We are so excited to be part of the Watershed's soft launch. 💗 Everyone was very patient and friendly. So happy to have another locally-established dining option. Their food options are unique and fairly priced. Opportunity for private events to fit about 50 people with an option for dedicated pool table for the private party. Outdoor dining with outdoor bar coming as well.

Stopped to check out the latest restaurant in High Springs and were impressed. Food was hot and fast. Food was good too. The wait staff were so friendly. The music was great. The decor is a bit mish-mash, like they could decide on a theme, but hey it was interesting looking around. Give this place a try!

First off, I understand that they just opened so there's room for improvement. The atmosphere is nice. The bar, pool, and decorations are amazing. Service needs more improvement. They don't check if you need a refill. Nobody comes up to check if you need something. The food tastes good, but the amount of servings for its price is kind of disappointing. Overall it's good. I'm still gonna come back.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff! No more vegan options, and servers are not a thing there. Parking is extremely limited. Clean bathrooms! You walk in, find a place where you’d like to sit, then go order your food at the front. Your drink is provided right away as you order. Next, you let them know what area of the room you’ll be in, and you take a number stand with you to your seat. The food arrives pretty quickly. If you need something else, you’ll need to go up front for it. They have many food options on the menu—from cheese sticks, to gators on a stick. Everything we ordered was delicious, but on the pricier side. I ordered a lobster roll with fries, a key like pie slice, and lemonade for almost $30. Key lime pie is worth taking some lactaid for sure. There are several seafood options, which is great for pescatarians. However, I see that they USED TO have vegan options, like a portabella burger. I’ve attached an updated menu for reference. There’s loud uncensored music playing the moment you walk in, and you are greeted by anyone and everyone that works there. The music genres played are mixed, which is nice for everyone to have something they liked played. There’s a quieter area on the right side of the place (photos below), and the left side with pool tables is much louder. The bathrooms are stocked and clean, although kind of crowded. Someone accidentally hit me with their bathroom stall door as I walked by. The loud music does also provide more privacy. Lastly, I just wish the stalls had less gaps between the doors—I felt like I could have been watched through it if someone wanted to do so. Overall, this was a great place to eat at with friends or have fun during the evening. A very nice place to go to if you are hungry at night.

Food and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic!! They have just opened and are still calling this a “soft” opening. They don’t have wait staff come to the tables, you have to go to the bar and counter to order which makes it feel like a deli. We weren’t able to enjoy our time together at dinner because we were constantly getting up to order or go get drinks. If they hire more staff and are able to serve you at the tables this would be a 5 star review. However, everything we ordered was really good!! Highly recommend the burgers.

Great food! They have signs saying it's a new restaurant and people are learning so food service isn't 100 but damn they try! Everything was great other than bringing app out with meal. Beyond that bar is great food is great and atmosphere is decent. We sat outdoors but they have billards inside and great crew running it!

First time here and the food was delicious. My husband go the pork belly bites and wings. I got the grouper sandwich. Food is cooked to order but it's worth the wait. The establishment has good space for patrons.

It was their soft opening so things are still getting figured out. It took 40 minutes to get our food. We ordered an appetizer that was brought with our dinner. The staff was friendly and explained the delay in service. The food was ok and pricey. It’s fancy bar food. The atmosphere is bar style with loud music, pool tables and drinks. However they do have dine-in style too, for families. I would go again after they have been open longer.

The food was about average. The decore was amazing. Loved the pool tables. We got dessert to go. So we will see.

One of the coolest places to open up in our area in a long time. The decor and theming of this restaurant is a 10/10! We enjoyed just walking around and exploring. We ordered wings, the oysters and a mushroom cheese burger. All were delicious! Especially the seasoned fries. My husband said that next time he wanted to just order a plate of the fries!

We were worried from the reviews that it would take forever but we had our food in 30 mins. The food was tasty. The drinks were good too. Didn't love having to order at the counter and go to the bar to order drinks. The bartenders were quick and attentive though. Also the pool tables and darts were nice options.
