Dang It, Melissa was the absolute best. Not sure if I will find another one that will match up. But the billing department killed it for me. I haven't received any bills from them, and they asked for a card to keep on file. Few weeks later, hits my account for $700. I owed it and I didn't argue. But being able to charge that, without my consent or my knowledge, is kind of beyond "putting a bad taste in my mouth". Cannot justify going to a company that is able to freely charge my card without me knowing, even though I honestly wish I could. I looked forward to my Mondays.

My wife and I had our first family therapy session with Jennifer Jerominski, LSW and found Jennifer knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She laid out a good starting foundation, and I look forward to our future sessions.

Deb is in tune to my concerns and is helpful in assisting me to work through them. Great therapist!

I would add an additional star if I could, working with my therapist has been amazing due to his approach and attitude. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a great therapist. Kaleb Pollum is great as his skills are phenomenal!

Both my daughter and I saw therapists at the LifeStance in Barrington for a little while. Neither if us felt that we got anything out if it and service was very overpriced. Most of the therapists are very young and lack experience. Scheduling and communication is severely lacking as you can only communicate through the helpline and no one runs the front desk. We have since found other service in Barrington that is much better than this service at a fraction of the cost.

Our first session (virtual) with Dr. Kivett's went very well. The video call system worked great and my husband and I enjoyed our time Dr. Kivett. We look forward to working with her.

I have been looking for a therapist in ages. I finally found one that I think it will make a real difference. They are great and the portal makes communication easy.
