Put ourselves on the waitlist and was given a 40min estimate. One hour and 20min later we get the text the table is ready. Ridiculous! Obviously they haven’t figured out how to give a good estimate yet. We left after an hour of waiting.

Great new spot in Highland Village shopping center. Very busy as it just opened, but the service is outstanding - wait staff is quick to take orders and food is delivered in record time. The restaurant is traditional Cheesecake Factory and all brand new after renovation of previous tenant. Menu selection is extensive. Try the ahi tuna, delicious. Entree selections are large. Many take leftovers home. Take out ordering is also popular. Bar area with table tops available as open seating, don’t need to check in with hostess. The online menu has a photo of every item if you are curious to see the presentation.

My husband and I tried to support local restaurants in the area, and we decided to give the new Cheesecake Factory a try. Despite it being a national chain, we had never been to one…and we learned that we weren’t missing much. As a party of two, we got seated immediately on a Saturday evening, so that was a pleasant surprise. However, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. One major issue I had is that the lighting is weird and the tables are too close together, making the restaurant feel very claustrophobic. My husband was tempted to join in on the family’s conversation next to us as we could hear every word. This in itself was impressive because the restaurant had their music on WAY too loud. The service was just okay. Our server was not that attentive, but I was feeling so claustrophobic that was actually okay with me. Only five or six beers on tap, and as beer drinkers we prefer a larger variety. The good while good was very overpriced. I am also a little confused how they can claim everything is a “speciality.” After dinner, we decided to skip the $11 cheesecake slices for dessert. At $60 for two entrees and two pints, we should have left more impressed…next time we will stick to a known local favorite.

It's a pretty recently established place (12/16/2023), all the workers are amicable, and the food was up to standard. One thing that I wish this place had is a menu of the daily specials. If I wanted to look at ingredients or detailed description of said special it would be nice to have a physical thing to read rather than remember what the waiter/waitress explained.

First off, we have been fans of Cheesecake Factory for many years. This location, however, is not meeting our expectations. Today was our 2nd visit here, we went for lunch on a Sunday. Service was very slow at both visits, 20-30 minute wait for meals each time. Lunch was the Asian chicken salad and the turkey avocado sandwich, nothing complicated! Our servers both times were friendly and somewhat attentive, although drink refills were slow. We paid $51 for fried zucchini appetizer, Asian chicken salad and a turkey avocado sandwich, with an iced tea and water. For that price we will stick with our favorite locally owned restaurants where we always get good service, good quality food and generous portions. Sadly we will not return except for maybe cheesecake on a birthday. This location needs to do better.

I went with my mom and my son to the Cheesecake Factory. I have always wanted to go because I have heard such good things about it. We went on a Sunday and it was extremely busy. We were seated fairly quickly at a high top table. The employees were very nice, but very busy. We didn't have a long wait for our food and the food was spectacular with great portion sizes. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich and my mom had the Chicken Madera. I want to come back just for dessert and to try other options on the menu. The inside of the restaurant is so beautiful!!! I absolutely love the lighting and the artistry on the walls. Our sever Mia did and excellent job and multi-tasked well. Thank you for the great experience.

We love cheesecake factory. This time once again we ordered the snacks avacado tacos the shell this time was very very delicate and was difficult to pick up and hold, but the flavor was amazing.

This restaurant is newly opened. It has a large seating hall. The staff is new but very helpful. The parking is limited, so plan ahead of time. Cheesecake offering doesn’t disappoint. There are plenty of popular flavors to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!!

Getting seated, even with a reservation was a nightmare. The service was painfully slow, but friendly. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about. 15 years ago when I used to make the drive out to Frisco to experience the Cheesecake Factory it was a solid place to spend a special occasion. The food was good, and the prices were fair for the experience. Fast forward to 2024 and the value proposition just isn't there. I can list off three restaurants within 100 yards that are simply better for either the same or less money.

For my birthday, I wanted cheesecake & for that, hands down, there is none better than Cheesecake Factory. The prices had gone up quite a bit since last time so ‘cheap eats’ this was not, but the food was all delicious! My hubbys steak was cooked perfectly and I highly recommend the truffle honey chicken! Also, if you can’t decide on an appetizer, try the pretzel cheese balls! That cheese sauce was among the best I’ve ever tasted. Overall, this was a near perfect dining experience.

Highly anticipated night that did not disappoint! Gisselle made the dining experience for my wife and I wonderful. She was very polite and pleasantly interactive with us both. I frequent two other CFs and she has been my most favorite server I've had in a long time. Everyone that checked in on us was very polite and made sure we were well taken care of - and we most certainly were! The food exceeded our expectations. This new location packs a lot of punch for it's size. I encourage you to schedule your reservation in advance to avoid the expected wait. Congrats to the crew on the grand opening. Everything has come together nicely! Very excited to have CF in my neighborhood 😃 Parking is what it is. Nothing new for the area.

I enjoyed a vegan lunch at the bar. The bartenders Dakota and Mitch were exceptional in their service, presentation and attention to detail. And they were very knowledgeable about the extended menu options available. The hosts immediately took care of a bathroom issue when notified. Signage saying restaurant was open was poor and parking out front was still under construction

I had the pleasure of going here for a soft opening and am looking forward to returning now that they’re open. The food and drinks were great. The service was excellent and the desert was phenomenal. I’m sure this place will be a local favorite

LOVE the building. So beautiful!!! Food was good for sure. Service was great as well. Can tell they just opened based on everyone running around lol. But I totally understand. 10/10

I have been to this location twice since they’ve opened. Once with my husband for a date and another time with him and our two toddlers. Atmosphere was great. Definitely busy and lots of training happening but it seemed to run fairly smoothly. We were checked on by at least 2-3 other employees which was great if we needed something between check ins from our server. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. Very family friendly as well. Will definitely return soon.

I really enjoyed the food here at Cheesecake Factory at Highland village. I am so glad they opened up in Highland village because it's closer to my place. Margaritas and Pastas here are to die for.
