The hotel is modern and clean. The staff though they don’t speak English well but they try their best to understand you. There are a lot of events to do in this big hotel, you do not even need to go out from the resort. It’s a very good family resort. Very good cot that they provide and a very big room. A lot of restaurants to choose but you need reservations. The biggest pool I have ever been, if you want the pool for yourself, you need to wake up early in the morning as it gets packed in the afternoon during our stay. Over all I am very happy with this resort, I would definitely come back. Great Experience…..

I had the pleasure of staying at Lopesan 2 weeks ago and highly recommend the resort. We upgraded to the Wrist band package that had access to all restaurants and private beaches. The beach has beautiful water and a quiet sitting area with a nice breeze. The pools are fantastic. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and polite. The Food is delicious and the resort is massive. Whether you’re travelling with your family, friends, as a couple there is something for everyone and no shortage of entertainment!

A magnificent modern hotel that from the very entrance impresses with its luxury and skillful combination of modern technology and style. Lovely and friendly staff always ready to help and answer all questions. Vacation starts right from the reception. Clean and well-maintained grounds, magnificent recreation areas and a variety of pools make it possible to both relax privately and enjoy swimming in the communal pool with panoramic ocean views. Comfortable clean beach with entertainment on the sand for both adults and children. Large selection of restaurants and cafes with varied cuisine. Particularly impressive is the Boulevard area with a variety of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and lounge areas, which in the evening takes on a livelier look and the entire nightlife of the hotel moves to this area. But during the day there is complete relaxation, silence and incredible beauty. This area is located far from the rooms, so it does not disturb anyone at night. Many hotels have a lounge area, but only in the Lopesan department it is thought out as comfortably as possible for all categories of vacationers. Both adults and families with children can have a great time here, there is a water amusement park and a children’s area nearby. At the same time, the zones are divided so that privacy and tranquility are preserved and no one interferes with anyone. Absolutely magical holiday, you will get the maximum pleasure by choosing this hotel.

Best resort I’ve been to in Punta Cana! This resort will always be one to recommend to anyone in the near future. All staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hygiene is very well kept. Gorgeous views. Great gym. Loads of variety when it comes to eating and drinking. Definitely try their Bahama Mama, was my go-to drink the whole trip. If you’re considering booking the “Unique” experience I extremely encourage. Though the buffets as a whole were great, the buffets and restaurant which were only accessible to unique guests were hands-down the best. i would avoid the Mexican restaurant we did get slightly sick one night. Otherwise perfect experience.

Service is slow in most restaurants and the cafe and all the bars in the beach. And why are the staff rarely smiling unless they are talking amongst themselves or play on their phones. Second time here. Will not come back. The nite entertainment is lacking and the pool activities are Much the same. The beach was clean and beautiful. I’m writing all this while in line waiting for my coffee…. Three people don’t show up for work I was told. Enjoy !

This place is PARADISE! Just came back and will return for sure. Have gone many times to Punta Cana but nothing compared to Lopesan. Everything is BEYOND EXCELLENT, from service to the hotel itself. Cant miss mentioning employees at Goldfish Buffet in the beach who made our stay extra special, every single employee is just excellent but WILKINS & JULIO were unique. Went out of their way to please us; very friendly, respectful and humble. Every restaurant is exquisite, but specially the Steak House and French (you cant miss those!). Aurely hostess at the French restaurant was very helpful and polite. We had a Swim Up room which was perfect, waking up to that view is just amazing (worth the extra $). The main pool does need a little more waitress going around since there is no swim-up bar but the girls do try their best. Amanda at the Timon Pool Bar makes the best cocktails we tried! and of course was very attentive. Overall our stay was just PERFECT, cant wait to return... THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

As we wrap up our stay here at Lopesan Costa Bavaro we don’t have enough wonderful things to stay about our time here. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely impeccable! The beauty and thought that has gone into every single corner of this place is impressive! From the pool areas, to the bars and buffets every element of design was extremely well thought out. No matter the time of day the views are stunning. The food was beyond delicious! Some of our favourites were definitely the Mediterranean restaurant (which is actually included for everyone. Only extra cost is if you purchase the lobster special), the Italian restaurant and of course the steak house. We enjoyed every meal and drink we had here and each dish was truly gourmet. The staff at the resort are so kind, caring and attentive. From the servers at the buffet to the kind women working at bar Timon, each person greeted us with a smile (which you could see through the masks). Fredrick at the Italian restaurant and Ashley at bar Timon go above and beyond anything we could have ever asked. We are so glad that we chose to stay here and cannot wait to return!!!

The hotel itself has beautiful grounds! The rooms felt clean and comfortable. The beach- isn’t very large and doesn’t offer much, &barely anyone swims in it due to the amount of boats & it has a smell. There are areas reserved for adults only & “unique” guests so be prepared to be shooed from certain areas if you didn’t upgrade to that. For an all inclusive it felt difficult to get drinks. Service could be slow and they would give you small plastic cups sometimes and other times large cups with no rhime or reason. Service was lacking in lot of areas & it’s hard to get reservations ahead of time and try all the restaurants. The restaurant we really enjoyed was El Charro!!! Amazing service there, barely any wait and all the food we got was phenomenal!! Gondola was almost an hour just waiting on starters. If you don’t speak Spanish you may be given the wrong meal on multiple occasions possibly due to language barrier but they also don’t list what anything on the menu contains or what it is. For the $ this place does not seem worth it just due to the food and beach alone.

The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. Where this resort lacks is in the operations and customer service. Top 3 things that stick out where they dropped the ball.... 1)There are kids in rooms within the adults only section which is unfair when patrons pay extra to be in this area to avoid that exact thing. The whole adults only thing isn't really enforced anywhere except the main buffet rooms. 2) they are extremely understaffed and it shows especially at the gondola restaurant. Many unhappy guests on multiple occasions due to their extremely slow service. Expect hours before you get your food with the high possibility you're not getting all of what you ordered. 3) check in is brutal.... Too slow and not enough man power. Expect to wait a few hours even with a small line (~ 2 families ahead of you). Still - this is a great resort to take your family or for a more mature couple looking to relax and less of the party scene.

The hotel looks like a boutique hotel! The attention to detail is everything. The staff is very kind, always asking if we need something and making sure we are enjoying our stay, especially Marcia Luis from the buffet. If you have any questions or are in need of advice she will definitely help you out. The Adults Only pool area is secluded behind the hotel which gives a very nice and private ambiance with its own bar. This resort is a must if you come to Dominican Republic.

My stay has been incredible from start to finish. The staff is so pleasant to be around and the level of services is impeccable. Its my second time here I can’t wait to come back with my family! definitely recommend getting the unique experience. The resort was beautiful! From the moment I arrived to my last day everything was great. Customer service, excellent! Food was good. The only problem I had was with their animation group. Every week is the same thing and it was boring at night time.... they do have many things to do inside the resort but people travel to relax and have a good time. Night life sucks! Other then that the resort was excellent.

The service here is actually amazing and accommodating. If you do arrive early, just know there is a wait, we waited almost two and half hours but kindly went back the receptionist and she was able to give a free upgrade because we were kindly waiting patiently. Everyone says hello as you pass buy and makes sure that you are always okay! So kind! I would absolutely stay here again. The resort is huge with a good amount of things to do so be ready to walk! Good is amazing, service is outstanding, and the time we came also had perfect wether ! 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoyed the stay. I had so much fun with my family and we enjoyed the beach and the pool. The employees are very welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. The buffet was good it had different kinds of foods. We tried the French, Japanese, Mexican , and Italian. The best one was Italian. Overall we had a very good stay😊

Our stay was excellent. We had an amazing time at this hotel, this was our second time here. All employees were very serviceable, and all very welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you step out. We had a very pleasant experience , Victoria greeted us in the lobby and made our experience extra special , she was very kind and any time we had any questions or needed anything she was always there to help. She was extra serviceable and extra welcoming always willing to go the extra mile. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Victoria again!

Lopesan resort is an amazing place. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a great relaxing and amusing vacation. The service’s here is amazing. The team is great and very helpful I couldn’t ask for more friendly people. The rooms are perfect, great size, always smell clean . The workers are always around the hotel to help you when you need any help. Room service team are working very hard. The animation team are very nice and always creative and inviting everyone to take part of the activities. Everyone on the team is always smiling and happy to help you . Keep up the great service! I loved Gondola restaurant! The food and atmosphere was amazing! They had gentleman that walked around and serenaded all the customers at each table! Not to mention the food was excellent as well! It was definitely a plus and we would definitely go back.

This is our first all-inclusive resorts and by far Lopesan surpassed my expectations. Me and my husband stayed in the unique room had a blast. Customer service was excellent. Daniel Elias, our unique experience butler was spectacular. He was super responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure we're having the best time. The staff all over the resort was incredibly friendly, always upbeat and helpful, and really contributed to the whole island time 'let your worries slip away' vibe. The amenities (multiple pool options), the gorgeous beach, the view and activities 10/10. Would highly recommend! The food was great and most importantly it was very clean and well maintained. Everything you can think of in doing to have a good time and relax is inside the resort, will definitely come back!

I don’t want to spend too much time on this one. The hotel is beautiful and the food is good. The service at the bars is amazing but the costumer service and room service is horrible. I was playing at their water park and slipped because one of the stairs was worn out and didn’t have the grip. This was on the first day of my trip. The Dr. at the hotel was asking for money before he could see me and couldn’t tell me how much will be just to look at it. Then I ask the hotel if they could provide me with a wheelchair for the reminder of my stay and they told me that they only have one wheelchair for the whole hotel and that they couldn’t provide me with one. Since I am the manager of one of the biggest Travel Agencies in the United States I called one of my friends and they told me to talk to David Castillo about my situation. He didn’t even care. I won’t be going to this hotel again. I go to a lot of this high end hotels with my family which we were a party of 12 and we pay a lot of money to stay in the Unique area. NOT Worth it. Better stay at St. Regis they will carry you in a wheelchair and push you around for less money a night. Oh the room had water leakage and the fridge didn’t cook down the beers. Not worth what you pay for.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro is highly recommended for a vacation spot in DR. The infrastructure is relatively new (2019), the service is outstanding, the beach is beautiful and the swimming pools are massive! Food has been great so far. Make sure to try each restaurant to experience various cuisines... Easily 5 stars

Wonderful hotel, stylish and recently completed (2019). Overall the food was very good, lots of options and the fruit was always fresh. The meat quality was also very solid. The room was spacious and very stylish as the rest of the hotel. Some downsides: part of the hotel beach gets polluted with boats exhausts which makes the beach experience a little less enjoyable. The thematic restaurants are not always top top but mainly since some of the staff is a bit slower there. But overall it is a great experience and would come back for sure. Consider upgrading to unique option though, depends on the price

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service we received. Alejandro Cedeño from the Unique Section went above and beyond his duties at Unique. He was always available to help, extremely welcoming and made the hotel feel like home. The staff's warmth and genuine kindness, particularly in ensuring our comfort, made our trip unforgettable. Victor Medina with the butler services always made sure our needs were met and checked in often. Their dedication to excellent service is a testament to the high standards of this establishment. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay.

Beautiful, modern, well-kept resort! Well thought out architectural details and smartly planned lighting! Everything is in great shape and clean. Rooms are a great size with all amenities. Beach is beautiful, white sand with no rocks and minimal seaweed. Plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and ample umbrellas. There is endless beach to walk on in both directions! The large pool is well situated in the center of the resort - a perfect place to people watch! One major lacking point is no swim-up bar in the pool. The bars themselves are located a bit too far from the beach and the service is not quick so plan ahead! Towels are only available in one location as well. The food is plenty and of great quality. Never a lack of something to try!

Stayed here during a friends wedding and the service was amazing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I ate at the Gondola Restaurant on Monday (February 27) Candido and the team were the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. Some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Made great suggestions and was very friendly. If you are ever here you should definitely ask for him and his team! A1! The best!

Fantastic luxury Resort with lots of beautiful scenery and a very well maintained landscape. The swim-out suite is definitely worth getting if you like to have your own outdoor space and 24/7 pool access. The food was quite good everywhere and the staff was also very good, some exceptional. Drinks were plentiful and good, no complaints. Don't forget your bug spray (some mosquitos but only at night mostly), sunscreen, comfortable shoes/flip flops because it's a pretty huge resort and lots of places to walk to. I also would bring scented clorox wipes and a couple $5 pool floats from Amazon. There was just a little moisture smell in the room on day 1 from having the private pool, but it faded quickly and didn't bother anyone. Also would bring a lot of small bills for tips, mostly everyone on Staff is quite nice and friendly, and a few bucks really goes a long way there. The beachfront bar and restaurant is the best spot for lunch - they have BBQ trays of amazing meats and they are delicious. Breakfast buffet is excellent with tons of options. Dinner choices are plentiful. Room service food 24/7 is included. Don't fill up on the beer in the room minibar. Make friends with your luggage guy he will take great care of you the whole time. Enjoy!

Hotel is all excellent, very large in expansion, I love the vibe of the place, the rooms are very clean every day, the food is very delicious, they have many options, my favorite and I have tried all the restaurants was El Charro Mexican restaurant. The service in the place was excellent. A girl called Miranda attended me, The energy she had and the warmth and professionalism with which she treats the client is up to par with this resort. Highly recommend coming to the Dominican Republic and visiting Lopesan Hotel. My husband and I booked for our honeymoon and we enjoyed relaxing at the beach/pool. We decided not to do any exertion because when you see dolphins once personally thats enough for one life time. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well maintained. The rooms are cleaned well and enough towels and water is provided. The food at the buffet is good. Some of the restaurants are better than others. The valley has great food. Walking will provide a great service.

Very beautiful. My family and I had an amazing time. There is so many things to do. Great for couples, family, friends and kids. The rooms are very clean, the food and drinks are amazing and the night life is unforgettable. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

I've been here 3 days. Overall, I think this resort is worth the money by far. There are areas that need improvement. The staff is nice, attentive, and well mannered. I dined at the buffet for breakfast, which had a wide variety to choose from. The restaurants have very good meals, but I found myself hungry a few hours later. I would say that this all-inclusive resort stands up to its name. There are upgrades in every area if you choose them. From swim-up rooms to select wine choices at dinner. There are adults only areas as well as places for the kids. Just about anything you need can be found on the resort. I was pleasantly surprised that the gift shop actually has reasonably priced souvenirs. I love the different assortment of drinks to be enjoyed. Overall, I give this resort two thumbs up! 👍🏾 👍🏾

Great resort. Exceptionally clean. Very well manicured grounds. Service is exceptional, staff is super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The food is about a 3 star. Better than the average all inclusive. We stayed at the Unique. Our butler ,Victor was fantastic in helping us and arranging anything we needed, super friendly. I think it was worth the $$. There resort is huge, so bring your walking shoes. I had to rent a scooter because of my bad hip. Everything is very accessible. Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. Domingo and Claribel in the adults only pool/bar side. We're our favorite bartenders. . They are both so friendly and the drinks were amazing. The resort was really nice, super modern and clean and all of the staff members we met were so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here. We can't wait to go back!

Unique was our best experience so far. The unique breakfast, bar and staff were all exceptional. Daniel our butler was amazing. He made our stay super easy and relaxing with no issues and resolved any if any were to occur. He met with us every morning and made sure our day was planned and dinners were reserved to experience all they had to offer. Many restaurants to choose from so he made sure we tried them all. He was so friendly and my son loved him. The maintenance/scenery of the resort and housekeeping of the rooms were great. So modern and an ocean view from our room that was breathtaking. Excellent care and a very friendly staff that remembers you the next time you come across and are ready with your preferences of drink or seating. The pools and beach were clean and fun. The shop and waterpark were extra perks and we absolutely enjoyed. It was an amazing family vacation and we loved our experience!

Lopesan was the best resort we could stay at. The location of the resort is perfect and the resort it self is BEAUTIFUL (especially in the night time)! The food is definitely 8/10 and the staff is nice also. The resort is so big, you definitely need a minimum of 7 days to explore. Nightlife is also great, music can be a little more diverse but overall it’s good. One of my favorite restaurants to lunch at was Goldfish! Delicious food. Shout out to Wilkin Luis, he’s a great host and also a special shout out to Jonathan Perez who makes the BEST cocktails and is one of the greatest bartenders I’ve ever met. The room I gave a 3 star because of the power. It’s hard to charge your phone since it’s not possible to charge everywhere but that’s the only thing. Roomservice is also very nice. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Me and my sister stayed at the Lopesan and had such an amazing stay! We especially loved the El Asador steakhouse. The food was amazing and the service was great. Our server was Danny and he was so fun and made sure our drinks stayed full. I would recommend this resort and this restaurant to anyone. It was also my sister’s birthday during the trip and Danny made her feel very special during dinner, and the hotel even decorated our door and gave us a bottle of rum! Danny’s smile was infectious and made our last night of the trip so fun!

The best food at an all- inclusive I've had. The resort is extremely clean and feels really luxurious. You get a good Dominican experience. They celebrate their culture through the music and food which is great. The app is very easy to use and book reservations. There's a lot of space throughout the resort to have quiet time and relax.

Unique restaurant has impeccable service that is more than worth the money. From the immediate attention to customer needs, always quality food variety for breakfast and lunch and friendly staff who are very engaging and extremely courteous. Highly recommend this experience. Jose, Jeyson and the entire team have made my trip very memorable and made us ladies feel very safe and pampered. From pulling out our chairs, introducing us to new food and drinks and remembering your name. Victor our butler has been absolutely amazing providing personal services for our group. Everything from booking spa treatments for us, arrangements for a birthday within our party, to champagne and chocolate and decorations in the room to make it a very special day. This resort has provided a new standard for all inclusive for all my future travels.

This resort is our of this world. Beautiful spacious areas. Breathtaking gardens. Excellent food. The staff are amazing. We had Luis Ramirez at our table, and his kind attentive nature makes you appreciate the passion everyone brings to their profession. If you get the opportunity, make sure to make a reservation at the Inari restaurant. Ask for Papa John as he brings a phenomenal flare to his hibachi cooking at your table. Everything about this resort deserves more than five stars. Worth every penny.

Enjoyed my stay here at Lopesan. Unique club was definitely worth it. Jose, along with all the other servers at the unique buffet were very kind and helpful. Our butler Victor was quick to respond to our needs. He always checked in every day to see how we were doing. The resort is very clean and modern, with hard workers keeping this place in shape. The gym was very clean, with very good equipment, however better air conditioning would be nice. The Unique beach was very nice, lots of algae, but the staff was working hard to consistently clear it. The A La Carte restaurants were very good. Overall, would definitely recommend for a week getaway.

Had a great experience at this resort. Beautiful grounds and never felt crowded. Service is top notch from everyone down to the buffet to the a la carte restaurants. Only negative is that there should be more activities at night especially since the lounge only opens Thurs-Sat. Also a swim up bar would be amazing to add.

Lopesan was a great resort! It was close to the airport, the checkin was smooth (we went with the Unique Experience), and the rooms were super nice! We were impressed with how big the resort was - with multiple beaches, restaurants and boulevards. We are at all the restaurants and honestly, for resort food, it was impressive. Our kids really enjoyed the pools and fruit juices. The rooms were a bit cold from the AC but overall we loved it. The staff were super nice and even brought us a microwave to steam our baby bottles. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Goldfish restaurant excellent food and service!! Will definitely be back!!! We did the unique experience and it was 100% worth it. My favorite part about my stay was the kitties they had roaming around. I really hope they don’t get rid of them. I fed them every day during our stay. I hope they take care of them and keep them in the property.

Fantastic Resort! Perfect beach and its so huge! after 5 days i still have not seen everything. Plenty to do and so many places to eat. I enjoyed dinner in the Italian Restaurant , ‚ the most. Not only the food was very good, even with my high standards, but my waiter Jose and his team made it a amazing experience every single time! they are very professional and created a feeling of ,being home for dinner‘! absolutely fantastic!

hotel and service is top notch. The rooms look identical to the photos. The food is delicious and from many different cuisines. The facility is large enough that you need 2/3 of a day to see it and a week to get to know the way;)

Best place you can ever stay at. The service here is amazing and you always feel so welcomed by the staff. And let me not get started on the food. Atlantic buffet was my favorite place to eat. El bar valley I came here during my stay and loved it. The staff are all friendly, and there’s great service. It looks amazing and it just has a great feel to it. It’s a great spot to come to when you just want to hang out and enjoy. I definitely love coming here.

The gym is amazing. I had been in another hotel’s gyms and they offer you is just a small room with a couple of machines. This gym has all you need and everything is in excellent conditions and is big. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent too. Ask for Mr. Jacobo Ortiz personal trainer. Thank you.

Visited Lopesan for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Lots of restaurants and bars accessible to guests so anywhere in the hotel you’re able to grab a drink. The hotel has Adults Only section and VIP Unique guests but we had regular access and still was able to enjoy the restaurants and all inclusive drinks. The pool and beach area was very busy so it was sometimes hard to find a spot but the week we came was FULLY booked so we anticipated it.Rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel has everything you need from club to bars to shops to coffee shops, you don’t even need to leave the hotel

This is our second time at the Lopesan. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. People who work here are friendly - from guest services, waiters and even the grounds staff. Everyone is always smiling. We are at the Gondola restaurant for the second time in our 10 day stay. Jose, our server for the second time is wonderful. I will say that we were a bit concerned as this is our first trip since COVID-19 protocols have allowed us to travel. The staff here at the Lopesan have protocols that they continually follow. Face masks are worn by staff at all times. Masks, hand sanitizer and gloves are handed out to any guests that don’t have them when entering an indoor facility. We have completely enjoyed our first vacation since the world has changed. We will be back at the Lopesan. Love it here.

A good new hotel with a great service. Great place to rest with a family. Tasty food for any taste is offered. I would recommend anyone to visit Lopesan

We just arrived to this beautiful resort. All I can say the service and variety of food at the lunch buffet was fantastic given we had 15min before closing. Everyone was so accommodating and cordial. We were not rushed and enjoyed everything on our plates. Looking forward more experiences like this during our stay. Thank you!

Hotel is very good. Perfect. I have no words for this. We were very satisfied. Mexican restaurant was one of the best ones. Very good food, good staff and pleasant atmosphere. Perfect drinks and servis was very quick. I hope that we will come back as soon as possible.

My family and I have spent a great weekend in Lopesan. We liked every space of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and with a nice touch, also each room was very well equipped and clean. The architecture and all the installations of the hotel look fantastic, minimalistic, and modern. The disco is amazing! The DJ plays all kinds of music, the bar looks astonishing, and has modern architecture! It is the best disco I've been to in a resort so far. So, for sure if we had the opportunity to come back we would. We recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Punta Cana won't be regretted.

Italian restaurant- Really good meal. I have to say I really did enjoy the meal and the homemade Gnocchi. The waitres were really nice and they cared about how are we and If we like it here. Five out of the five

A whole weeks stay, from arrival to the final day we have had a blast, an all inclusive plan, booking a walk up pool room, and from the various dinner places to the buffet, everything was delicious. No complaints, no complications, you can even be checked in once you get off the plane and far before you're at the front desk. Beautiful beach and calm pool area, big enough to he singular but separate calm waters with the interactive shows and music. And from my guest with me: there's always something to enjoy here from ethnic local food, Mexican, Japanese and even for children. There is little you will have to complain about.

My pictures here does not do this place justice. The hotel, food, staff, amenities, service, rooms, was truly amazing. We came here for my dad’s wedding and we were treated extremely well. So many people went into planning it and it turned great. The casino here was good too! Small, but a legit casino to play blackjack and a few other games. Only thing I have to say is that the beach has a lot of seaweed and it smelled a little bit. Other than that, its a fantastic destination.

The service was the best! Architecture wise it looks gorgeous. Love the Mexican restaurant (if you have the chance make a reservation because it’s a must). Pools and beach are great, too. A lot of activities, you’ll never get bored. In general, great destination to go on vacation!

The hotel is great, we had great time. Staff was very good. Hotel inside and outside in beautiful. It hat a lot to offer, you can take a long walks and enjoy the views. Both pool and beach are amazing. Bartenders at the pool can make you a masterpiece. Definitely try out drink called Ice Berg.

Loved the sitting and walking areas. The structure of the building and amenities and restaurants. But unfortunately the check-in process seemed a bit unorganized the staff where not always pleasant and the food was not exactly what was described on the menu. The fridge in the room was not working and when brought to front desks attention we were told is only supposed to keep drinks at room temp but where actually hot the entire time. Over all experience was nice and hope to have a better one if we decide to go back.

This all inclusive resort was by far the best resort I have been too. The architecture was beyond expectations compared to all the resorts. It is absolutely stunning between the waterfall walls and the palm trees. It is absolutely breath taking. The staff is so personable. Shout out to Emilio the bartender and Gilberto our waiter. They were so lively and full of energy and their service. I appreciate their hospitality so much. To them it was more than just a job, it was their true personality exhibited through their service. I would 100% come back to this resort and would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing and fun experience.

Stayed at this beautiful resort for 4 days. Lopesan is massive and aesthetically pleasing, also great for pictures. But If you don’t understand Spanish and very big on service. This resort is not for you. The workers don’t speak English at all so my boyfriend and I were constantly confused when trying to get directions or even simply ordering food. For example we ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon with room service but always received sunny side up without bacon. There’s a plethora of restaurants in the resort. We tried most of them but they were all mediocre. The workers provided bad service but I believe it’s because they didn’t understand/ speak English. How can you please a customer when you can’t understand what they are asking for? We got the “swim up room” which was the best part of the trip. But unfortunately it seems like this resort is tailored towards caucasians and families. We will not be coming back to this resort.

What I absolutely disliked is that staff are forcing you to do reviews which in my opinion is not okay. In 1 weeks time I did 3 reviews and for every next staff when I said I already done it, they answered ‘you haven’t done it for me though’. I think hotel needs to manage this better. In general it’s a good hotel, nice sea view, room is clean, during our check in we were told room will be cleaned once in 2 days, however it was cleaned every day. Sea itself could be cleaner.

I can’t say anything bad with this Resort. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, all staff were great - friendly and helpful. It was great the the resort offered a crib, especially since we were traveling with a baby. They also accommodated putting grandparents room close to ours. The only thing I can suggest for this resort is possibly adding a playground, only because on this trip I found my toddler didn’t want to go into the water or water park, but kept asking for a park. Also maybe providing the rooms with a kettle. Other than that. I would highly recommend for families as it is really family friendly. And their staff is always non-stop cleaning the areas.

Although the location is amazing and the hotel clean, modern with great amenities; what makes this place special is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and even the most menial of tasks is met with laughter and a smile. Ortiz who looks after us over breakfast, lunch and dinner is fantastic. The entire team are a credit to the hotel and my wife and are can’t praise them enough!

The service was excellent! Jose Rivera took very good care of us during our lunch period! He treated us very well, the servers kept serving us cold beers when they noticed they were warm. They even gave us dinner recommendations. Told us that if we don’t like one spot, we are welcomed to walk right into the other restaurant. Food is good, but the service… excellent!

I would say that this resort is worth the money for sure. Is it the best one out there, amongst 5 stars? No but it doesn’t matter. It’s definitely one the gems in Punta Cana. The rooms are good (but we had bad experience with housekeeping), the drinks and food are alright (you shouldn’t expect too much from all-inclusive), the beach and the amenities are great. I don’t know if I would come back here again but I can definitely recommend this hotel to someone who has never been to Dominican or who want to see what all inclusive is about. My highlights were the wine bar (best service at the resort), the spa (deep tissue massage destroyed me and then brought back to life) and the beach, of course.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The entire staff and I mean everyone from the check in to the house keepers to the bartenders to the waitresses absolutely everyone was amazing they treated us like kings we really did feel like royalty. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family besides the services being one of the best ever received l, the place is beautiful, clean lots of activities lots of restaurants, bars places for kids (2 amazing pools for the kids) All in all… if you have not booked please do so NOW you will not regret it!

My husband and I stayed at the Lopesan resort last week with our 2 year old daughter. It was our first family vacation and one that we were really looking forward to after not traveling for years since the pandemic. Unfortunately Lopesan completely missed the mark and left a sour taste in our mouth. Firstly, service was extremely terrible. With the exception of one or two very friendly servers, we were hardly greeted with a smile by the rest of the staff. As many have mentioned, English-speaking staff is lacking so if English is your only language like us, expect significant language barriers. Language barrier aside, we were constantly given rude service and hardly any eye contact. Don't expect any special treatment or for any special requests to be granted -- not even for a young toddler -- they are extremely rigid (eg. we asked for milk or food to-go for our toddler and were always shut down). We also waited over 2.5 hours for a crib to be delivered to our room on the first day despite previously requesting it during online check-in. Food was also mediocre at best. Our toddler got food poisoning and diarrhea. The buffet area is hardly air conditioned, we truly question the food handling and safety of what is being served. The resort grounds are massive, clean, and very nice so it's a shame the other aspects miss the mark. We enjoyed the pool and beach, but service is so important on a vacation and that really suffered at Lopesan.

Had the pleasure of coming to this resort for the first time and I 1000% recommend anyone to come! Service is by far the best I’ve ever seen and they truly treat you like royalty. The waitress Rosemary was truly fantastic with an energetic personality and so very friendly. Nothing but good vibes and amazing staff at this resort!!
