NRP is unlike any other rehab facility I’ve been treated at. They don’t just try to fix your injury, they assess how you got it in the first place and make sure it doesn’t happen again. I compete in CrossFit and was working towards being a Games Athlete (world championships). I injured my back terribly and lifting any weight was extremely painful. I was sure my dream of competing at the games was over. Then I started being treated by Matt Gentle. He physically worked on my back (and other issues as needed). We also worked on everything from how to lift the bar to my feet placement. He even met and collaborated with my coach to help improve my movements. Also, shoutout to Ray for helping improve some of my gymnastics skills which are imperative in CrossFit moves. I’m thrilled to say that not only did I qualify for the Games this year but I took top five and a stage win! I’m certain that without Matt and his team this wouldn’t have been possible. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me 🙏 I highly recommend NRP for all age ranges and abilities!

Came in here for the first time year 1/2 and was instantly welcomed. Was humbled by my time here and have only improved in overall performance and connection throughout my entire body. Have been through ACL and meniscus surgeries, 5 total. I have been able to correct major imbalances from poor rehab before, and Paul Matthews and Matt Gentle have helped me so much in getting my body back to where it was. If you’re in need of feeling, looking, and performing better NRP is a must in your life. Everyone starts somewhere, leave your ego at the door and come give NRP a look!

NRP is truly a life changing place. Every trainer there is extremely knowledgeable-Paul, Matt, Danny, Ray, Matt M, and Justin. They are capable of working with all kinds of people from elite athletes to older people who have body pain. NRP is like a family, every person who comes there is treated so well, and that is part of what keeps me coming back day after day. The equipment there is all very up to date, and another thing I love about training here is the innovation in workouts. Paul is able to come up with such unique exercises that make you say “wow I have never seen that before” and he’s able to explain it so well. I have recommended NRP to just about any person who complains about any sort of body pain/soreness due to everything I listed above. This place is truly special, and I believe those who don’t come here are truly missing out! I am so grateful for this place and for all of the people who make it so great!

NRP has been such an amazing resource for me in terms of knowledge and physical work. I have come to Matt for years and without fail whenever I have a pain or tightness that has persisted for weeks, one or two sessions coupled with a few recommendations for daily movements has improved the issue. Outside of the body work, I have also ben working with NRP in terms of strength work and personal training. The unique approach to mind body connection is ahead of its time and the movements open up new connections throughout your body that you may not have felt for years! My running and overall health has improved with the help of NRP and I plan to maintain their system of strength work and training for as long as possible. Definitely check them out to fix those nagging issues or level up your current abilities, whether is elite sports, golfing, or just living pain free.

The level of expertise, professionalism and genuine compassion at NRP is unprecedented. As a professional athlete I have received excellent care and healing to enhance my performance, as a mother I have sent all three of my children to be put back together after sports injuries, and as a certified personal trainer I have confidently referred several of my clients struggling with chronic issues to NRP. Regardless of the age, skill, experience, and self-awareness of their clients, the owners and trainers at NRP not only meet clients where they are currently at, they also empower them to exceed their personal health and wellness expectations.

NRP is incredible - truly life-changing. I have seen drastic improvements in my core strength and balance. The chronic pain I had in my hip and legs is gone. I can now play paddle pain-free and am performing better in my 50's than I was able to in my 40's. NRP works and I would strongly recommend it!

NRP is a life changing method and place for people who want to maximize their body and brain potential that dramatically improves their life! I've seen a lot of health/wellness modalities over my lifetime and it's very impressive. You'll see people of all ages with various goals at NRP: Kids/teens through professional athletes improving their physical performance. Adults of all ages successfully avoiding surgery and achieving pain free living and results when nothing else worked. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and revolutionary in his approach. He brings an additional layer to training with his deep expertise in the nervous system and the human body. I also work with Danny and find him to be a very knowledge and attentive trainer. NRP is a unique, cutting edge approach you can trust.

Been going to Paul at NRP for many years. While many people go to him to help with an injury recovery (which they swear by), I have gone to learn how to train and workout in a proper manner. The last thing I wanted to do was to spend all of the time at the gym doing the same thing wrong, over and over. He and his team are great for teaching how to workout the right way for purposes of longevity, mobility and stability (he preaches it). And I have had both of my boys train with him and his team early on in their athletic career to learn how to properly workout and train for success in their chosen sport (lacrosse). NRP keeps evolving, adding in new equipment, methodologies and techniques to accomplish your goals which is exactly what I want in a trainer.
