Expired pre-made sandwiches, none enthusiastic staff (I'm not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out), but a simple "hello, welcome to Publix" would have been nice. Bring binoculars to read the menu that's hanging 15 feet in the air. .......that's all my "Bad" stuff. The good things includes a VERY clean and well kept store, surprisingly AWESOME prices for great seafood. But overall..........I'll keep getting my subs from Jersey Mike's.

We had been to publix in winston salem and i can say this one is better. All employees are so freindly. Good variety of products. I liked the sushi section and bakery. 4 star because we spent an hour getting wic and still couldnt get it because their computer wasnt ringing the items that were under wic.

Publix deli is lacking the last several times I've been.. I always order the Greek veggies wrap. The employees act as if I'm speaking a foreign language. Rude customer service. Today went in and employee by the name of Kiki waited on me. As I tried to explain to her what I wanted she got an attitude. And constant rolling her eyes. Kept mumbling about being ready to go home. I eventually told her not to worry about the order,.

Great pharmacy with kind and knowledgeable pharmacists. Store keeps good stock and can help you get what you need. The normal prices are higher than like a Food Lion but you are getting a much better shopping experience with a wider variety and an upscaled selection. Sign up on their app or website so you can get deals and coupons. I get stuff for my birthday and anniversary of signing up.

(Bakery) I decided to order my cake for my graduation party here, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and spent 15-20 minutes going over details and adjusting it to my liking. The lady I spoke to seemed to be on the same track as me as she wrote down exactly what I said and what we discussed. The day of my party I came to pick up my cake (6/18) and it looked completely different from what I asked for, as if they did the cake to how they desired and not what I asked for. What the lady wrote down; and the picture I showed her were completely opposite. The icing wasn’t the color I said, and it wasn’t two separate pull apart cupcakes in the shape of a cake as I requested. Manager didn’t seem understanding AT ALL. The cake was not enough to feed the guest at my party, and didn’t match my theme. I didn’t have time for them to remake my cake as I was on the way to my party. A woman standing beside me also mentioned to me that she had ordered a cake for her sons birthday the previous day and they had messed up her cake order as well. Very disappointed, bakery clearly needs to work on better communication. Highly don’t recommend ordering a cake from this Publix bakery.

Publix pharmacy has always been our go to, but today they were extremely rude. We made appointments to get flu shots and they didn’t even seem to care that they kept us waiting for 20 minutes past our appointment time; despite there only being 4 other people sitting there waiting. They then took those 4 people before us who were just walk-ins for flu shots. The one girl they took before us had literally been waiting for less than 10 minutes & she got her flu shot and was gone while we were still waiting. When they finally got us back for our flu shots, the pharmacist was rude and didn’t even try to give the shot gently; he just jabbed the needle in and acted like he was irritated he was having to give us the shots. Think next year, we will go somewhere else for our flu shots. Do better Publix!!

I have been using Publix Pharmacy for many years. However, their service has gone down hill. In my recent visit to the pharmacy, the people were rude and ignore folks there for flu shots and boosters. The pharmacist does not even look at you when he talks to you. You feel like you are in their way and are a nuisance to them. I left extremely disappointed.

It's a Publix. Produce is pretty good but my god can you please do something about some if the sandwich makers. I've tried the time with 30 minutes or more to get a sandwich without getting one. The girl today took 20 minutes till make half a roast beef sandwich. There were three people in line when I walked up with 35 minutes top get a sandwich and I ran out of time. Seriously? If you can't make half a sandwich in 5-10 minutes you have absolutely no business making sandwiches.

Fresh produce, very clean and organized store. Store layout is easy to navigate and signage is clear to read. Prices can be a bit steep compared to other grocers but usually you get higher quality here

Prices are high, poor quality of meats, processed food from major food manufactures disguised in different labels & packaging. They spend a lot of time making their fruits and vegetable displays a work of art, but the same fruit from the same farms/providers is cheaper at other stores. This was probably my 5th time checking them out and I am not impressed. Great job on your produce displays A-grade, D-grade on quality, C--grade on prices.

This was my first time going to this chain store. And everyone there was amazing very helpful and nice and they wanted to help and were happy that i come by the store. The store was clean and the vibe was very nice. I will be back soon.

Love Publix! Staff always friendly and I can always find what I'm looking for! I've been in this location many times over the last year and always greeted by the staff and very seldom have they been out of merchandise. Can't recommend it enough!

I only wish that I lived closer than 30 minutes away from a Publix store. This trip was to buy some already cooked Turkey & delicious red velvet cake. Even though there were many last minute Thanksgiving shoppers this day, it was easy to pickup already cooked Turkey at the Meat department. I love Publix.

Pretty nice little pricey but not as pricey for something’s like Harris Teeter. Every employee we interacted with was super nice and helpful. Item quality was good. Check out was quick be though we had a lot of items and it was busy due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Employee bagging our items was awesome. Did a great job, attempted meaningful conversation and offered to help get our stuff in the car if needed.

Employees were extremely proactive in assisting in finding specific products. They even recommended money saving shopping days, which is always helpful and generous. Sushi bar fanominal.

I have been a loyal Publix customer for many many years back in Florida. I always felt that shopping here was a pleasure until I moved to North Carolina and I visited the store on Main Street. For starters, they NEVER have any of my favorite products in stock. fruits are bruised and I have to throw them away. Last two times I bought chicken salad, I got long strands of hair in it. Gross! Very disappointed!! Guess I have to find a new store

Every once in awhile I want a toasted chicken tender sub from Publix. Went to one in Statesville last week. It did not go well. I came to this one and it was everything I expect from both the deli and the store.

I live in Trinity, NC and will drive the distance to this High Point grocery store because of the quality of their produce as well as the great selection I have to choose from in all product categories. Publix never lets me down no matter what i need.

(Pharmacy) This place is a joke a bad joke. When I first started going there I was so pleased. For the last 8-9 months it’s been next to horrible 4 months in a row took me 3 days to get my medicine refilled. They tell you a time for the next day . It’s not ready . Give you time for next day still not ready . Their excuse every time they are just to busy ? Then hire more people ? Open longer hours? Stop begging for new customers? When I get there most of the workers are looking/playing with their cell phones. The others standing around laughing playing like they are on their time not company or mine . So today I call they say they will have it ready I’m at work so my disabled wife says she will pick up for me . She gets there sign says drive through closed come inside . This is the last straw 😡

Nothing like Publix. Their deli is amazing and so is the bakery. Clean and organized, very friendly and helpful associates. Not always the cheapest but higher quality stuff. Look out for BOGO deals. That's where you save. Try a Publix sub I'd say being from NJ this is the best bread and cold cuts you can get around here. The bread is crusty on the outside and soft and airy on the inside and they use Boar's head meats. Chicken finger sub is awesome too. Tell them not to cut the chicken.

Everything was 5-20+% overpriced. The lines for ready-made food were too long due to understaffing. The bakery and food were bland. The Publix brand had smaller portions, higher prices, and less taste than competing grocery brands in the area. I don't know why anyone would shop here. I guess for peace, quiet, and cleanliness because nobody goes here?

Publix is a bit pricey, but I still go their because of their wonderful customer service. I have a disability and they are the only grocery store that I visit that helps me get my groceries to the car. They are also very helpful within the store. I enjoy shopping there.

I love going to Publix. The people are friendly, and they have almost everything. I live a city away from it so going there is like going to a fancy restaurant, because like I said Publix has almost everything. Produce, seafood, meat sections are all filled with variety. You want exotic meat? (Lamb, veal, goose, buffalo and possibly some others) They got it! You vegan? They’ve got a bunch of plant milks, vegan snacks, vegan meats, vegan deli meats, vegan seasoned meats, vegan cheeses, vegan meat snacks, vegan ice cream, vegan egg, vegan yogurt, vegan everything! I used to be on a plant based diet and this was my go to place. The staff here is also very very friendly and helpful, and a joy to talk to, according to my mother. They also will offer to help you take your groceries to the car if you need to! There is also a place in the produce section where you can get a free banana if you’re under 18.. I take advantage of that a lot 😂 But overall I love this place a lot, they have everything you’d want for an average grocery trip!

Very clean, employees are friendly and never a long line. Hot bar was on point, and prepared meals are great. Walmart needs to observe a real grocery store. Having multiple cashiers is how it should be.

It smelled really good. The bakery is directly at the entrance. In this time of inflation they had decent prices for what I was buying. You can get a 20 piece fried chicken for $19.99.

N High Point Publix is a great store with tons of selection, even organic, the dessert/bakery aisle is tough to pass without picking up something. Got some treats today for a family dinner and know they will be good! Staff and team are very friendly and warm too!

I liked visiting Publix. There was a lot of interesting items at the deli. The sushi on sale at Publix through the company AFC is very good. I enjoy it, it tastes fresh each time and is made in store. It certainly gives "grocery store sushi" a brand new look and taste. It's $13-14 for about three Sushi rolls (I think it's 6 or 8 pieces per roll) with a lot of variety per roll.

Clean, very friendly deli staff. Quick check out, plenty of parking. Not a Wal-Mart for sure.
