Extremely over priced for the work & the area. I wanted to have the black in my hair removed and set an appt with Anna for was was supposed to be a color correction. I was charged $340 for a single session to only have 30% of my hair bleached (what is in foils) There was no bleach wash, absolutely nothing done to the hair outside of the foils. $340 later 70% of my hair is untouched and I now need to find someone else to ACTUALLY give me a color correction.

Anna P is the absolute worst! The stylist are independent from the salon. However, there’s crearlo a trend just by going through the reviews. That means management doesn’t care. How is this woman still allowed to work there? 0/10 recommend. If you get Anna, run away as fast as you can.

Crystal is absolutely amazing. She has done mine and my son's hair for years now and I really appreciate how friendly she is but also gives amazing cuts and really wants every client to be super happy with what they get. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Anna for 15 years now and she’s very professional and well cleaned person, And I’ve never had any problems with her understanding what and how I want my hair. My hair is pass the mid back length and she’s always been able to cut it just enough, the same goes for my color I’ve done solid color to all blonde and now balayage color and she does a great job. her conversations you can tell she listens and even remembers you story’s from way back. I recommend all family and friends or anyone at that to go to her and she’ll take well care of you. Just ask for Anna

I called early morning and they were able to squeeze me in for a trim with Loraine (probably not spelling her name right). I have severe hair loss from medical problems and she made me feel very at ease and comfortable. My cut turned out super cute and she gave me great recommendations on vitamins and products to help with hair regrowth. Im really happy with the service and will keep booking with her!

Cristal is an excellent stylist, I was fascinated with her work, I found what I was looking for with her, of course I will return to sit in her chair 💅🏻, she is my first favorite stylist

Anna has done my hair from, baylage to highlights to Brazilian blowouts and other salon treatments She does an amazing job The staff is friendly She is accommodating and if I have questions she’s quick to answer. I get compliments on my hair and she’s the best !

I HATE AND REGRET GOING HERE , i previously had a haircut by Wendy which was amazing ! But on 09-08-23 I had Anna sierra / @anna_sweetcali today was the day I put heat on my hair which normally I don’t so I couldn’t realize the problem until today. When she “styled” my hair she did outward flips when it should’ve been inwards to show more of the bob hair cut I was getting. Luckily that day I went home and was able to blow dry it into a better shape but still I didn’t realize how terrible the cut was. One length is drastically shorter than the other side like a good 2 inch difference which shows since my hair on one side is to my chin and the other side is below my chin almost on my shoulder. She constantly told me to look at the way down to cut the back of my hair. Why not raise the chair ? Why are different sides of my hair different lengths??? I also had a friend come to see Anna and she also butchered her hair length. How is Anna still allowed to do hair cuts ??? From what I see people have had previously complained against her hair cuts. I will never be back and I pray no one has this problem. Over the phone the receptionist said “oh I trust Anna to do this haircut” trust for what ? To not give me an all around same length??
