Excellent customer service and amazing food. We had shrimps two different ways and they were hands down the best we have ever had anywhere. The mango sauce ones were delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the interior and their menu but next time i will.

This was the $8.50 burrito. When asked on the phone how much a burrito was, the lady who took our order said, “Abooout 8 or 9 dollars?” Huh? I was confused why it was a guess. I now know it’s because they make prices up as they go and are not transparent about it. Asked for a receipt, got just the credit card receipt with only the total and the itemized receipt had NO PRICES ON THEM. Wish we read the reviews more. Also the burrito that was “around 8 or 9 dollars” was literally worse than one of those frozen burritos because at least the frozen burritos are $1 and are stuffed way better. It looked like one enchilada they threw on there and some sauce. In the photo you’ll see it’s only a little over an inch thick. This is a single enchilada…Save your money, go somewhere else. Offensive.

When I called they said something I didn't hear and put the phone down. I thought I was on hold until they hung up 15 minutes later. I call back and they said my order would take twenty minutes after 45 I had to go near the kitchen and ask how much longer it would be. They said it was ready. I checked the bag and half of it was wrong and couple things missing. I asked for my money back and they refunded me with an attitude keeping their tip. I've always gone there but not anymore.

Overcharged me for my order that I placed based off the menu price then told me oh the prices have gone up when I questioned it. Would have been fine but the front desk girl was extremely rude when I asked and told me well thats fine you haven't purchased it yet so you can just leave it. Added edit for response. The menu I used with prices were not third party it was their website with their menu prices.

We went in with some friends, we're seated, no one came to our table for 20mins. People who were sat at the table beside us (who came in after) were waited on and received food and beverages before us. Took a good amount of time for us to get our drinks and had to ask 2 people for straws. Food was okay, but I will not be going back. Then they automatically added 17$ tip to our check for a table of 5, that was split up to 3 and 2 (I understand they typically do that for tables of 6 adults or more, and we had a child with us, we were not informed about the service charge and there is nothing posted about it anywhere. I have been multiple times with large groups and never encountered it before), the items on the check were also priced differently than on the menu itself because we requested itemized receipts. Service was awful.

I'm gonna be honest it's very mediocre Mexican food. If you want good Mexican food it's better to go to Pancho Vivas across the street. Like yes the food is okay but definitely not good or great. The Mexican drinks are probably the best thing on the menu. Other than that would not recommend for Mexican food. Plenty of better places. I just wanted to see what this place had to offer and sadly was let down.

Very attentive staff. The food was delicious and the margarita was not watered down. I very much enjoyed lunch.

They do not like black people , was told they were going to call the police on me when I tried to return the flavorless food. I left it outside at 10:30 after closing right after Orlando the manager RETURNED MY CALL & told me to come instead of the next morning.

First time here in years after moving away. Wait staff is friendly, it's clean and everything was well priced. The food was so good!! It's a little loud even tho it was a rainy quiet night, but otherwise the place was an excellent one.

My family and I are visiting from Los Angeles and stopped by this restaurant. Customer service was friendly, food quantity was generous, good drinks, family friendly. We were looking for Mexican food. Food was presented beautifully by the way. However, it was not mexican food. The food was ok. I tried to order a burrito plate that came with an enchilada I think & a chile relleno. I was a bit confused because the burrito was small, it kinda looked like a wrap from subway, just to give an example of the size, and the chile relleno was just a baked stuffed peper. A mexican chile relleno is made different. The sauce for the enchilada was canned for sure. The best part were the chips and salsa that were served upon arrival. The food was extremely americanized in my opinion.

I had an outstanding experience at La Hacienda Restaurant in High Point. The service was truly exceptional (thank you Jonathan), with a very friendly and attentive staff. The fajitas were a culinary delight, featuring caramelized vegetables and incredibly tender chicken and steak. The restaurant's ambiance was enhanced by the captivating dancers performing tonight, creating a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend La Hacienda for a delicious dining experience.

I really liked it! Had the Burrito California with texano - a mix of steak, shrimp, and chicken. Great service, loved the holiday atmosphere, staff was super friendly and attentive. Food came quickly, portions were big. This place was recommended and did not disappoint! Definitely coming back in the future.

This place will rip you off on price. They will sneak in fees that shouldn't exist. Service is bad. Atmosphere is bad. The people aren't especially friendly. Check out many of the other reviews about them screwing people over on cost. Very shady business practices.

Was a goof time food good waiter aswell ..but they sat us up bCk nesr bar an there own staff was crowded at there bar being so loud like they was alone but nah literally 4 foot from them....an then had to chase down our bill to pay

Finally, a meal I can give a GOOD review about. LaHacienda serves Chimichangas the way I like them - with lots of lettuce. I always top mine (fried) with sour cream and salsa. Americanized? You bet. But it's how I like it. Service was good and the place was quieter than usual, so I got there on the right day at the right time: Thursday at 5. I'll be visiting again - more than I can say for a dozen of my used-to-be usual haunts.

$45 on a takeout meal $8 for cheese dip! Get home and there’s no cheese dip, only chips and salsa the enchilada sauce is sweet almost like pizza sauce and the lettuce was old and wilted on the grilled tacos. Called and they said we can drive back up there for the cheese dip! 35 minutes round trip for $8 cheese dip. This is the second time in a row the food has been way below quality

first sit down Mexican restaurant I've been to that had a dedicated vegetarian menu. I wish they took the time to dress up the meal in the same way they would have dressed a non-vegetarian meal. that being said, the flavors were all there and the food did taste good, it just didn't have the same flair and look as the other meals served to my table.

Placed a to go order and was told it would be ready in 10min, I got there in about 15min and the gentleman at the front said it would just be a min. 5 to go orders come out after this and the gentleman continues to assure me that mine is coming. After I have now waited 40min since placing the order I am asked by the same gentleman what I ordered because he can't find my order?!?! How have you checked on it multiple times but yet you have no idea what my order is. Left after this with no food and 2 very upset children.

My Granddaughter & Daughter in Law took me there to celebrate my Birthday today. Nice clean establishment, very courteous & attentive staff...Decor is very relaxing to the Eye, Restrooms clean. Food prices are fair considering the size of the servings & the fact that it is Hot & Fresh. Very child friendly & helpful to accommodate you with your needs.

Consistent high quality food. I have never had bad food here. I saw a Mexican drywall crew coming for lunch. If I've learned anything in 25 yrs construction is that, if Mexicans are eating there it so good. Gordo burrito is the best. See photo
