he was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He is a model employee!

    Always a pleasant shopping experience. The store was organized and well-stocked. There was also a security guard near the entrance, but I'm not sure what his role would have been should the store have been invaded by looters

    This Targets selection in Halloween decor, toys and collectibles is dope as hell. And their customer service, even at the self checkout, is amazing. I love shopping there! Target is LIFE!!!

    This is for the High Point location. There is plenty of parking but it was almost full when we went, but oddly, there were only a few people inside. The store is well laid out by category. It was easy to navigate through the store, and I was even able to find some silicone caulking that I didn't expect to find at a Target. There is also a Starbucks as you would expect at a Target. They are noticeably under-staffed. There was no one in the dressing area, so we just ended up helping ourselves. I'm not sure if they have issues with theft, but they could absolutely make some improvements here. Overall, the experience was good, and the location was clean for the most part. Midas 3-stars for the lack of presence in staffing.

    clean store, and was able to locate the household necessities I needed. Self checkout line was the only option for customers and the line had over 8 people waiting entirely too long to check out. Also, the apparel displays were inappropriate for my young children to see.

    I bought 3 pairs of jeans and got wrong size I return Merchandise. Young black boy at Customer service said your money go back in you card. I said well don’t you need my card to swipe it so I can get my money back young man said no. Okay I have called Numerous of times can’t get nobody to answer and I have never received my money back on my card so I need to know what’s going on

    No cashier and very rude person at the self check out. Someone buying for a whole month or two can't use self check out very well and should be able to get a cashier when needed.

    I bought a $500 disney gift card from target. I tried to use it at disney a few days later and it did not work. I called target and target said they would look into it and get back to me within a week. After a week target had not gotten back to me so I called target again and now target said the problem was on Disney's end and to call disney gift card support. I called Disney and they said the card showed a zero balance and was not active and I needed to call target. I called target and they just repeated that it was not their fault and to call disney. I said I just wanted a refund at this point and target said they would not refund me. So I added Disney to the call so they couldn't send me back and forth anymore. At this point I had been on the phone with them for over 3 hours over 3 separate days because target keeps putting me on hold for long periods of time. Now that target, Disney, myself were on a 3-way call target again said they are showing the money is on the card. Disney responded and said they show on the day I bought the card target activated the card and then shortly after voided the card. Then Disney said they could see that right now, during this phone call, target was trying to add the $500 back to the gift card. Disney told them that wouldn't work because they had already voided the card and it could not be reactivated. Target did not respond to this and asked for a confirmation code of when the card was voided which disney provided. I again asked for a refund which target refused and then target put me on hold again. Disney asked to be let off the line and to call back if I needed them again which I did. I am now still on hold. I tried to dispute the charge but it is a target red card so they are doing nothing so far and said to wait for a resolution first. I have been waiting for a resolution for almost 2 weeks now and target is still holding my $500 hostage. I want my money back and have filed a complaint with the bbb.

    A lot of price match issues when scanning in stores and employees being on the same page. Not to mention there is a better way to speak to customers. This is clearly a target issue i general, but the one cashier was very rude and makes me want to go to other targets instead for now on. She also never got a manager, when I asked for one and didn't scan my target app like I asked.

    Very disappointed! I placed a pick up order last Saturday for a Wedding Registry item. Unfortunately, I became sick & was unable to pick it up (I forgot to call them & let them know however, I don't think it would have made a difference). When I went to reorder the same item today, it was $27 more expensive! I called the store to see if they would honor the price. I spoke with two ladies, one presumably a manager but my request was denied. I was told there is "no way we can do that" and "the system won't let us do that". Now, I've worked in retail, granted it was years ago but, if a company wants to keep happy customers, I know anything is possible. I've never been a fan/customer of Target and they certainly aren't doing anything to win me over. I'll continue to shop elsewhere! I'm sure they'll never miss me but, be more customer friendly & understanding, Target!
