I just wanted to thank the store employees and Manager Ninette she is the sweetest. As a busy mom, whether we come through the drive through or sit to dine in. The service and food is always great. 👌 Keep up the great work!!

Ninette is an amazing asset to this company! I really love her attitude and how positive and real she is. I have a Carl's Jr that's way closer to me but I rather drive a little to this Carl's Jr because of the excellent service!

I go to this Carl's most often because the food is most always hot and there is no line. I ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito which is sublime here. Obviously their burgers, chicken and desserts are also great. Try them out.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and was extremely pleased with my experience. I used the drive-thru and was impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. My order was correct and arrived hot, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was nothing missing from my order, which can sometimes be an issue at fast-food restaurants. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Carl's Jr. and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and friendly service, and a delicious meal. Based on my experience, I would give them a full 5 stars. Thank you, Carl's Jr., for providing such great service!

Carl's Jr. Me and girlfriend favorite food since where in Redlands high school 1986 move to Washington state still eating Carl's Jr so many memories me and my girlfriend we used to go eat a lot Carl's Jr. RIP 9/11 she was working in Pentagon she pass away the center of Pentagon.

Good food. It was hot and fresh. Tried the bbq rib burger and it was awesome. Service could be a little faster but wasn't a killer. I'll go back.

This is by far the best Carl's Jr location that I have been to. The customer service is great and they always have menu items available.

I ordered medium combo, I got large. I asked for no salt fries, I got salty fries. No straw for my drink, not inside the bag. I asked for easy ice drink, I got 2/3 cup of ice. Waited over 20 min. @drive thru after placing the order, food was cold already.

Had the worst experience today, and I waited 10 minutes just to order on the drive-through. I couldn't back up since there was a car behind me. I ordered 2 HAND-BREADED BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese and breaded chicken on a potato bun. I asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches we received had only pickles. I also ordered 3-PIECE HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS WITH BBQ SAUCE. When I finally drove up to the window, it took a few minutes to get my food after I had paid. When I looked inside the bag, there was no BBQ sauce, not even napkins. I tried to get the drive-through employee back to the window, and I ended up knocking on the window when she finally came back she had food in her mouth as she was chewing a mouth full of food she ask what did I want. I told her she had forgotten my BBQ sauce and had no napkins. She rolled her eyes and got the items. Overall, this location service has gone down. When I got home, my chicken tenders were burned, and my sandwiches were completely wrong.

Way overpriced food. Will not go there again. Two meals and two extra sandwiches were over $50!!!

Had a breaded chicken meal and med coke. Sandwich was good and fries ok just didn't hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

Service is excellent. Staff and management are amazing crew. I always eat there when I'm in town. I live a hour away and always make it a point to make a visit.
