Oksana was so nice and friendly! She walked me through the whole process of my lip fillers, and patiently answered all the questions I had. The spa is beautiful, clean, cute and instagrammable, and they also offer many other things such as laser hair removal, cellulite reducing etc… I would definitely recommend.

I have been the customer since it opened 2 years ago. Even though the procedures are not enjoyable (to say the least), the atmosphere, the staff and overall experience is very pleasant. The founders are constantly looking for the ways to improve their products and services. They always have the most innovative products and procedures. The place is incredibly clean. I was referred to Laccura by my wife for various medical spa services. I had some skin blemishes, which had bothered me for years, removed quite successfully in one office visit. After a consultation with Dr Inna, I will be scheduling both a facial and hormone therapy, two things I would not have considered in the past. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant and classy. They are so professional and knowledgable of skin. I truly respect their work ethics and like their service and skills. The Laccura spa is amazing. For years, I used to go to the Gold Coast for spa, but now I discover this wonderful spa. The facial is to die for and the creams and serums available are the best in the World. I love the Biological Recherché line and I am so happy I can buy it locally. Everything was amazing from the beginning to the end . Starting from the front desk person. She is so sweet and she is the first who actually makes the impression about the spa you came to . That’s very important. Very polite and professional. Dr. Oxana did a great job . This is my 4th time doing Botox with her . Very knowledgeable person, who will explain everything about the treatment and aftercare . She knows what she doing for sure , her touch is self confident which means a lot to me . Im always satisfied with service they provide and always recommend this place to people I know as a must go when it comes to the beauty discussion .
