    After the Civic I bought here in 2020 was totalled at the end of last year, I came back during a much more difficult car search due to the supply chain issues and shortages. Worked with Corbett Davis again and he really went above and beyond to get a new Civic for me as soon as he could. Between my dad and myself, we've bought 3 cars we've really liked here and enjoyed good service along the way. Thanks again Corbett!

    Great experience. Noticed a great looking truck online and called the dealership. Smooth negotiation over the phone with Jeremy. I arrived at the dealership and was out the door within no time. D, the Finance guy was great. Had all the paperwork ready quick and did a good job explaining what I was signing. Jeremy helped me fix all the settings in the truck. Stuff I never would have figured out. Glad I bought from Vans York!

    Mr. Jose is a perfect sale you can trust, I bought my odessey for my family and the van is also perfect and ordered the civic hatchback for myself. When I walked in the dealership, Jose walked to me and with welcome smile and professional feeling which made me very comfortable. Although this dealership is 1 and half hour from my home, but I will definitely buy honda in the future from here. The showroom is very beautiful and is the biggest among the showroom I have visited.

    This was probably the BEST new car-buying experience I have ever had. Not only is Vann York Honda and its staff friendly, professional, and honest, our sales representative, Jeremy Shadrick, went out of his way to make it a memorable experience for my son, Anthony. He even texted me photos of the car when it arrived on the trailer, as well as a video once it had been unloaded, washed, and waxed. Better yet, he knew we weren’t going to be able to pick up the freshly detailed car for a few days, so he took it upon himself to park it under the dealership’s canopy to protect it from the rain. It’s this kind of attention to detail that separates a good salesperson from a great one. Unfortunately, the storm was pretty bad, but it was the thought that counted. Once we arrived at the dealership, and while we waited for the new car paperwork to get processed, Len and his team in the service department performed an oil and filter change, a tire rotation, and a 30-point safety inspection on my 2019 Mazda 3, saving me the time and trouble of taking it to my Mazda dealer back home. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and the shop was one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I also discovered that the Honda Boost Blue color my son purchased is referred to by the service department as Richard Petty Blue. That’s definitely appropriate given that the former NASCAR car number 43 driver lives just 16 miles away. When we got to finance, the positive experience continued. Brandon was polite, professional, and organized. Based on my past experiences with other new car dealers, I thought for sure there would be something that wasn’t disclosed, something we would have to pay extra for, or a sales pitch for something we didn’t want or need. But that wasn’t the case. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. Imagine that. Although I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for more than 16 years, several years ago I started to lose faith in the company. This was primarily due to changes Honda made to its powertrains, new car shortages, and local dealers that viewed the company’s supply chain problems as an opportunity to take advantage of its customers. In fact, I was so discouraged that I began looking at products from other manufacturers to replace my 2012 Honda CR-V. Thankfully, Jeremy and Vann York Honda have restored my faith in Honda. As a result, I’m now considering the purchase of a 2023 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid—as soon as the company releases a plug-in model that qualifies for the Federal Tax Credit. And when that happens, I will happily drive another 4 hours to visit my new friends down south. In all seriousness, my son and I couldn’t be happier with Jeremy, Vann York Honda, and his new 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring. If Honda is looking for a company to set an example of how a Honda dealership should be run, all its executives need to do is take a trip to High Point, NC.

    I had an awesome experience purchasing a car here. Jeremy Shadrick helped make the experience as efficient and pleasant as possible. I was unable to come view the car I was interested in for about a week but he was able to make that work and made sure the car was detailed and ready for us. Also Jeremy made a point to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions, concerns, or issues at multiple times during not just each interaction, but also throughout the week before and after. He went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service which I truly appreciate.

    They were very responsive when I reached out about a car that I was having a hard time finding. Daniel immediately sent me multiple pictures and videos of the car and was willing to hold it overnight for me to see. He gave me a great deal and everyone there was a pleasure to work with! If I lived closer, I would 100% be coming back for maintenance.

    Spent my birthday at Vann York Honda ordering my brand new HRV, SI and Type R. Jeremy Shadrick was the amazing sales rep who took all my orders/deposits. He was very serious about making sure I receive my new cars timely. He gave me multiple updates while I was waiting for my orders. I received the HRV and SI very quickly! But I finally came up on the Type R list and I rushed over to Yann York to see Jeremy and purchase my 2023 Type R in boost blue! He has truly been helpful during the entire process, took my business very seriously, and helped me get my dream car. I would highly recommend Jeremy and purchase from him again!! Lafonza and Dee were the finance reps who helped me sign for the three brand new vehicles. I couldn’t be happier for the hard work Jeremy did from ordering, giving me status updates, and helping me sign and drive away with three brand new cars from Vann York Honda!!

    Purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from Vann York this past weekend. Communication and pricing transparency was great, we were able to come to an unmatched price out the door. We live outside of Charlotte and Bill McSwain drove our new car to us. Bill was extremely personable and didn't rush us, the entire experience was low stress and pretty enjoyable. Once we finished going over all the functions we finalized all of the paperwork in the driveway and Bill went on his way. The entire process was extremely easy and really changed my opinion about car buying.

    My Mom, Gunya and I were in search of a new vehicle. This is our 4th vehicle we purchased from Honda. We had such a wonderful experienced with our salesman , Bobby Clark. He was honest, easy to speak with, returned phone calls and replied quickly to texts . He understood exactly what we wanted. He kept us informed on production and delivery of the vehicle.     We started our journey at a different dealership where we got mediocre service. We weren’t happy so we left and drove over to Vann York Honda where we met Stephanie and she was absolutely amazing from the get go! Unfortunately they didn’t have what we were looking for in the price range we needed but that didn’t stop her! We realized Vann York Toyota did and she could help us look at that vehicle even though it wasn’t her office. She was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 recommend her it’s because of her we walked away with a 2019 Kia Sorento L! I’m in love with my new car and so happy with the service I was provided! Stephanie went above and beyond in service, she’s knowledgeable in cars and what works for us, she made everything so easy for us, and she kept us laughing with her humor! I didn’t get to meet many of the Toyota guys but the man(sorry I don’t remember his name) we signed our paperwork with was incredibly nice as well and had us in and out in 5 minutes! Seriously this was the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ll tell everyone about y’all!

    We had the BEST experience at Vann York! We have been looking for an SUV for a few months. Their internet shopping experience was top notch - understanding that we did not want to be in the dealership for an extended period of time and respectful our each interaction. We received a great deal on the vehicle and we really appreciated not being insulted on our trade value. Each person we dealt with was professional and personable. We are grateful.

    I bought a new car here a few days ago. I was greeted warmly at the front door and all the staff were amazingly friendly. I was going to buy it after test driving it and comparing it with other brands of cars, but because of the friendliness, the car, and the price, I bought it right away. It was a really pleasant experience. Specifically, Bobby Clark was very professional and made me feel comfortable while buying the car and things went very smoothly. I highly recommend buying a car here and have already recommended it to my friends. Vann york Honda is a great place to be.

    Jose with Vann York Honda was fantastic to deal with! I had found my perfect car. I had a set appointment late on a Friday evening. Everything was super smooth! I was my first experience buying a new car, and it was a fantastic experience. There was no sales pressure. The best part was even late on a Friday night, Jose stayed after closing to make sure I understood all the new features on the car before I drove it off the lot. This meant so much to me because we had driven over an hour to get to this dealership, so I had an hour drive home in a new car with lots of new features on the interstate at night. I can’t say enough about how great an experience we had. Even though they aren’t close to home, I would most definitely drive to buy a car from them in the future!

    I bought a new 23' Honda Accord yesterday and am beyond happy with the entire experience, from my first phone call to the drive off the lot. After calling at least 8 other dealerships and seeing outrageous markups or feeling the usual pushy sales tactics it was a relief to find Vann York Honda. I worked with Curt Johnson and he made me feel like a partner, rather than just another sale, throughout the car buying experience. He was courteous and prompt in answering any questions I had along the way. When I got back to the finance office the level of service was just as consistent. I worked with Dee Poole and he was very professional, courteous, and honest, making the financing conversation run as smoothly as possible. Overall I'm very impressed with Vann York Honda and happy to have found a dealership I'd feel comfortable returning to for years to come.

    Reserved a new CRV in January over the phone. Competitively priced. Drove over and hour to pick it up. It was nice to work with Doug Gillespie in sales. He was efficient and courteous. Did not hassle me or go back on the pricing agreement made over email and phone calls. The finance manager wanted to sell maintenance plans, which I declined. He eventually politely conceded. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is that my temp tag expired. My tag was issued very late. May not entirely be someone at the dealership’s fault but that was a negative experience as a customer. I would definitely recommend Doug Gillespie and would buy my next car from here as long as the price is right.

    Mr Curtis Johnson was very polite, informative, worked very best he could on getting our requested vehicle brought to dealership with this pandemic and seems everything in the world harder to get when you need it. Not his fault or dealership at fault, was transporters that deliver new cars being very uncooperative in getting requested cars to their destinations. Mr Johnson kept us updated very best he could, and did an excellent job in customer service to us. We are very, very satisfied with our new 2022 Honda CRV-EX. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to contact Mr Curtis Johnson for assistance. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive. Let me add the service manager, & loan manager was very polite, informative, and very professional in the service for which they provided in the buying process!     Bobby Clark was my salesman And if I may say he was fabulous, I told him what I wanted, and he made it happen. I told him we were going out of town, so I didn't have all day to sit around and he did exactly what he said he was going to do so I could get home and pack and didn't waste my whole day. He is the man if looking for a car a good HONDA AT THAT BOBBY CLARK IS YOUR MAN Thank you for taking care of us so well. And hands down to the Finance manager Brandon for pulling it all together for using have to say. Van York Honda has a customer for life. Nice job, guys.

    Just took possession of my 2022 Honda Ridgeline from Vann York Honda. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Doug Gillespie and his team helped me with finding a specific color and then working through the details with my company purchase. Doug called me multiple times to keep me updated on status and the truck came in much, much sooner than I expected. During delivery, Doug walked me through the features and made me feel at home. Overall this was one of the best purchase experiences I've ever had. Doug and Vann York are the best - send all you friends and family!!!

    I was in search of a CRV Hybrid and Vann York Honda did not disappoint. The buying process was very streamlined. I worked with Jose Bustillo who kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once my car arrived I filled out the credit app online which made picking up the car at the dealership quick and painless. Jose showed me all the features of the vehicle and was very friendly and pleasant to work and speak with. I would highly recommend him and Vann York to anyone seeking a new Honda.

    This was our first time dealing with Vann York Honda and dealing with Jamel. I can say that everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure that our experience here was a positive one. Jamel kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, ie., when it was being built, when it was being shipped to the dealership and when it arrived. When we talked money we were told that the price would not change regardless of what Honda did or if the value of our trade in went down. They kept their word and the price stayed the same. I trade cars every 2 to 3 years so I need a dealership that will work to keep my business and not a dealership or salesman that is dishonest. Vann York Honda and Jamel were both a pleasure to work with. They have earned my respect and business. Thank you Jamel for an awesome buying experience! D, the finance man, was also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda!
