All sports machines are flanked. Service and ask any question to the workers. It is a wonderful and unique place

It’s very clear if they don’t want you here, they will make it known. I felt very unwelcome and would never go back to this location! Thank goodness there are other locations close to me. Follow up to automated response - I would prefer to speak with someone other than the “Club Manager”. If you would provide me an email or phone number to your corporate office, I feel it would be beneficial. As I stated before, it was very clear we were not wanted in this gym. In a judgment free zone, I shouldn’t feel judged as soon as I walk in.

Love working out here, been with planet fitness for 12 years and have lost 100lbs. Very clean, staff makes sure the facility is disinfected and that members are compliant with mask mandate. You can feel safe working out here.

I have been going here for about 4 years! This a great place to find all the right machinery for your body type and a judge free zone . The staff here on south main , in high point are really helpful and always welcoming you ! I love to be a Planet Fitness Member ! ❤️I say go for it … and start a life of fitness and good health . Perfect gym for it !

Good morning. I am a Planet Fitness Black card member. I'll start with the good, bathrooms amazing, equipment top of the line. The insulting BAD....THE NERVE TO CHARGE MONEY FOR 2 STICKERS THAT GO OVER YOUR EYES FOR TANNING. I TRAVEL WEEKLY AND NEVER ONCE HAS ANYONE ASKES ME TO PAY FOR THE STICKERS. SO THAT MEANS THE ADVERTISED PRICE OF $25.00 PER MONTH IS NOT CORRECT. IF A PERSON TANS 15 DAYS A MONTH. AT THIS LOCATION THAT WOULD BE AN EXTRA $15 PLUS TAX. INSULTING!!!!! $40.00 a month. The idea of a franchise is uniformity so that means that all the other locations give the stickers and this one charges. Not fair, not cool and I'm sure not proper. I had a great workout and staff was amazing.

The gym itself is amazing and all of the amenities that come with the black card. The staff at this location though is quite rude. Anytime I have any sort of billing question if I think there has been a mistake made I get a very nonchalant no you owe that. I am confused and how I have not been there even a month me and my fiance have already paid over $200. The manager of the gym said that's what it was and there was no going up any higher than him. I eventually worked it out but just the customer service side of it is not so great. I do want to put emphasis on that it is very clean and orderly. Another complaint I have about the staff is not knowing how to work the computer system. The same card that has always paid for my membership was not unlocked the other day when she tried to run it and because she did not know what she was doing I ended up not being able to purchase what I wanted to purchase at the time. It's little things that turn me off from their gym but the fact that it is clean and orderly does have me go back

This is for my wife who died. I tried calling multiple times and sent multiple letters to have her membership cancelled after she died as I am unable to go to the location due to a disability.. Going to assume they got none of it as our account was just charged. They need a better cancel service then having to send a letter or go in person. It’s incredibly inconsiderate and added stress on top of an already hard time for me. Be very careful before getting a membership.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment options for me but can get busy over lunch.

Nice, new equipment and clean locker rooms, but staff seems to only focus on people in fit good shape…not very welcoming vibe. Would hope staff could be a little more kind.

I’ve been going to the South Main High Point location regularly for over a year now. The 5AM crowd is amazing. When you see the same people (for the most part) every day you start feeling more and more comfortable and are able to smile and say hello. I love the morning staff! I had made several requests over the last year for more equipment and when they updated our equipment I could tell Carla had listened to every single request I made! Now I can get in and get my workout done so much easier instead of having to carry weights all over the gym to get it done. The facility is always clean too. I see the morning staff vacuuming and wiping down equipment all the time. My experience at this location has been better than any of my commercial gym experiences to date.

I came from an old school gym and never thought I’d like Planet Fitness. The lunchtime crew changed my mind. Cheyenne and Karla always greet us with a smile and are very friendly to talk to. The gym is always clean, and any equipment that goes down (rare occasion), is fixed very quickly. I’m glad I a decided to give PF a try, and I’m thankful for our lunchtime crew.

The staff at this location are quite unwelcoming, especially the morning crew. I come to this gym 6 times a week, 4 mornings, 2 afternoons. I only enjoy dealing with the afternoon staff. The 2 women that constantly work mornings are rude, unwelcoming, and honestly the worst part of my workout. Also, they have a new rule where you can't bring in outside equipment, but the morning staff is rarely at the desk when I need to use a bar pad (which is stupidly kept behind the desk). Thankfully, they updated the equipment. I was about to switch gyms when they made the update.

The facility is clean and well maintained, with recently updated equipment. I usually visit in the mornings or during lunch. The staff and management are very professional and helpful, and someone always acknowledges me at arrival and departure.

I workout 4 to 5 days a week and they are always so nice . I have to say they have the most friendly staff always smiling and seem to really care .

Ryan, Sean, Jason and all the team members are fantastic. They create a great environment, maintain the equipment in top condition and the place is so clean. Highly recommend!!!

Discriminatory morning manager. My friend and I went to this location early Monday morning. There had been a banking error and the bank had denied our automatic payment. The bank was closed over the weekend so I hadn't been able to contact them about it, didn't think anything of it. My friend (being a female) walked into the gym and signed in fine, was happily greeted and went about her day. I walk in (being a male) and sign in and the female manager denies me access because of the payment being late. Keep in mind the payment comes out of the same account with the exact same due date. I will be contacting an attorney about this, and I will also be canceling my membership all together.

Definitely no judgements here. I have MS, I feel so encouraged and excited when I work out, even when I can't do much, at least it is something. Love it here.

Everyone behind the desk is really nice and helpful. Machines are clean. I love the massage tables and chairs. I just wish the members would honor the 30 minute circuit rules and not hog the machines. This happens at all of the PF's I have been to :-(

I had originally came to the High point location on 10/14/2022. Situation was not resolved then due to lack of proper scheduling, the lady I spoke with was helpful but could only do so much since apparently the so called managerial staff aren't scheduled for weekends I returned today 10/17/2022 and spoke with a very rude and arrogant employee that literally offered little to no help. We can refer to said employee as the company man what a great way to advertise your business is apparently disrespectful employees such as the latter, now moving along to the problem... I have never been to a planet fitness except to discuss the present issue of a unauthorized transaction. I have never made an account specifically because of the inadequate weight located in the free weight area and prefer a more private setting for proper focus and other tid bits. The amount in which there is a unauthorized transaction is nearly 100 hundred dollars. I simply cannot afford this due to certain hardships since I could not get your attention in store I will do so through Google until it is resolved until that time arrives this review will remain as it is. P.S. I have failed to mention that there was no manager when asked to come back. I have no intent in wasting more of my time to make any type of plan to visit this gym. This could have been resolved in a more private way but unfortunately I have no choice thank you and have a fantastic October the 17th evening. As Crocodile Dundee once said Good Day Mate..... I love planet fitness it's my 2nd home besides work. I feel reborn since I've started my workout some months ago!

Clean location and friendly staff. I am always met with a smile and they know me by name. Very helpful even though I am determined to do it on my own.

Just joined today, and was a member about 5 years ago. I'm a senior in age but look forward to getting back there for daily exercise that we all know we need. The equipment is awesome and the staff was courteous.

This is a really nice, clean facility. This Planet Fitness has the BEST massage chairs; I just wish we were allowed more than 10 minutes of uninterrupted time at a time.

The best gym in the city, you just have to know people to create a better environment, I don't know anyone haha
