This is my honest review after a couples stay for 6 nights at this resort: -Check in: was fast and easy. -Room: can be remodeled but it’s okay because it has all you need. The bed was comfortable. -Room keys: Terrible! They get easily deactivated when it’s in contact with your phone or credit cards, causing inconvenience as you need to go to the lobby to get them reactivated. They must have another better system. -Common areas: beautiful landscape, furniture and design. -Transportation: the hotel is huge and their main shuttle is an old train. You can be waiting up to 15-20 minutes for a ride. They have golf cars only for the upgraded hotel called “the Level”. Sometimes they pass by you and totally ignore you. -Food: mediocre! It’s not quality food because it can make you sick and the options are low. The thematic restaurants are better. Note: the food made my husband sick for 2 days. -Service: not good because most staff members are rude and seem not motivated. It feels as if they are doing you a favor and they don’t make you feel welcome/comfortable. However, some try to do their best. -Spa: super nice 👍🏼 massages! I highly recommend it but ask for a discount because they are overpriced. ***Overall, I will not come back to this hotel and I don’t recommend it - mainly because of the food and the staff/service. It’s sad because it’s a beautiful place. I hope and pray for new management and staff because the hotel is beautiful!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Punta Cana and this is by far the worst one, avoid at all costs. During breakfast my plate of untouched pancakes and bacon was removed from my table without asking if I was done. For lunch the entire time they had 2 flavors of ice cream vanilla and strawberry minutes before closing for lunch they brought out a peanut flavored ice cream and told customers they could not get any because there was none left. A line of workers appeared and in our faces filled huge cups of ice cream of the new flavor that they clearly reserved for themselves. This seems unprofessional and unacceptable because I paid for myself to eat and enjoy this resort not for the workers to reserve food for themselves. I don’t mind them eating the food, however I do mind being lied to and then watching them eat it in my face and take the buckets of ice cream out while the buffet is still open for lunch. The shower gel in my room was filled with water instead of being refilled, I removed it from the shower and left it opened and emptied on the sink for them to refill with actual soap. Cleaners came in and ignored it left it exactly where I placed it. The excursion agents are at the door of the buffets waiting for you to come in and hound you to book something through them. There’s no seafood besides soup and mussels available for all inclusive guests those options are only available for an extra fee. $71 for surf and turf which at other resorts it is available even at the buffets at no extra costs The customer service here is through the floor which is very sad to see since the resort itself is actually very appealing. If I could go back in time and book elsewhere I would.

iPhone 12 & 13 demagnetize key cards, requiring new room cards from the front desk whenever they touch. Drinks and bar staff were above and beyond. Bikes should be available to use more freely throughout the resort during more hours to get around. Especially in light of the shuttle running inconsistently. Breakfast was incredible every day, plenty of options and fantastic staff. Beach was clean and well maintained. Rooms were larger and better than expected. Towels were not available everyday depending on availability. Booking restaurant reservations by far the most disappointing part of the resort. Of the 5 restaurants available, all 5 were “fully booked” the first 3 days we were there, with only 1 reservation available on our final night at 9pm. Conflicting information from different staff members on when/where we could book. Some said only same day via the front desk, others said in advance by calling or using the mobile app, both of which did not work in our experience. Would recommend the mobile app be updated with a redesign to allow restaurant reservations in the app, letting guests book reservations themselves via the same system as staff uses.

If it was only for the beauty of the resort, I would give it a 5 stars! Very beautiful and excellent atmosphere, the beach is just fabulous and the multiple pools are great. However, it took forever to check in… about 2 hours and we arrived shortly after 3pm… the room was not charming and outdated and had no closet but some shelves with a curtain. Nothing to hang the towels in the bathroom, hand soap to be used as a body wash. The bathroom flooded and balcony sliding door frame was broken. It was a lot of back and forth to get that situation fixed. After they fixed the bathroom the leak got worse the next day; it was a swimming pool… at this point we just wanted to change our room but it looked like it was an issue… it took a whole day and a lot of negotiations for them to change our room. No apology and no complimentary gesture. We didn’t find the staff to be helpful and hospitable except for 3 of them. The food was terrible in all restaurants except for the Vietnamese one. When we checked out, they were trying to charge us for a phone call we didn’t place. It is very unfortunate because it is a really beautiful place but it is hard to recommend it.

The massage was incredible and so relaxing. I didn’t want it to end! It was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The staff was all so intentional with making sure we enjoyed our time and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Bernardo was amazing and one of our favorites! He was so helpful and hospitable and he was so incredibly sweet! We were so happy we came and we’re able to enjoy the good half of the day here at the spa!

Juan our butler made this experience 5+ stars! He took care of everything from reservations at restaurants and spa appointments to connecting us with the right excursion contact. Wow! The service at this hotel is the best I have seen. Seriously one of the most incredible vacations we have had. Highly recommend!!!! Final day and still service is over the top! Thank you Cindy, Francisco and Moises for the smooth and friendly check out! We will be back!!!!

This is my first ever visits to Dominican Republic and I must say this has been a phenomenal visit. I loved the ambience and their amenities. Anyone who’s thinking to let go stress and mediate, this one’s for you! On my stay here, I met an amazing individual named Coca Cola and oh man, he was very welcoming and friendly. He made me feel as if I’m a local living here. Very bubbly and sweet. Don’t doubt this place! ❤️

This resort is beautiful and amazing I would definitely stay again! Pros: Very Safe (I travelled alone and felt very comfortable), Staff was amazing, professional and nice, I dont speak Spanish and never really had any communication issues. Also cool activities and amenities. Not really Cons but not pros: The food was kind of basic but still good. The resort is huge so not easily walkable - they do have pick up trains/carts (but they’re not as frequent at night)

I recently stayed at Melia Punta Cana for leisure and had an incredible experience. Felix and Armando went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect the entirety of the trip and made sure to check in multiple times each day to ensure that all of our needs were met. Thank you to them! On the last evening of the trip we were invited to a specialty dinner provided by hotel management (thank you Rafael!!) which was beach side and incredible. Nelson was our server and provided amazing service throughout the entire experience. The Chef prepared an excellent meal and took in the allergy considerations we had! The entire team was so warm and welcoming and provided an amazing vacation for us. Melia Punta Cana is a fantastic hotel and we cannot wait to visit again soon!

Our stay here was awesome! We had wonderful service for all of the days that we were here. Every single employee made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and like family. The food is AMAZING and the drinks were delicious and strong. Special thanks to Johan, Gustavo and Domingo at the pool, Diana our waitress at mosaico, Perla for dance lessons, and Nelly for providing such wonderful entertainment. Definitely recommend the adults only side if you are not with children as it is very relaxing. Thanks to everyone we will definitely be back!

They stay has been great. The beach and pool are close and easy to get too. Drinks are easy to get as well due to there being bars and stands set up everywhere. Food has been excellent. We have been here for 5 days and all the restaurants have had great food. Leonela helped us from the beginning understand everything and made all our reservations so we had zero problems. Would definitely come back again.

Meliá Punta Cana Beach resort is a very peaceful and relaxing resort. If you are looking to simply unwind and relax, this is an excellent choice. The grounds and pool are really nice and beautiful. The service was excellent with the staff being very nice and focused on customer service. Bernardo was our concierge/ butler and took great care of us. He was great and met all our needs throughout our stay. Juan was an excellent waiter at the Vietnamese restaurant as well. The only things that could be improved would be the food options and the rooms were not 5 star caliber (but were still nice enough). All in, a rate the resort 5 star due to the beauty, tranquility and service level (especially Bernardo and Juan).

I went for my honeymoon to this resort. Its beautiful and well laid out. The pool area is great and the staff are very nice. Why not a 5 star u ask? Because its really not a 5 star resort. Our room felt old and required a paint job and the food is severely lacking. There is hardly any variety and we got sick the last two days of our trip. We booked the surf and turf ($) and were treated poorly then only to find out they had no lobster. The saving grace for this trip and for the 3 star review was how pretty the resort looked and being taken care of by Alejandro who set up a really special honeymoon dinner for us! He was lovely.

We visited Melia Punta Cana as guests for a wedding and upgraded to the Level package. We were lucky enough to get Alejandro as our butler and that was like icing on the cake to an amazing resort and staff. Alejandro made sure all of our needs were taken care of....whether it be dinner reservations, spa appointments, or transportation. He ensured that everything was in place. In addition to the exceptional service we received from Alejandro, all of the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the Level exclusive lounge, restaurant, pool, and especially Jonathan the bartender in the rooftop bar. The restaurants were great, the pool and beach areas nice and relaxing, but the staff is AMAZING! Thank you Alejandro for everything....we will definitely be back!

The place is lovely, and the service is excellent! I enjoyed the many exercise classes in the pool and the dance lessons. I loved the bands and dancers/dancing in the evening . The food was plentiful, varied and tasty. I especially enjoyed Willy / Coca Cola who was very personable and gave great dance and exercise classes! It made my stay very enjoyable.

Was not impressed at all. It's a gigantic resort but not much to do. You need to take a trolley to go EVERYWHERE. The food was not that good(and I'm not a picky eater). No entertainment, and so much algae at the beach that I couldn't get in the water. Lots of mosquitoes and we got sand flies from laying on the beach. Some of the staff were very nice but their were a lot of them who seem to discriminate against brown people. If you need just TOTAL peace and quiet then maybe this is for you. But their are definitely better places in Punta Cana to spend your money. I definitely would not be going back. Barceló is a better choice, my opinion. I'm being generous giving 2 stars.

I stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. From check in to check out, the staff was very welcoming and informative. Alexander Perez in guest services was exceptional in helping me make reservations for all the things I wanted to do while I was in Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful with so many plants and every aspect of the resort is picturesque! The rooms were very clean and well maintained. There are amazing beach views from the rooftop bar and Rumba restaurant. There are multiple restaurants and so much variety to choose from for each meal. It was great to be able to walk straight to the beach from my room and there is a shuttle bus to go to the other end of the resort that comes every few minutes. I cannot wait to come back next again!

The experience here has been a simply fantastic getaway. Me & my partner have been enjoying ourselves the most. Our room is clean, overall staff are respectful and happy to serve. The resort is self is clean and beautiful. We have yet to try the restaurants but the buffet has been great with great food that doesn’t upset the stomach and leaves you satisfied. A special shout out goes to Emmanuel for his friendly care and discount offers( our concierge) Ramon, Domingo & Maribel at the poolside bar for their excellent service, yummy cocktails and friendly vibes. I would definitely come here again. A vacation to never forget!

We loved the fact that we could enjoy our honeymoon stress free and without kids. The beach was beautiful and well maintained, the pool was cool and clean. The staff was very friendly and we never felt that we were not welcomed. The room was very clean and we were walking distance from the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Our butler Eddy Sambo catered to our every needs. He was professional, kind and helpful. He booked us very good restaurants and made sure we were not missing anything. All in all i would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at The Level. We had the wellness package which included daily massages, prime location near the beach, and exclusive access to certain resort facilities. The food was excellent; the staff is incredibly kind and helpful; and to top it off, our concierge, Alejandro, made sure that we always had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was dinner reservations, booking spa appointments, or sending a bottle of wine and chocolate to our room at the end of each day, Alejandro made sure we didn’t want for anything. We would highly recommend The Level for anyone searching for a destination in Punta Cana - we’ll definitely be back!

We came here for our honeymoon. We are leaving today. Through our whole experience, the only thing that wasn’t absolutely perfect is just the food options. If you are willing to pay extra, there are more food options, but the restaurants that are included are just one place for each meal. We did pay extra for a romantic dinner on the beach and it was the best part of our whole vacation. Our waiter on the beach was Manuel, and he was great! He tended to our needs but also gave us privacy to enjoy our dinner. He also offered to take pictures for us!! I would recommend not leaving the resort without doing this!! The food at the romantic dinner was also the best food we had all week. During the days, we enjoyed time at the pool and we were able to get any drinks we wanted at the poolside/swim-up bar. At this bar, Ramon De Jesus was one of our favorites. He was always in such a positive mood and would always be dancing around. Our service at the restaurants was always great! We used a taxi to get to the resort from the airport and back. We felt safe and it was $30 for the taxi for about a 30 minute ride. We had no issues with check in, we got room service a few times which was great, and the housekeepers did a great job keeping our minibar stocked, coffee stocked, towels, etc. we would love to come back here again and splurge on the spa more.

The Serendipa is a great buffet! I would highly recommend for a quick meal before you head out to the beach. And it is literally on the beach so it is very convenient! The food is amazing they have a variety of dishes to try, 10/10 recommend. And the worker Martha Guzman is very sweet! The whole crew is very friendly!

This comment is about the spa. I had an AMAZING massage by Yolanda (I got the elemental). She was very focused and professional, asked questions to ensure she was providing the right amount of pressure. She was also very kind and it was just one of the best massages I've received in a long time. The spa itself is also very beautiful and calming with different showers, pools, a sauna, and a steam room. Truly the definition of wellness!

Ramon Gil was amazing. He is always happy and courteous. We have been at the resort for 3wks and EVERY TIME Ramon is our waiter we leave feeling cared for and he provides excellent service. He has a positive attitude and makes sure we are enjoying our meals and evenings. Excellent man!

Hotel is good. Good selection of food. Room is clean and well situated on lovely grounds. Entertainment by Mr. Coca cola was wonderful. He is very attentive to our needs. We will come back next year and hope to be treated just as good with Mr. Coca Cola.

The service here is second to none. The resort is beautiful and well cared for. And once again the customer service was amazing especially Pedro who made me special vegetarian meals every night. The buffet food hasn't been very good all week but the weekend is better.

Serendipity Breakfast is always delicious. A wide selection of tasty food. The staff is attentive. Great customer service. Always a smile. The mimosas are delicious. The view is amazing. I love to sit near the windows and look out at the beautiful ocean.

Restaurant Camera - Yean Molina was our server and he was such a delight! His service was excellent! My words can not accurately describe the amazing Wellness Spa services. I had the pleasure of having Kenny for a massage and facial on separate days. She was absolutely amazing. I’m a frequent spa goer and 1 out of 10 she gets 50! No exaggeration. She was throughout and got out all my knots with firm deep tissue massage and I wasn’t hurting at all the next day. My facial massage and application was just as wonderful. My mother went on and on about her service as well which says anyone will do an excellent job!

All the staff are lovely however the attention to detail isn't there. Beware of booking trips off websites other than their own because the security staff will not let vehicles from other tour companies in and make you walk to the main gate as the hotel wants to own a monopoly on excursions. There are also no shops or anything nearby too if you need to buy essentials whilst on holiday which leads you to having to use the extortionate hotel gift shop. Very often at dinner we did not get offered drinks or even water! Cutlery missing from tables etc. Most 5 star resorts of this price have people come to take drink orders from the pool etc this one doesn't. Definitely just a fancy 3 star at best.

Ramon Gil and Daniel have been great. They have been pleasant and provided fast service. Food was prepared and brought to us properly and on time. They refilled her water glasses without us having to ask. They also filled our wine glasses without signaling or having to ask. Overall, the restaurant serves great food, and had great service and every aspect. I highly recommend it for anybody.

We love level and the Rooftop bar. Erick our bartender is fantastic. He makes the best gin and tonic among other drinks. He always has a drink ready for me . He is the best! Check him out on your next visit to Level ( the adult side ) you won’t regret it.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. If you can request a concierge I highly recommend Luis!! he took care of all of our reservations, made sure that we had a shuttle, and made our stay very special! The pool bar bartenders were very friendly and kept the drinks flowing. My favorite bartender was Victor, he was at the Jigger in between the Mediterranean and Vietnamese restaurants. He is a true artist and may have delicious drinks.!! The grounds were beautiful, and they kept it very nice and clean. The resort is big so you can get your walks, biking, and jogs in. Plenty of scenic views for picture taking. I highly recommend this resort. I’ve been to plenty of other resorts in the past and my opinion, this was the best so far.

The resort was beautiful and the drinks were plentiful, our butler Bernardo aka Young Moolah Baby was fantastic and helped us set all of our dinner reservations and set us up for a successful week! Every morning he would send us a message with an inspirational quote and a list of the days activities, and he was always available at the drop of a hat to help us with whatever we’d need! Only disappointment was that none of the drinks had umbrellas in them, but that’s easily overlooked with how great they all tasted, and how delicious the meal options were.

This hotel was everything I could’ve asked for and more. From the staff to the events to the food, everything was perfect. The quality of this hotel is truly like no other. I enjoyed every single minute of my stay. Tonight they had an event called Retro night and the atmosphere and staff were so fun and welcoming. There was a staff member in particular, Javi, who was very energetic, enthusiastic and sweet. He got people up to dance and made the night that more enjoyable.

Food below Average, only the Vietnamese restaurant was good . Staff is only friendly when they could make a buck out of you , other wise everyone have a face like they lost all their money in the stock market . They never clean the pool sand on the bottom leaves everywhere and cockroaches. Don’t expect nothing from the bar they don’t have any quality drinks they can’t make any juices , you have to walk to the buffet to get them the fruit so they can make you a smoothie . Yean Molina was our server at Quimera, he was fantastic, friendly and very pleasant. The meal was a complimentary 3 course one from the hotel and the food came fast and was delicious, I would recommend! The room was okay, we were a group of three and anticipated that the third bed might be a sofa bed but the mattress was rock hard which was really disappointing. They were nice enough to replace it with a proper mattress after raising our concern. We did have a lovely time, every single staff member was exceptional and friendly

I have worked in hotels/hospitality for 12 years, and this is the best service I have ever experienced. David at the bar and Starling at the pool were both fantastic with making sure ALL guests were happy. Emmanuel the concierge helped us to our room and gave us lots of information. I do not remember the names of everybody who helped us through the week, but from arriving to the airport to leaving the resort, everything was immaculate. My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here, and there is absolutely nothing that I would have changed. The property is pristine, the rooms are comfy and clean, the food is plentiful and delicious, and the service from any and all staff was as perfect as perfect gets. 10 out of 10 trip. We hope to visit again soon, and thank all of the staff at Meliã Punta Cana for making this a perfect trip.

Hotel was beautiful, some staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Johan at the towel/excursion hut was amazing, went above and beyond and always smiled! If you’re looking to book a trip, he is your go to guy! Always made an effort to make sure all our needs were met. The restaurants that require reservations are nice, the Mediterranean one was our favourite the waiter Moises was fantastic, great service and very friendly, I would recommend the beef scallops! They try their best to go all out for your birthday also! Only bad thing about the hotel, is the small shop, massively overpriced and was given incorrect change a few times and when requesting this be corrected the lady suddenly didn’t speak English… lucky another worker in the shop was able to correct this mistake. Everything in our room was great, although we had to phone for our mini bar to be restocked a few times. Overall beautiful hotel and facilities.

Really enjoyed our stay! Resort is amazing, looks just like the pictures. The service employees everywhere (for example Reina Luna from the lobby or Jose Martinez from the Jiggers Bar) were lovely. :) We would definitely recommend it!

This stay was a great experience! The resort is beautiful. The staff is amazing; we met some really amazing people. José Acosta, our concierge, was very attentive and helpful. Medrano Medina, the amazing chef at the Fresco food cart, was very personable and kind. Bernardo, aka Bernie, was patient and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We are planning to come back again some day soon.

It was a wonderful experience. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by Jose Martinez at the Jigger bar. His skills in mixing cocktails were outstanding, making our evenings there truly enjoyable. However, I must mention a couple of issues that led me to give a 4-star rating instead of 5. Although our room was cleaned daily, we encountered stained sheets on two occasions, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the rooms felt pretty old and could benefit from some updating. Despite these minor setbacks, the resort’s ambiance, amenities, and customer service were excellent, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay in Punta Cana.

It’s a beautiful resort, very zen and inviting but what made it very special for us was Joel at reception. His service was exceptional and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our rooms and that we had everything we needed. After a long flight, we were exhausted and he welcomed us and facilitated our check in experience. Needless to say we were very happy!! Also Moses in Mar de Sal restaurant was amazing! His service was outstanding, he made our evening a memorable one, we laughed with him, he made our experience so much fun!!! Thank you to all the staff, each one of them is always smiling and ready to help!!

The resort is amazing! The beach was amazing g. I loved the variety of restaurants available. The food was excellent.The staff are very nice. Cindy and Adrian were wonderful at helping us . I will be definitely coming back for another visit. I give them 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. I loved they provided water and snacks in the room. The staff accommodated our English.

I am currently checking out at this resort after staying here for 5 days. I initially purchased to stay at the Villas but I then upgraded to the Levels. I met some amazing workers at the resort particularly Franklin Felipe and Alexander Perez. I recommended this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and feel like they’re on paradise. The food was amazing so you will not be disappointed in any of the perks this resort has to offer. I plan to return to this resort next year hopefully.

Good diversity of food. The lunch buffet was way better than the diner one. The diner buffet should be compose of more fresh salads. There was a lack of a real Snack to eat burgers, fries, etc. at anytime of the day, we would have appreciated that.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort is by far the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience; staff was incredibly helpful most especially with Carlos Faxas who went above and beyond, and the amenities were great. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

It was a great experience! The food and service in general were not that good, but we really enjoyed the cozy resort and the beautiful beach area! Felix also helped us a lot with our daily restaurant reservations.

From the time I got to the hotel to the time I left I felt welcomed and appreciated. Pool bar/Pool is great love the bartenders there. The beach is fabulous and they have people that will bring you drinks. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Usually the beds aren’t the best in hotels but these are great. If you come to Punta Cana I recommend staying here. Thank you everyone

We are on our honeymoon and wanted to come somewhere that was very relaxing and this place was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the options for dinner and activities while also having the option to just relax at the pool or beach. The only reason I take a star off is that the trolley system is pretty slow.

The adult section in the resort is fabulous everything is private. They do different actives such as pool party, volleyball , drinks. There very nice such as Cindy Marte she will take care of you respectfully.

The staff were awesome, especially Adrian and Cindy. Everyone was very helpful. Accommodations were beautiful. The beach was superb. The restaurants were great and the atmosphere was relaxing. We were treated very well. We are definitely coming back soon, maybe every anniversary.

Serendipia was very tasty during breakfast! Nelson and Alejandra made sure I had what I needed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved the cooking class, am yoga and Javier was so fun on the bikes. The beach service at the Cabana was excellent as well. The rooms were SO CLEAN. I can’t wait until my next stay.

The level of service provided from the entire Melia Team was incredible. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Our Concierge Team was Felix and Armando, who were both incredibly accommodating and constantly checking in to see if there was anything they could do or provide to ensure our stay was that much better.

My husband and I went to Melia to get away before our baby is born and we loved it! Alejandro took such great care of us, he was so attentive and met all our needs. Anything we needed or wanted, didn’t matter what time it was he would handle. I definitely recommend! All the staff was so caring and nice, the service was always excellent, we never had to leave the resort. We felt so comfortable and felt at home. We will definitely be returning!

We came to Meliá for our honeymoon and the experience has been unmatched! Juan and Jose were incredible in planning out every piece of our week with us, setting up meal reservations, rides and answering every question we had during our entire stay. Gustavo and Moses provided a very nice dining experience on my birthday and surprised us with a birthday cake and song! It was such a pleasant surprise! Everyone we came into contact with on the property was super friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Meliá and it's wonderful staff/restaurants/overall property.

This was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever had. After a mix up with the level reservations and a couple hours of waiting I was finally able to start and enjoy my vacation. Luis Pierre took very good care of me as my butler for my stay. From making reservations for dinner to getting me a bike so I could ride around the resort. Very attentive. I love spending my vacations here.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and treat themselves. We had wonderful service and the staff was very friendly. Our concierge was attentive and was able to facilitate appointments and reservations. The only issue was the staff did try to sell us vacation membership and I didn’t know this was part of the stay. They were very friendly and did give us perks for listening. Although they didn't pressure us into buying one, it would have been nice to know. The food was great.

Andy was one of the best waiters I have ever had. He was so attentive and polite. He ensured our tables were always cleaned and drinks were filled. He always greeted us with a warm smile and kept us laughing. It didn’t matter if he was working at the snack section or one of the restaurants, the service was always superb. I recommend Andy for any of your dining needs as the service he provides is impeccable. Job well done Andy, keep up the good work.

The resort was really nice. Staff was very friendly! Check in was really easy. I would highly recommend getting Level status. You’re greeted with drinks and get your own butler. The food is pretty good, especially the international buffet. It’s pretty hard to get dinner reservations. The drinks are good but definitely hit or miss, depending on which bar you go to. The one thing I didn’t like was the walk to and from the room. They run the train and golf carts but it can be a pretty long wait and we had to get up super early and couldn’t catch a cart or train, so we had to walk. Also, I booked a spa appointment and the next day when I arrived for the appointment, they canceled it due to staffing. I was upsetting because they had my room number and didn’t even bother to call me. Also, their sauna was not working. Rather than the train and the spa, it was an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful resort with amazing activities. You will not be bored! Room and service is excellent. All staff very friendly and lovely. Entertainment team are so fun. Dance lessons with Coca Cola, Nelly, tutti fruity, super Mario and Jonathan are a blast! Definitely recommend.

This hotel truly is gorgeous - it’s a secluded area with a lively atmosphere, and beautiful pools. The beach is nearby and the restaurants offer a variety of good food. The rooms are amazing, like a tropic and modern apartment. Best of all though, the service. All the staff have been incredibly helpful and kind, such as our waitress Carolina at the buffet. They even put on nighttime shoes for entertainment. Overall an amazing experience, definitely recommend.

This resort is beautiful! The food is the best we have had at any all inclusive. Luis was our butler - he was attentive and very helpful. Also very friendly. Would highly recommend paying for the Level service - which gives you a room closer to the beach, a private pool, a private eating area and the butler service. Hopefully you will end up with Luis! Yessenia was also the sweetest server at the beach buffet! The beach is beautiful white sand and the water is crystal clear. These are some of the reasons the DR is one of my favorite places to travel to.

Dinner at Mar De Sal was excellent. Kelvin was amazing. He recommended the most amazing food and he was attentive, helpful, kind and welcoming. He made us feel at home! Marta welcomed us at the door and she was so lovely and smiley! We really enjoyed our evening dinner. Thank you so much for making our evening so special x

Very pleased with overall stay! Resort was clean and well maintained. Any/all issues were taken care of almost immediately. Highly recommend for peaceful romantic getaway (our honeymoon). Food was delicious with several options. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Beach was clean and comfortable. Our concierge Alejandro was everywhere checking on us.. gave us options in the morning for dinner and booked them, sent us menu. Made vacation very easy. Darwin (server) was on top of drinks making sure they never got below the ice line. Only issue we had during our stay - the entire resort lost cable, but it was out of the hotels control... Will be returning! A+++
