First off I would like to say this location is professional and clean every visit. The girls at the front are always friendly and helpful. I saw Jane Arinze and she was amazing. She has great personality and professionalism about her. She makes you feel so comfortable at all times and a he never stopped smiling. Her work was beyond my expectations. She addressed every concern I had and I left with the results I was hoping for. Her attention to detail is great for this field and I appreciated how she made me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend Jane and The ZO Skin Centre Dallas.

Terralyn is by far the best injector and skin specialist! Over the last 3 years she has completely transformed my skin, as well as helped me feel the most confident I have ever felt (and that says a lot for being in my 40’s). I truly look and feel better than I did in my 30’s, and I get asked all the time what I am doing and who I am seeing for it. I trust her whole hearted with my aesthetics and recommend her to everyone!

My skin has been... shall I say better? I haven't needed professional-grade skin care in a minute, but enough was enough. I met with Carley at ZO — she did my skin consult and could not have been more empathetic or knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns without judgement, and her mastery of the options available to me were legit staggering. She was so kind and friendly, and the results speak for themselves. The products she recommended are top notch, the treatments were beyond effective, and I feel like a new person. I cannot recommend Carley or ZO more highly.

Excellent experience. Came in here for my first ever hydra facial and I was not disappointed. Emily was amazing throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. I just got a Hyrdrofacial treatment done with Carley and I can say it was hands down one of the best facials I have ever done. The hydro facial is life changing especially after a long flight and the results are seen immediately. The clinic itself is super cute and the entire team is so friendly and helpful! I can’t wait for my next appointment xx

I ordered my first ZO products to try because I’ve heard good things. I have very sensitive skin and allergies. I didn’t receive my first order. Customer service was nice enough to reship. I tried the products and they stung and I broke out in a terrible rash. When I contacted customer service I was basically told that I’m out of luck and “we have the right to refuse returns”. So…now I’ve spent $150 on products that I can’t even use. They were rude and clearly didn’t care. If you have sensitive skin or might have a reaction I would steer clear because you will be wasting your money. Even though they advertise 100 percent customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed to spend that kind of money on skincare products and be treated that way.

So happy with my results !!! I got Morpheus 8 done with Nery and it looks amazing already. I mostly wanted fat dissolved on my lower face but it’s great for skin tightening all around. She gave me great advice on what not to overdo on what I don’t need which is opposite of what a previous injector at another spa told me. Gave me a bunch of products for aftercare as well and she is all around a joy to chat with! Have her do your laser!!

Beautiful facility & lovely staff. I had my first micro needling aesthetics facial with Kyli and I highly recommend. Kyli was super informative and talked me through the whole process. I'm loving the way my skin looks since the facial. I will be back and recommending to all my friends!

ZO Skin Health is by far the best skincare I have ever used!!! Mia Gray helped me out at the store in Dallas and has literally transformed my skin!! My friends and coworkers have asked me how my skin has gotten to be so glowy and I tell them it’s the ZO glow!! The daily power serum is to DIE for and my new obsession is the firming serum, it has made my skin SO smooth!! I’m booking a hydro facial with Mia very soon - I would HIGHLY recommend everyone go see her for all of your skincare needs!!!

I typically have a great experience here, but tonight I left feeling very frustrated. After I got off work in downtown Dallas, I rushed to this location to grab a few products I was out of. I arrived at this location at 6:50 PM, which is 10 minutes before the stated closing time. When I walked up to the door, there was a blonde woman sitting at the front desk. I pulled the door and it was locked. I was surprised by this so I looked at my phone to double check the time and then back up to the blonde woman. The blonde woman looked at me, mouthed “we’re closed”, and quickly looked away at the computer at the desk. I went back to my car and again double checked the closing time. As I’m sitting in my car trying to figure out if I should call and let the woman know that I just want to purchase 2 products, another client (who clearly just had a facial) walked out of the location. I saw the blonde woman quickly get up and relock the door. It was 6:56 PM. Very frustrated as I will be leaving town tomorrow for Thanksgiving. There is no excuse.
