I
had
originally
came
to
the
High
point
location
on
10/14/2022.
Situation
was
not
resolved
then
due
to
lack
of
proper
scheduling,
the
lady
I
spoke
with
was
helpful
but
could
only
do
so
much
since
apparently
the
so
called
managerial
staff
aren't
scheduled
for
weekends
I
returned
today
10/17/2022
and
spoke
with
a
very
rude
and
arrogant
employee
that
literally
offered
little
to
no
help.
We
can
refer
to
said
employee
as
the
company
man
what
a
great
way
to
advertise
your
business
is
apparently
disrespectful
employees
such
as
the
latter,
now
moving
along
to
the
problem...
I
have
never
been
to
a
planet
fitness
except
to
discuss
the
present
issue
of
a
unauthorized
transaction.
I
have
never
made
an
account
specifically
because
of
the
inadequate
weight
located
in
the
free
weight
area
and
prefer
a
more
private
setting
for
proper
focus
and
other
tid
bits.
The
amount
in
which
there
is
a
unauthorized
transaction
is
nearly
100
hundred
dollars.
I
simply
cannot
afford
this
due
to
certain
hardships
since
I
could
not
get
your
attention
in
store
I
will
do
so
through
Google
until
it
is
resolved
until
that
time
arrives
this
review
will
remain
as
it
is.
P.S.
I
have
failed
to
mention
that
there
was
no
manager
when
asked
to
come
back.
I
have
no
intent
in
wasting
more
of
my
time
to
make
any
type
of
plan
to
visit
this
gym.
This
could
have
been
resolved
in
a
more
private
way
but
unfortunately
I
have
no
choice
thank
you
and
have
a
fantastic
October
the
17th
evening.
