The staff are AMAZING!!!! Just WONDERFUL!!! Soo helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The grounds and public areas are beautiful! Food was good, entertainment was…entertaining and the pool and beach were well maintained. Only complaint were the rooms. Changed rooms 3 times in our first day due to mold and air conditioning issues. Rooms were constantly “damp”, uncomfortable, and outdated. The bathroom had tiny roaches in it, the shower got everything wet, didn’t drain well and the rooms and bathroom just felt, “yucky” in general making it difficult to get comfortable both physically and otherwise.

We had the best family vacation! Resort is beautiful very spacious family oriented. The staff is excellent and attentive and fun! Scooby rocked the activities around the pool! He made our vacation so much fun! Maria work the pool like nobody’s business. I don’t know how they would serve drinks without her. We look forward to coming back

It's a very beautiful Resort. The staff was absolutely wonderful our rooms in the facilities were great. The food there was just so much and so many choices we ate at the buffet regularly and we made reservations to the dinner restaurants. We had a wonderful time just a word of advice when booking your vacation check the weather check what the temperatures are going to be for the time of year that you are going we did not realize that it was going to be in the upper 90s with a feels like of 105 to 107 degrees. This is an open concept Resort where the main campus of the resort is all open no walls so there was no way of Escaping The Heat outside of the casino and gift shop and your room. So just make sure to know ahead of time what the weather conditions are going to be like in the season that you are staying.

This is the most disorganized, unaccommodating hotel. The whole place is a disaster They have no consideration. We paid for four rooms at peak season for a 2 week at $40,000. I can provide my visa statement to prove the transactions. The hotel rooms are old and dated. The food sucks and is repetitive. They run out of the basics of basics. Eggs, bread, ketchup, bacon. You feel bad taking food from the buffet because the people behind you may not get any. The buffet is like a cattle call, people are savages and will run you over to get food because it is so scarce. All the restaurants are horrible, food is over salted and served cold at EVERY restaurant. The resort app sucks. No one at front desk or concierge helps you. The entertainment at night is amateur. You are better off in Cuba at least the service is better and more friendly. Don’t believe the good reviews, they are all employees writing the reviews. They delete and ban people who write the honest truth. It’s very sad there are very few staff members who are actually good that try to make up for the rest of everyone.

Ana was amazing!! Had a great time here, came with my family for the week. Everyone here is so friendly. Ana has a great smile and is amazing with the experience! Nothing but fantastic things to say about her! The entertainment was unreal! Cannot wait to come back again!! Longer this time!

Great resort with tons of family activities. Service was amazing and staff were all super accommodating and friendly. Food was ok but buffet had tons of options. Try the spa if you’re willing to spend a little extra money. Night life was also very nice and worth it.

Small two stories habitations spread nicely over a large area. Rooms are beautiful, so is the beach. The food was excellent but we were unable to get access to the restaurants we wanted. However, the buffet was outstanding even had all you can eat lobster one night. We were there to play golf, Pete Dye design, beautiful and challenging without being too hard. You're not going to lose too many balls. I really enjoyed my week.

The rooms are super nice, clean, no complaints! The staff is really friendly, interactive, service is amazing, Jose was always so nice and made us feel very welcome! The beach is super clean, lots of chairs and lots of activities at the beach and pool! The disco is super fun and great music! Would definitely recommend and come back!

The resort was great overall! The Hotel rooms need a little bit of updating. Family oriented and a lot of activities for kids! The staff is really attentive and provide great customer service. There are a of entertainment provided as well. Staff interacts with the guests and they have some games and activities at the pool side. Look for Cappuccino by the pool side!

Great place to spend vacation with friends and family. Good food, entertainment every night. Stuff is friendly, inviting and always smiling. One of the best friends we made was “chocolate “♥️. The entertainment has been great, Joel and team! The restaurant service has been great, the food could be better, way better and the restaurants felt like it was basically what they served at the buffet. The rooms need Mahler updating. Bar need’s premium drinks and real fruit juice, definitely tasted fake. It good time because I was with my family and the staff was very kind to us, but would probably not return to this resort!

Our stay is made more pleasant by great animators. Ana is beautiful and kind, I will definitely remember her wonderfully! The atmosphere by the pool is great and I recommend everyone to experience it at least once ❤️

I put 5 stars as an average: animation and service are a clear 6 stars, food is 4 - being generous - as they try hard but just don’t get it right, considering it’s a Spanish chain. If you forget the food and focus on having a great time, the animation staff will make a true difference in the overall experience. Will Smith - yes, it’s his name - was absolutely the best amongst the best. He leaves you wondering where he takes all that energy and there is no way his smile won’t be contagious

We had an amazing time at Iberostar! The activities at the pool and beach were so much fun, very entertaining! Animation team was the best! Good and drinks were delicious. The pool bartenders know how to make a Strong drink!! Great time!! We will be back!

The hotel is very clean, kid friendly, and very activity organized. The entertainment group is some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Mostly Lenny who will do he’s best to make you feel comfortable and have the best time at the resort.

Stayed at this resort for 7 days with my friends and we had a blast. Food, room and services was great! People who work at the resort were amazing, especially, runners Idelfonso and Carlos. They were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

First time in 20 years since going on vacation, and at this All inclusive Resort I loved it from the minute you arrived. The hospitality services were amazing. The open all you can eat buffet from morning to night. The entertainments from the entertainers and all their staff were breathtaking. The room service was amazingly tended to when we were out. I can go on for days that being said, because it was breathtaking how warm, friendly, welcoming and courteous every single employee was. I will definitely be returning in the very near future. Great all inclusive hotel, excellent drinks, tasty food served during all day, good variety of food. Amazing soft sand beach with sunbeds, lots of palm trees. All staff was smiling and polite. Really great service recieved on each level. Would definitely come back

It was my first time coming to this resort and it did not disappoint. The food was good, the entertainment team and daily games were so much fun. Scooby from the entertainment team was so much fun and welcoming! The ground and beach area were so spotless. They keep up with everything. I definitely recommend coming to this resort!

The rooms were amazing and extremely clean. The staff is incredible as well (José) is an amazing entertainer, he always makes sure to make everyone smile. The food is diversified and fresh. The outdoor activities are very nice as well.

The food and the entertainment was great, I really enjoyed the fact that the staff was generally just really friendly and made me and partner feel welcomed and very comfortable. José in the entertainment team really stood out for me, he always made sure that we happy with everything and honestly felt more of a friend than staff, also the fact that I would see him making other guest feel happy and enjoying them self put a massive smile to my face to know that he was just being his genuine self.

We loved our stay at Iberostar Dominicana! Everyone was so nice and super helpful with anything we wanted/needed. The entertainment made it even better at night and there was always something to do. All the workers made it so fun for us and we were never bored, there was plenty of activities and food. Definitely would recommend traveling here.

Took a vacation here with my family and I spend a good time here. Lots of activities to do on the beach and in the pool, music was great, food was good, and the servers were nice. Dey was a sweetheart, loved her and the other workers of the resort.

Iberostar Dominicana is an amazing resort that offers an all-inclusive experience. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were great, though not perfect. The food was good, though some buffet items were cold, but the buffet is huge. The pools were amazing. The bar service was amazing with plentiful portions. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Overall, Iberostar is tip tier for all inclusive.

Great location, went here for a family trip and have no complaints. The staff are wonderful and the resort was so clean. Lots of entertainment and a good time for all. Our group had kids aged 2yrs-13 years and 6 adults and we all enjoyed our stay.

I loved this place. The food was good and hotel workers were all so friendly. It is absolutely beautiful grounds and pools. My only complaints are that they fumigated our room and it smells bad for 2 days. And people in the shops were very high pressure to buy their stuff. I don't like that. It takes the fun out of looking. We skipped the rest of the shops unfortunately.

This resort was beautiful and the service and entertainment team were amazing! We made many friends, enjoyed excursions, ate delicious food at the restaurants and had plenty of tasty drinks. “Mike Tyson, Coffee, and Mr Chocolate” were great people to show us a good time. Jeffrey from the buffet waited on us each night and was always smiling. I can’t wait to book our next trip back!

Fresh and crunchy lettuce. Friendly service. especially the animation was a legend. CHOCOLATE 😍 Very good location. Had a place in the sun. Good choice during the break between shopping. Friendly Reviews of the owner, so and also the 1 Star ratings didn't put us off. Perfect is not always possible and who shows insight and Improvement is promised and should also be rewarded for it. And you can't please everyone either. We were completely satisfied. The room was also very clean and the housekeeping staff were absolutely friendly! we will be back :-)

The place is very nice .Staff makes you feel comfortable and home. The food needs some improvement and teach the kitchen crew to weare gloves and hats. According to health regulations one *MUST WEAR GLOVES HATS FACE COVERINGS* something that lacks around there .You *cannot touch the food with your bare hands*

The staff was the amazing and so kind. They are helpful and greeted us every day and made sure we were always taking care of and having a great time. Naomi was amazing she greeted us with a smile everyday and made sure we were having fun throughout the day. The food was delicious and the rooms were beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who ask where to stay. So family orientated. I will be returning to this resort next year.

Everything was good, especially the staff around the area. At day time the entertainment team was responsible for the entertainment which they did a great job at. Same in the evening at the shows. Definitely recommendable and I’ll be coming back here soon!

This place is truly HEAVEN!!! If you bored in any way being here, you have to be miserable deep in your soul. This place is so luxurious! We spent our 10 year plus one anniversary and first family trip since COVID-19 here. The girls loved it. We loved it and being with other family was the cherry on top.. There was so much to see and do! Even took a night excursion off resort to the restaurant Noah's that was phenomenal! The resort and concierge staff were above board and made it easy to relax. The children enjoyed Kid's camp and made new friends and even acted in a stage production! Can't wait til we can return. I also would recommend taking the full 10 days if you can. You will not regret it!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! The rooms were great, the flowers and trees, the pools, the beach… everything was clean and perfect! Food was delicious! The best part was the STAFF!!! So friendly, so helpful, so wonderful! Reynaldo, Michael, Kevin, Deborah, Walter and Evelyn… AMAZING!! They called us family the whole trip, had great activities for us, SO INCREDIBLE!!

Iberostar Punta Cana is a truly phenomenal place to vacation. From the atmosphere, to the food, to the amenities, and above all else the people. The staff is so friendly, fun, and really takes the time to make your vacation special. Went there for our anniversary. Rooms were on the smaller side, not that much of a concern because little time is spent in them. Service all around was amazing!! Housekeeping does an absolute amazing job with the rooms and cute decorations with towels and flowers! Food was good, pizza at the la marimba restaurant during lunch is the best! Beaches were clean and water was great, a lot of seaweed. Overall an amazing stay for my husband and I.

The food was great, we ate like kings every day! We had a minor hiccup with our first room when we arrived but they took care of everything and got us a newer room with a pool view. The spa and pool were great and the service was absolutely exceptional. I have never seen such hard working/dedicated/polite and patient people. These people work long hours and they are always willing to help with a smile on their face. Marino and Jenny in concierge are the absolute BEST! They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely amazing! If you stay here please look out for these 2 as they will help you in whatever you need or want. We had such a great time here and did not want to come back home!

Beautiful beach, gorgeous property! The entertainment staff kept things moving through the day, encouraging us to participate in volleyball, fun group activities and dancing. Cafe was especially friendly and checked in on us throughout the day and during the evening to make sure everyone was having a good time!

Excellent escape after not traveling for 2 years. Simple rooms, low key vibe, family friendly, fun shows at night, lots of activities during the day! Food and drinks good too, restaurant reservations were tough but buffet was fine. Clean common areas.

This resort has everything you need and definitely can recommend to go here. We did the online check-in, but still had to fill in some data at the reception, where we were very friendly welcomed. At 4pm our room wasn't ready yet, but after 30 minutes it was and the garden view room we had was really nice. Filled with 2 beds, so it's a huge room for 2 people. The bed is sleeping good, we were next to the pool but no problems with noise at all. The shower is great, good jet and temperature. Easy safe to use for valuable items. The complex is shared with Iberostar Punta Cana. The swimming pools have a lot of beds around, which are unfortunately getting 'reserved' by people with their towels, and also the beach has a lot of beds to relax. The temperature of the water was perfect to cool down. At the buffet there is always enough choice to eat whatever you want, its pretty divers and every day different salads for example. You also have the right to make a reservation at the restaurant, but here they say it's full (while the restaurant is only 50% booked) or just 1 spot left at very early or late time as you can book days in advance. And to be fair, the buffet is offering more value for what you get at the specific restaurants, but maybe they want as much as possible at the buffet as it is cheaper. Most dishes are cooked without a lot of flavours so everyone can eat it. Animation is really good, lot of staff to enjoy your time with. During the night show the sounds is very loud, but that's maybe for the older people so they can hear something as well. And go find in the morning your coconut at the gardener. Face masks in the restaurants, outside not required.

Amazing six day trip here. Friendly staff and overall environment. Diverse food options that are very well cooked! Late night shows and daily pool/beach activities run by staff were very entertaining. Highly recommend to friends and families traveling. This has been my 2nd time here and it has only gotten better.

Spent 5 nights here started off great, but notice a few things can improve. Room was a nice size but small things could be fixed ie (fridge would not always work and drinks would be warm, room cleaning would take longer than expected, some outlets did not work properly.) For Customer service most of the staff were nice and friendly other times at restaurants in the resort staff would not be friendly and showed that they did not care to provide service (not great if you are in all-inclusive and are paying for a great experience.)

This resort was incredible! If you’re young, old, extroverted, introverted, doesn’t really matter, this place definitely brings the fun out of you. Popeye, Debora y Coco were the best entertainers I’ve been around yet. Considering the state of the world right now and Covid still lingering, this place was so lively, so energetic, and so much fun with everything open (disco, casino, beach parties). I can’t emphasize enough how much the entertainers (like Popeye and Debora - my absolute favorites) made this place feel like home. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Even though we were hit by Hurricane Fiona during our stay we made the best of it. The group of us stayed in our room and had our own private party. The staff at the hotel were amazing especially Carlos Runner. We went as a group and kept calling the front desk for towels and drinks. Carlos Runner was very patient and kind as he had to be the one to drop off the supplies. He was always smiling. The food was good and when the weather improved the beach was breathtaking.

It was really good! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and I really felt home. Besides the amazing fruit options, the pool and the salsa lessons in the evening were my favourite thing to look forward to. I would love to come back :)
