Brilliant old school gym, paid £5 for a day pass

Moved my PT/ class/ Strength Training & BodyBlitz business to Titans. Fantastic family run gym to build strength/ fitness. New ladies only gym & classes coming by SUMMER 2023💪🏽

looks like is getting hot in the summer, cardio room needs more air/no ventilation. some equipment I never seen someone using it/may be two person there!!🤷🏻‍♂️but it can make space for something wich everyone will use. overall is a nice space the music is brilliant, the owner is also a very nice guy👍🏻

I went to the gym for a trial and found that they had a wide range of weights and classes. The classes were catered to many customers and you have various martial arts you can opt for. The price is good since you can use the gym when you like and have multiple options for classes all week.

Fantastic gym, has all you need and a family feel environment.

I’ve been in quite a few gyms and this one is the best by far in terms of weight lifting equipment. They have lifting machines I’d never seen before. No stupid rules like chain gyms have. Great atmosphere. Great music. Cheap. Dumbbells up to 100kg. Gets busy 6-8pm but I can always get on the equipment I want without waiting. Be warned… the women that go to this gym are stronger than most of the men in commercial gyms! It does get very hot in summer!

Hands down the best strength ans hypertrophy gym in High Wycombe. Not only are the equipment made of real steel and cast iron, its also about the right motivation to push you towards your goal and thats what the community here does.
