About 3 PM my wife, daughter and I were on the way back from Kernersville and happened upon a driver that was driving sporadic. Continually accelerating and decelerating in traffic. Didn't know if he was drunk, texting or being a jerk. He slowed down considerably in front of us as we were approaching the intersection of Union Cross Road and High Point Road and waited a bit after the merge lane to turn into the turn lane with no signal. I took a picture as we entered the intersection. As we passed the driver we found out he was just a jerk. Frustrating dealing with poor angry drivers like this. Not sure what operation this is, but very unprofessional angry employees. Added a photo for this particular Bethany Medical driver.

POOR POOR SERVICE, talked to receptionist Kimberly who responded like she didn't want to talk I had to keep saying "HELLO" I voice my opinion about my high blood pressure injection medication not being sent to pharmacy over a week ago I called they said they sent a note high priority yet I have not taken my injection nor do I have any medication to do so. She stated "you can come if you want to I sent a note!!!! If you don't like people you are surly working in the wrong field. The owner is just as bad and only care about opening up more buildings just for money 💰. If it wasn't for my provider/DR"s I would have been deleted this place out of my life. My Dr's need to leave ASAP. THERE ARE JUST A FEE WORKING PEOPLE THERE WHO MAKES THE VISIT WORTH GOING TO THE. UUUUGGGGHHHHHH

Heather at the front desk is amazing!!!! She makes sure everyone is taking care of and goes above and beyond for each patient. She is a pleasure to be around and she always answers the phone with a positive attitude. I've never seen such an amazing employee!!!

Nurse is very unprofessional. I ask for the customer complaint number and the provide me with the wrong information. I was referred to this office by another doctor, But we will not recommend this to anyone else and we will not be returned either. I highly recommend to find someone else . Terrible.

I have been having so many problems with the front desk workers and my insurance. My insurance has to be called every time I come here because they keep charging me saying that I have not met my deductible and yes I have been paying to be seen because if I don’t be seen I will lose my disability pay from work they have not made it easy at all and the workers do not have empathy for the patients being seen in this location. They are not better business bureau certified. The doctors at this location are amazing but the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I am annoyed and angry at this situation. I hope they send their front desk workers to sensitivity workshops and training.

This is the worst hospital in Greensboro. Please avoid if you can! I was given appointment at 11:45am at this clinic. Got there at 11:32am and waited till 12:30pm when I had to ask was was wrong? They said the doctor went on a lunch break and would be back shortly. I was finally seen at 1:30pm after waiting since 11:45am for my appointment. When I was done I was so dizzy cause I didn’t eat anything all day but had some blood taken from me and my head almost exploded. A week later I called to ask for my test results but they’re still not available plus all the people I spoke to seemed extremely confused. The nurse at the doctors office was so rude especially since they didn’t even send in my prescriptions yet. Right now I don’t know what’s wrong with me cause there’s no test results and I don’t even have my prescriptions. I have been extra patient before deciding to give this review but it’s been terrible experiences.

Went for a wellness check for work and all that went well until the bill came. My insurance covered all $408 for the first visit for them to run their standard tests, but in order to the results BACK, they required another visit. It cost $134, which my insurance was unwilling to pay, to see the doctor for under 5 minutes for him to read my results off the paper and tell me that I’m healthy. Then they practically pushed me out the door after that and left me with a $120 bill because my insurance didn’t understand what they were charging me for. All in all, these scam artists charged me and my insurance $542 for a physical. Insane. Won’t be returning.

Our family has been seen by various doctors at Bethany for more than 20 years. It is a wonderful organization- special shout out DON BULLA, PA - he is an extremely caring provider for whom we have the utmost respect for his professionalism and knowledge. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are well cared for. The Staples

Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early at the South Main Street location and was never seen. I waited in the lobby for right at an hour just to find out instead of being seen my doctor had left that location for the day. The front desk staff was apologetic and asked me to drive to a different location in order to be seen. I took vacation time in order to go to the appointment, so I did not have time before I needed to be back at work. Another option to have someone call with the results was offered so I took it (should never have agreed). it has been a full week of me calling every day and getting promised a call backs and nobody calling me just to call the next day and get told they were supposed to call you but the doctor didn't sign the results or .....insert reason here! What is the point in going to the doctor to request help if they will not even give the results. This is not my first bad experience with them.

I like how they give me the wrong time and somehow “I” misunderstood! Really? I even said the time back to the front desk and she agreed!! I also have a card with a time and date of next appointment but there was no appointment booked in the system?? Front desk definitely needs major attention

My Dr was great. Your front desk staff is awful. Zero professionalism, 100% attitude. No customer service skills at all.

Sonya Lemming is a horrible doctor and is very rude and disrespectful. My husband called the office a couple of times to try and get my medicine sent to the pharmacy and just because he called a few times she called us manipulative and lied about us in our charts. She is the worst doctor I have seen. If I could give no stars I would.

A 1 rating is too high for what I experienced today! Dr. Wheeler was over an hour late! I was his first patient for the day. After waiting an hour I went to the nurse station to ask how much longer it would be. They informed me that the doctor wasn't in yet... He is the worst doctor!!! Very unprofessional and nasty attitude!

Everyone at the Lindsay Street location has been super friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have found them.

First time calling this place to book a appointment, I was asking to see if they have a available for one week later, the person pick the phone ask me what is the date of birth , I just said I am a new patient, she hand up the phone , front desk people who pick up the phone really had no patience at all , I don’t know how the Managment is . Just disappointed for a doctor’s office , I normally don’t write views, this time I would , just let the Managment team know this , how to training the employees

I called the clinic on Lindsey st in hp nc I owe them money from a past bill Ashley the secretary told me they would not help me with a free sample of copd trelegy told me she can't wait til the 27th when I get my disabled check that seem so cold to me I felt like money means more than a life to them I will look for a new Dr they are so cold and uncaring I no I owed money a while but being on fixed income is very hard I don't no what i am going to do without my copd meds I guess I see after 16 those people need to find kindness and caring in there hearts they made me feel bad i am on fixed income I hope u treat others better than u did me today😞😞😞😞 PATRICIA HAITHCOCK

Best Drs.. nurses and staff around...they have been my providers for everything for almost 10 years...Bulla is hands down the best Dr...he saved my leg that was in horrible conditions when I first came to him...he has helped me more than he will ever know....if you are looking for good Dr's and a great practice make Bethany your providers...they will not disappoint....Bethany has a Dr for pretty much everything....an they make you feel at home and comfortable...

I saw Dr. Menon, gastroenterology. I am a big fan of honesty. So I was glad that Dr. Menon was honest enough to inform me that she could not be of further help to me and that I should return to my last gastroenterologist. I had wanted a second opinion, and was glad to hear she was very optimistic that she felt my case would NOT result in cancer. Just because it runs in my family history, does not mean I will have the same results.

Very happy with the care I get from the staff and doctors here. Professional, caring, compassionate and consistently good medical care.

I have been going to Bethany Medical for about 3 or 4 years now. Both doctors I've had as primary care ARE excellent! The neurology and psychiatry in the location are a bit of a hit/miss. My doctor felt it was better to refer me outside for these two issues given the difficulties we both experienced.

The person scheduling appointments spent a lot of time to find an appointment for me to see a gastrologist today because I was have pain. Her patience and care is to be commended. Dr. Shahid was equally as patient, caring and professional. I strongly recommend Bethany Clinic to any and everyone.

Due to the medication I take, it is necessary to receive Dr Mayo's approval. I had to transfer pharmacies with my rx. When calling the pharmacy near me, I was told they were out of my rx, however, they could not transfer it to another pharmacy without Dr Mayo's ok, again. The Kernersville locale was extremely busy, it was 3 pm on Friday. Therefore, I called the High Point location on Linsey. I spoke with HEATHER SMITH. Heather went above and beyond in helping me by calling Kernersville for me while she put me on hold. Without HEATHER SMITH at the end of they day being so incredibly helpful and kind, I truly don't know what I would have done. Heather is a definite asset to Bethany Medical and the nicest ever. Thank you Heather for everything. You are definitely my hero. THANK YOU

The front desk staff at 507 Lindsay is amazing. They really go above and beyond. Tatyana Gould was SO helpful to me by coming up front and helping me to reschedule a slew of appointments I had. And she was so sweet about it all.

I highly recommend Bethany Medical and Provider, Don Bulla. Mr Bulla is genuinely caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. He actually takes time to interact with the patient, which is very refreshing in today’s medical provider world. C

I love Bethany Medical all my friends be like, why don't you go to Cone or etc. Nope Bethany Medical understands me. I Haven't had no doctors, nurses or anyone with a degree be rude to me. They listen and hear you out. They keep it real and talk in terms that you understand. They care, I don't feel like I'm just a patient. Dr.laura Vanderburg ( college rd), and Dr.Shaw W.Markert) are the bomb. They both are in Greensboro. Remind you I live in HP and pass 3 Bethany Centers to go to them and one is 5 minutes from my house. Now don't get me wrong I've been all over,Bethany has lots of locations. I've been on battleground, skeet club, and S.Main. S.Main was the worst. I have one complaint Receptionist are the worst in this company, the ones with no degrees,so they don't matter to me. They be rude I be rude, anyway Go to Bethany they will treat you good.

Dr Shaw is a wonderful doctor. He listens to concerns and shows that he really cares about his patient’s! He has wonderful MA’s also well! Carmen A was very helpful!
