It's the first time for me at this Binny's. Everything was well stocked, and the location is clean. It was a busy Friday afternoon, but after looking lost, a customer service person directed me to the items I was looking for. I was very satisfied and after thinking about my experience there, I'm changing my rating for this visit to a 5star.

Experience the variety and selection of a real beverage center. Endless beer and wine rows. Unicorns can be found but the prices are to comensurate with the rarity. Enjoyed the service as well. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

What a wonderful liquor store the store is. I recently went in here and I was with my friend who also wanted to buy some liquors. We were greeted by a bunch of selection of different liquors. This store is definitely the best liquor store that I could ever been. It is big and the whole place is definitely filled with liquors. It is clean and everything is well-organized. It is also well-stocked and some are full stocks and there are also some that are sold out or only a few stocks left. Every liquor that I could think in mind is literally available and everything has a various choice. They also have this rare and collectible spirits selection which is really nice. The prices on the other hand, are of course fair and reasonable. So, to the people who love liquors out there, I highly recommend you this store and everything you might wanted would literally be available in here. Me and my friend bought quite a lot and no worries at all because everything is in a good quality, we do not only buy local but also some foreign drink that we love to try because it is such a great deal. We will definitely be back!

Very bad experience, just had a Christmas party and wanted to return a few bottles of left over brand new bottles for an exchange for one bottle of dom for new years 2023, and they treated me so poorly and management wouldn’t accept any exchanges without receipt even tho the same manager last year returned for me with no issues, 2nd manager came over and said he would do the exchange and then changed his mind last minute for no apparent reason, spent so much money here over the years as a loyal customer never coming here again, they lost me as a returning customer, no one should be treated that way! And to add, if your going to have a strict return policy they should be consistent with it and honor it, Not keep switching it when last year they exchanged with no issues.

Good selection including some options that aren't as easy to find downtown.

Clean and organized. Great selection of wine and other beverages. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

First and foremost the store is now absolutely massive since they added on. I am probably one of the few who find all Binny's just okay. Yes they have a ton of options and their prices for the most part are good. They do have a humidor so that's a huge plus for me. The part I found wrong is that you basically have to beg and bribe the managers to get certain hard to find bourbons. All the Weller etc is held behind the counter for certain people typically and near impossible to get. It's totally ridiculous that it is acceptable and they over charge on those bottles.

Staff is very helpful at Highland Park. Reserved a last bottle of fine port over the phone quickly and easily with a pleasant sales person and the pickup was easy. Also had a chance to pick up well priced wines at the time. Port price was good in comparison to online sites. Great experience!
