A couple of years ago my son and I went to Razny Highland Park to pick up a watch for the first time. Marina was our salesperson and showed us the watch and explained it in detail in a very professional way with a big smile. We both felt very comfortable with her service as a first-time buyer at Razny and we consider ourselves very lucky to know her. We have been going to Razny for many years now and we feel like Marina is our very special friend instead of a salesperson. Over the years she always has a big smile on her face and spends time talking to us no matter how busy she is. Marina helped us with a few big purchases and we can't thank her enough for all she's done for us. We often go to the store just to say hi to her and we hope she will be there for many years to come!

Jeb and Razny Jewelers are the best! Everyone has heard the stories of Rolex ADs being difficult to work with, but nothing could be further from the case at Razny. Jeb has excellent taste, and was beyond professional from day 1 - setting realistic expectations and being generally awesome to deal with. Luckily for me - Jeb was able to deliver my Rolex just in time for Christmas! In addition, he has been a great consultant on jewelry for my fiancee, and helped us look at wedding rings as well. I couldn't recommend Jeb and Razny more!

As soon as I walked in to the store, they welcomed me and my wife asking for any drink we would like to have. We felt very welcomed. They introduced us to Marina and she walked us thru the whole store, products, and all the brands. After that, she explained about the history of Razny that made us felt very confident about her and store. I was so lucky that Marina was taking care of us lol. By the way, I got an interest about Rolex watch and she showed us thru exhibitions and a catalog and tried some of the watches. If I could give 6 stars I would! Michael from Razny was a miracle worker and able to make my dreams come true! For my upcoming June 2022 wedding, I decided in April to try and find a Rolex for my future husband as a grooms gift. Little did I know how nearly impossible it was to find a Rolex in this market. I called every local Rolex dealer to try and put a request in for the timepiece. I was not taken seriously at all and was told the waitlist was 1-2 years... It wasn't until I talked to Michael from Razny where he took my information and sent in the timepiece request. To my absolute shock Michael was able to get my exact timepiece in store less than a month later! I could not believe it! I was able to give this to my husband the morning of our wedding and he could not have been more surprised/thrilled! Michael was very charming in person and the store is incredible. Could not recommend more!

I randomly decided to stop at Razny's to get my Grammas ring fixed. I honestly do not look like the "average" customer but not for a single moment did I feel unwelcomed. Every time I have been to Razny in Highland Park I have had an exceptional experience. Razny is a great Rolex dealer! All the staff there are very welcoming and friendly. I worked with Katherine and she is very knowledgeable and provided phenomenal customer service. The purchasing experience is also very smooth and easy. Katherine was able to work around my schedule so I could pick up my new watch when it was most convenient for me. When I went to pick up my watch she made sure that all my questions were answered and that the watch fit perfectly before I left. I have been coming to Razny for years and there is no other store I will shop for jewelry. The service is amazing, the staff always goes above and beyond to help!!

I bought a Patek Phillipe watch for myself and a Rolex for my wife at this location. I've been to a lot of luxury Jewelry stores, but this experience was exceptional. Usually I feel like the staff sizes you up on your potential buying power. Being that we both look younger than our age, we always feel blown off as if we "cant afford it" unless overtly flexing hard. Or, I find the sales people use pushy or subversively manipulative sales tactics. This experience was completely different, unlike any other luxury boutique I've been to. Katherine, our sales representative, sat down with us for 2 hours in private and showed us a collection of Pateks. She went deeply into the history and heritage of the watches. Her knowledge was incredible. I'm a watch nerd and even I was totally blown away. Not once did she try to sell us anything. Not once did she give us the vibe as if we were wasting time even know I was clear that I had little intent at that time to buy and was only browsing as I had never seen a Patek in person. I fell in love with a certain model that day. We came back a few weeks later and bought the watches. The experience was very personalized, extremely pleasant and we LOVED every second of it. So, I'm glad I spent my money at Razny. We love our new time pieces. They are stunning. It was worth driving all the way down from Milwaukee just to check out Patek Phillipe. I would come back to Razny's in a heartbeat. Watch collecting is about passion. If you love time pieces then you owe it to yourself to spend some time with someone passionate like Katherine. We couldn't recommend it enough.

A few weeks ago my son begged me to let him wear my older Cartier Tank to his prom. After persistent begging I finally agreed. He needed to get two links taken out of the bracelet to fit his wrist. My wife and son went to Razny Jewelers in Highland Park and they happily took out the links. When she came back home she told me how beautiful it was inside and how nice the people were, especially Lina, the sales representative. When I went back to get the links put back in I sat down with Lina right next to the Cartier display. We started talking and she gave me the idea to gift my older Tank watch to my son at graduation and for me to look at a new watch. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. Jenny at the service counter was so patient and so kind to my boyfriend and I. She connected with us on a personal level when I shared my concerns about the necklace I wanted repaired being too cheap to repair. She explained if it’s sentimental, it’s worth every penny. From the lovely woman who greeted me upon entering, then the very helpful young woman at the repair desk, and the gentleman who offered me a bottle of water. While waiting for my repair, I had an enjoyable conversation with a very personable, professional salesperson, Shirley. The store is gorgeous and has an exquisite inventory. But the real gems are these people!

I’ve come here a few times for my Tag Heuer Watch and they’re always super helpful. My dad just started getting me into finer watches so I’m a beginner and they always guide me through what’s needed for my watch and what is not.
