The “service menu” might as well not exist because it doesn’t matter what services you book the stylists/technicians will just charge you whatever which seems to be quite higher than what they are supposed to be according to what you book. Possibly double what you were planning to pay. They will also add services that you didn’t ask for and try to charge you for them. Prices are not competitive at all as I seen in another review. Some of the highest prices in the area because they up charge for absolutely everything where other places these things are included. Higher than prices in North America with less included in the service or extra charge for things that are generally included in particular services or perhaps the prices are different for certain people 🤔 ? Not impressed. Went there 2 times and had the same experience both times. Will not be returning.

First time visiting the Nailbar here in Punta Cana and I must say that I really loved the experience. Since I arrived, they welcomed me very well, they offered me a cold tea and asked me to choose the polish for my nails, they have many options and vibrant colors. The space has several services, such as massages, hairdressing, eyebrow design and of course the manicure and pedicure service, which is quite extensive, since they have several treatments. They also have a little bar if you want to drink a cocktail. I also noticed that there are snacks, because I saw several customers ordering sandwiches, which I find super convenient, they bring it to you where you are. The chairs where you get your pedicure are massage chairs, so you can relax much more 🥰 I chose botanical spa mani and pedi, with normal polish. I paid a total of 1900 Dominican pesos. Without a doubt, I will return to try more services.
