There were so much stuff to choose from. The manager and employees were kind, respectful and offered me assistance if needed.

Total was $22.01 , gave him $40.00 and I-said I have a penny. He already rung it out and started counting17 .99 back to me. I said if you will take this penny you can give me $18.00 back. He said I already finished it up. The problem is kids now a days aren’t taught in school how to give change back . It’s ALL caculators!!!!

It's really slow here. There's not enough registers at all. If you want to go in and out here is not the place.

They have a lot of garments/clothes that are actually very affordable and are not always a problem or defective item. In fact I have recently purchased a NORTH FACE jaccket and I saw the same exact one on the WEBSITE FOR $180, I GOT LESS THAN $50. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM GOING TO TRY AND MAKE A WAY TO GET THE THERE TODAY! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

This is for the High Point location. The selection is limited, but we appreciate that they had an abundant chair selection. Unfortunately we did not need chairs. Midas 4-stars for the cleaniness.

Needs more of a variety of different clothes.. but the perfume & purses/bags, house hold items are always well stocked! :)

Seems like the 2024 calendar planners should be stocked by now. Haven't found them yet. Didn't look like they had as many furniture pieces in stock as they normally do.

Always a well stocked store. The managers are always visible and working. The cashiers are all very courteous and friendly. Its a great experience to shop there.

When I desire to look for some fresh clothing, I'll go to T.J. Maxx .

Good clean store well lit - plenty of selection gifts on the front tables -- large me and women's clothing section-- Also has house wares and decor items -- quick numbered check system helps spend up the paying process

It's hard to find a matching sweat suit. They will have sweatpants and then no matching sweatshirts. I think they need to get a little more organized with their clothing. It's frustrating.

Took my daughter and we had a blast. They have everything. So much fun to shop there. Found what we wanted PLUS some. Great prices. They were very busy also but their staff was on point. Great staff, great service.

Always clean, well stocked and associates on the floor to assist customers. I like that Harris teeter has a Starbucks inside is next door so we always go there first for a coffee to drink while shopping tjmaxx.

They don’t always have the best selection ( it looks like they got rid of the hair care section?) but the employees are always helpful and nice. This is the second time I’ve purchased a defective product from there store (not their fault) and both times had zero issue getting a refund. If anything they feel bad!

Bought a phone stand that was defective and brought it in to exchange for a different one that was the exact same price. They refused to exchange, only allowing me to have the price refunded to my card (in 3-5 business days, ofc) then go back through the ridiculously long line all over again to buy the new phone stand. Not a chance. Why? So I can have to go through the exact same thing if the next one is defective? No thanks. I'll stick with Ross and Burke's. They don't go out of their way to screw customers.

Not a lot of items in the kitchen and home department. Could not find anyone to assist. Very messy store. One of the two worst TJ Maxx locations I have ever been in.
