We stayed here for ten days and it was perfect. We upgraded to premium and I’d definitely recommend it. We particularly loved the Italian restaurant, the menu was great and the view just added to it looking out across the beach. The staff are really friendly and great fun, Chocolate 😃was our favourite - he organised lots of games on the beach and was very lovely and friendly. The cocktails were great too, The dark rum was the best I’d had! 😃

This place is great, check in was fast and easy. The staff was very attentive and greeted us with drinks immediately. We got a great room with a view for a good price. Our first day 🦋arriving we met a handful of staff. They are extremely friendly and know how to make sure you’re having a good time! Personal favorite staff is Chocolate and Alberto at the beach bar. They made us very 🦋comfortable to be here and helped us find many fun things to do during our stay. We bought tickets for Coco Bongo one night that they sell here and the hotel provided transportation and it was an amazing 🦋show! The pools are clean, bartenders are fast, drinks are great and there’s always staff to help and make things fun.

Good option if you're traveling in a budget. Be aware that on weekends it's packed. They offer significantly low rates, so weekends are crowded!! Amenities are nice. Pros - Good entertainment shows - beautiful pier - family friendly - fresh buffet food - breakfast is nice. Cons - Extremely slow check-in (at least on Friday afternoons) - laud music all around - some rooms face quite noisy places - lines to get into the buffet - they run out of Ice, cups, and mint along different bars. - the alcohol is not branded. You have no idea what quality are you drinking. The buffet option is the best choice. Food is always fresh due to its high demand.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. 10 out of 10. Everything was fabulous, food excellent, staff excellent. Special mention to the Maid service in block 14, our rooms were always lovely, going the extra mile to make our stay for our family just perfect. Night time shows very enjoyable. Loved the aqua aerobics in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend and would revisit. Many thanks to you all at the Impressive Puna Cana.

Everything has been incredible, the truth is that we have had a great time. The attention from the staff has been excellent, they took great care of us at the reception. It was not very charming the rooms were clean and organized. The waiters are very friendly providing excellent service the relationship of an incredible vacation we also loved the animation very much With many activities of shows at night such as the circus show we loved it and the young GASOLINA animation very kind and friendly always pending how we we felt on our vacation. I also want to mention the bar area with very good drinks and very friendly girls. The truth is all incredible

For my first time in the Dominican Republic at impressive Punta Cana might experience was good the food was good, I would give it three stars, for having to be a different experience for me. The rooms were spacious and clean I had the best cleaning lady unfortunately I didn't get her name so she can get the proper recognition. The services from the staff were excellent especially one employee that stood out "Junior" went above and beyond to service my needs and the needs of my family who stayed in different rooms. Junior made my stay quite easy by booking my excursions and restaurants accommodations. I would come back to stay at the impressive Punta Cana resort.

To begin, the parking and entrance area is really small. Check in took 3 HOURS! The most annoying and terrible part that I even almost wanted to cancel my reservation. First they sent us somewhere else to check in and after 2 hours waiting in a long line they sent us back to the lobby to check in and we had to wait another hour in the line! The rooms were pretty nice although they only put 2 sodas in the mini fridge. Not even water bottles. The buffet wasn’t good at all! There isn’t a lot of food options, weird food choices I couldn’t find what to eat so just had to get rice with chicken. That’s it. The buffet was PACKED! It was uncomfortable trying to get the food in between so much people and kids… it was honestly annoying. We couldn’t even find where to sit and had to wait a while searching around for an empty table. When we finally sat down, we had to ask a waiter to give us water and we asked for juice and we never even received it. The nightly entertainment was amazing tho! There was a whole party in the lobby with live music, dancers and even a DJ! Breakfast was pretty good, I found more to eat. Can’t complain about that. I will say tho the service wasn’t good. We had to wait a long time to find a waiter to simply get us water and utensils.

This resort was an absolute dream. I cannot recommend it enough. 🌺Literally on the beach line. Clean, safe, entertaining, food was great, staff was amazing and friendly. Room kept clean at all times. Not to mention how beautiful the actual resort is. Special thank you to the 🌺entertainment staff who were always amazing in keeping us occupied with different activities- dancing, aqua aerobics, challenges and so much more.🌺 Latino nights, magic shows and so much more. The attention from the very friendly employees has all been wonderful. I also want to talk about the animation, it has been excellent with many activities during the day and the shows at night. I want to mention the animation girl Gasolina, excellent and very nice. The only thing should be better attention at the reception and be friendlier and faster check-in. Excellent rooms very clean and organized. It has been an incredible vacation to spend well together with your family. I recommend this place we will return

I had the most poor experience at this resort. I booked here under premium with amenities includes such as hydrotherapy massage, extra restaurants, room service, etc. Could not even book a massage during our stay that was supposed to come with room because there were none available. Could not book at any restaurants. Was assigned a butler two days after arriving. Jacuzzi in room was dirty, was told someone would clean it, never did. Attempt to call anywhere in the resort and once they hear English they do not answer. I understand we are in the DR but I can get by with basics of Spanish and also should not be treated differently because of where I am from. Treated very diffidently from Dominicans and Hispanics on the resort. I understand if you can’t understand me the same but to be treated so poorly is disappointing. Bought something from the gift shop for an excursion that we were suppose to go on where they forgot to pick us up. Went to return it 30 minutes later, store wouldn’t allow us. Went to concierge and they had nothing to say at all. The entire resort was a disappointment. Offers nothing. All the bars close by 6 pm except one. Premium buffet offers only about 6 options for food including sides. Pictures online are misleading. Beds are very uncomfortable. TV quality is horrible. You want a frozen drink? The blenders are broken all the time. Cabanas have stains on them. Sheet in bedroom had stain on it. Harassed by people trying to sell you stuff while walking around. The view from our room was nice and only decent thing I can say. Never would stay here again.

Chocolate loves to party and always has the BEST energy. Chocolate is the BEST. WE LOVE CHOCOLATE. Loves to entertain people at the pool and gets people to want to dance. very influential energy. 😂The hotels are are always clean, hospitality is superb! drinks are unlimited!! food is unlimited and delicious. a lot of parties that are always lit and good energy. 😂Very good room service. every employee has great energy. Great shows going on everyday. The pools were always very clean they made sure that my room was always 😂neat when I got back my fridge was always filled the service was beautiful they made sure that I dance I enjoyed the shows the Michael Jackson show chocolate 😂taught me how to dance he did a lot love this service

I loved every second of the trip, each of the animators was phenomenal, Barbie(Tania) in particular! An animator that truly stood out to me was Chocolate, always a good energy at the disco and always had a way to cheer up the crowd and make us laugh! Overall the trip was great, and the people here made it even better. Nothing but love and respect all way around. The service was also truly something to right home about, always on time with requests and needs. The reception was great as well, they treated us with patience and with alot of transparency about all the things there are to do over here. The events were also very fun, most of them stemming from physically active games which were all very fun. Dancing, drinking games, and exciting competitions, all of it was great. The food and drinks were amazing! The drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had, the bartenders are truly talented. The chefs too, they never seemed to disappoint, all of the food was delicious. The buffet is always serving amazing food even late at night after people go clubbing. I know i mentioned this earlier in the review but i cannot stress it enough, the animators are the life of the party and do so much for the resort experience. Go to this resort and enjoy your time in paradise!

resort was absolutely well- maintained and amazing. The room was very clean, very comfortable and well supplied with bottled water, pops, coffee and tea. The staff in the property were all great. The drinks were AWESOME! Chocolate is the BEST! Such a lively animator and dancer, we had so much fun with him! The food servers were so good, Alvaro to name one. The massage therapist, Martha was very accommodating and massaged my feet excellently. So i had a massage twice for the 5 days we were in the resort. The food was exceptionally good from breakfast to dinner. Lots of food selection and varied everyday. If given the chance again, i will go back to the resort. All the employees were masked.

The hotel has been amazing since day one. The lobby is beautiful and the staff amazing. The staff was super attentive the moment we arrived and the service they provided was fast and easy. The bars have lots of tasty drinks and the service was also great and fast. The foods they served in the buffet were delicious and they had a great variety of things to try. The restaurants were also great. The staff was very entertaining and they made sure we always had something to drink and that we enjoyed our food. The night entertainment shows have also been great to watch especially with Chocolate. The staff made sure everyone had a great time and would also join us to dance. The ambiance was so uplifting and fun. They made sure everyone had a great time. I would definitely book with them again next time ! The scenery is beautiful and the beach breathtaking!

I have been here for 4 days as I write this review. The resort is fairly priced with lots of things to do to include the beach area, pools, several restaurants, and bars. I was pressured and obliged to get the premium pass, which grants you access to a private pool that is not overly crowded and beachfront rooms. They don't tell you that the resort has a premium side until you are literally checking in and that's where the front desk make their pitch to sell there premium package to guests before they give you a room. It's not bad, but it's an additional $300-600 that you spend if you sign up. You need to make reservations to on-site restaurants. This was an inconvenience due to the limited availability of staff to make reservations. The rooms need remodeling. My air conditioning unit was very loud and old. TV also was old with not a lot to choose from. The towels are not very clean either and you have to ask for them some days. There are several restaurants walking distance outside the resort. I ate breakfast and lunch several times at Dallas Cafe, which I highly recommend. Overall, it was a fairly decent experience for my first time in Punta Cana 🇩🇴. The resort, however, does not meet the 5 star resort standard and experience in my humble opinion.

Pros : The entertainment provided by the hotel was mad fun. I love that everyday there’s something new to do. The property externally is well kept, grass cut. The food was excellent. Always hot and seemed endless. Con: I didn’t like the fact that the pool staff were pressuring me to write a review for the hotel. In fact the lady took my phone and proceeded to make her own comments. The property had a strong odor of mold both inside the rooms and around the hotel. The scent was the strongest in fye female bathroom and corridor leading to the premium food lounge/food area. The towels had mold and holes in it. The sheets and towels in the hotel need to be changed it is not up to par for a supposed 5 star hotel. There’s no elevator to the rooms so if you can’t do stairs ask ahead of time. The lock on the door for my room wasn’t working the best, one night it completely stop working and call the front desk was useless. This brings me to my other point, I called the front desk couple times during my stay and no one answered or called back.

My initial rating was incorrect. This hotel has everything you need for a great time. Premium is worth having if you enjoy your premium drinks and being able to escape away from the busy main pool. On resort restaurants are nice and worth booking to break up the buffet style meals that are not the best if you are a fussy eater like myself. Be warned on arrival and throughout your stay you will be harassed in the busy areas of the hotel to purchase trips and other items. STAY away from Extadian employees and their welcome meal / hard sell for membership. You see many people being pulled on and wasting their time with this. Overall a great experience and holiday here with my family. For all those moaning about being English and ignored there is a quick fix for this. Learn your basics with Spanish and you will be perfectly fine. The staff are great and friendly. The beach is the best in the are from what I can see after walking past various neighbouring hotels.

The animation team is excellent with many activities during the day and at night. I want to mention Gasolina, who is excellent and very friendly. The employees are very friendly and provide excellent service. You will not regret eating this place. Very beautiful beach and pool area. It has been a wonderful vacation!!!!

Since our arrival impressive hotel has exceeded my 🎉expectations. The workforce here have been so kind and polite, and catered for my every need. The hotel is clean and my room has been cleaned everyday. The entertainment has not failed every day and night there has been something for me to do while I have been staying 🎉here. This is one guy who is very entertaining to watch and he is always 🎉polite and easy to talk to his name is chocolate you will see him anywhere where their is laughter and dancing. There are a lot of activities for kids to do and the same can be said for adults. I would recommend this hotel 🎉to anyone including families

First of all.....this is NOT a 5 star hotel. We just came from there and here are a few things you need to know.... 1) The people were friendly but didn't speak English well. Our butler, Anna, was a bright spot. Sweet and helpful 2) Ocean front Villa does not mean ocean "view." Do not be fooled by the picture of this room. That is NOT it. 3) AVOID the buffets. The food is cold and just bad. 4) We stayed at the Premium and were never informed of the premium restaurant. 5) Rooms need updating. We had two bathrooms but the second one had no mirror. 6) Honestly, I would find another place to stay

Customer service is outstanding, they try to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. Daily shows are spectacular, real artists. Activities are also pretty good. Food at the buffet is delicious and has many options. Drinks are well prepared. I stayed at the "normal" Impressive and it was good enough, if your stay is for no more than 4 nights you won't be able to use all the services included in the premium. I really liked that the buffet is open until 10 p.m. Restaurants are OK but is a good experience if you want something fancier (food is not that different from the buffet). Sargazo is REAL, but the hotel keeps the beach clean so you can still enjoy. Snacks are not big deal, no many options.

Love this hotel! Very clean and nice staff! Received our room and they decorated for us for an additional cost for my birthday, as well as making us feel at home. The bars have really good liquor choices ❤️and the premium option was the best! Chocolate came over and made sure we were good at all times when just laying out on the beach. Yofrazi was the butler that made sure all of our excursions were booked as well as reservations for ❤️our dinner. If you aren’t wanting to walk around the resort their are golf carts on duty at all times to get you too your destination. 10/10 recommended hotel.

We stayed as a family of 5 for a fortnight. We were very impressed with the food, particularly the Grill. There was lots of choice and plenty of availability. All the waiters were very polite and friendly and brilliant with the kids, especially Emmy. Gasolina was fantastic as part of the entertainment team! We were impressed with the amount of fitness classes there were throughout the day, and the daily gym instructor was great. The beach was kept clean. There was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The circus show and Michael Jackson show was amazing! I would say the LED light DISCO needs moving into the theatre to allow more space for the audience and dancing however. There was a great selection of cocktails at the bar, however at busy times there was a bit of a wait, especially around the main pool bar. Overall it had been the best family holiday we have had, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent vacations, we have had a great time. The animation team has been excellent with many activities for the whole family and very good music. The animation girl very funny GASOLINE excellent. The staff is very friendly, the only thing that should be better is the service of the reception staff and check-in should be a little faster and the food should have more variety. It is a very good hotel to have a good time with the family!

We had the best vacation, we had a great time. The truth is we were able to enjoy the very good neon party. We loved it and the shows every night in the theater are very good and very good music with an extraordinary live band. animation the young Gasolina very friendly. We loved the food very good and the drinks at the bar were very good.

Maria and Roberta are the best for entertaining kids. They are so friendly and nice to my daughter. They painted her face every night and she was the happiest kid. We made cookies together and dance. That’s what I liked the most.

We upgraded to a premium room on day 2 but the AC was not working properly; we had to switch rooms again on day 4. The regular room turned out to be a very good option. The beach was the best feature as it had very little to almost no seaweed. The staff is very friendly, the food in the main buffet is so so. We've stayed in better places before but it's great value. I don't think we will return here.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The beds are amazing, you even have a pillow menu. The food is exquisite in all the restaurants. The drinks are better than the average all-inclusive hotel we've tried. The facilities and pools are very beautiful with a beautiful beach. The entertainment team gives life every day Caramel, Molasses, Gasolina, Angel (in the gym) all almost cartoon names, but they are real people, who make the stay all fun moments. The only weak point is that the kids club activities are not carried out as scheduled and leave one waiting. If the kids club issues are resolved, we will return

To be honest, it is a beautiful country to vacation in, everyone is very friendly. The guys at the bar always encouraging us to be super happy. I also want to thank my butler... a suggestion for the gym 🏋️‍♂️ they should put a more visible sign 🪧 that is visible to everyone from almost 5 minutes it takes to look for said gym 🏋️‍♀️ one more thing in the Japanese restaurant wow 🤩 that Great, the guys there are very professional, I have no words for those guys. I really liked this beautiful vacation in the Dominican Republic at the Impressive Punta Cana Hotel. Impressive for being my first time, I know that not everything has to be perfect, there are things to improve such as the conditions of the pool. 🏊‍♀️ the night shows are good, I really liked the show “of the king 🤴 of pop tribute to the king of pop... the best of the best, thank you. very good and as not to forget the entertainment guys are all professionals but I want you to know that my family and I are all very close, my girl is 17 years old, she is younger although she looks 20, the guy named molasses from the entertainment team, my youngest daughter. He is very transparent with me” the boy called molasses la invicta outside the hotel 🏨 what he didn't know is that my daughter and I are very close... and he tells me everything 'what I don't understand is how such a wonderful and beautiful hotel has people like this are going to make it possible for a guy from the entertainment staff to “damn he is inviting a better girl outside the hotel to talk 🗣️ what the hell are they going to talk about according to him .😤 with my daughter who is under 17 years old, for God's sake I am very disappointed 😞 and what made me most angry was that she came every day and told me the things she said to me" and he came every day to harass me and get her drinks 🍸 I know those guys work a lot but I don't like them to see my face. idiot face, take things calmly because since my daughter and I have an impenetrable trust she tells me everything Thank you bye bye I never touch her because I was ready to proceed legally” and I am not going to return to that hotel while those types of predators are there in that hotel' I am very disappointed

Great services, entertainment team is amazing, very attentive and energetic. They organized a whole schedule to keep everyone integrated and enjoying the best time. I stayed with my mom and it was her first time in the Caribbean. I’m sure we will come back !

This was our first experience in Dominican and it has been wonderful. The food is great the servers in the buffet (David and Lina) have given us exceptional service. We have had amazing entertainment staff especially Spicy. He is very enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly and has made this week really fun! We did aqua aerobics, croquet on the beach, corn hole and archery. We will definitely be back!

Was such an amazing experience with my family. The views were incredible but the most memorable was the the service, all the staff were so lovely and positive and brought great energy. Black panther and Malaza were unforgettable, he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and we really connected with him and many ways. He really made our trip! Would definitely come again!

In September 2023, my partner and I were at the Impressive hotel, we changed to premium upon arrival, which was very worth it. The hotel is located in a very nice environment, our room was very nice with a view of the pool, they cleaned and changed towels every day, and the room service worked great. We were able to easily book an appointment at the restaurants. The pools are clean, the water is good, the beach is very nice, the seaweed was cleaned every day, except for the last two days, because the ocean waved all day and kept washing away the seaweed, but there was not much The staff at the reception, the restaurants, buffets and bars were attentive and helpful even though some only spoke Spanish. The food in the buffets was good, we were able to choose dishes that suited our taste. We had a great time at this hotel.

We had high expectations for this so-called 5-star resort, but our experience was extremely disappointing. I would highly recommend not to spend your money on this resort!! Food Quality: The food was just bad... Everything we tried felt like cafeteria food - bland and unappealing. For the price we paid, it was a real disappointment. Facilities: Despite its 5-star claim, the facilities were more akin to a 3-star property. The towels in our room were old and worn, clearly used for years without replacement. The pools were not maintained at all, currently not the feel of a 5 stars hotel. In addition, our room smelled musty and unpleasant at all. Misleading Premium Upgrade: During check-in, we were persuaded to pay an extra $700 for a 'premium guest' upgrade, promising exclusive access to a private beach and special dining areas. This turned out to be utterly misleading as these areas were open to all guests, making the upgrade fee feel like a scam. The Beach: The beach was a mess. It wasn't clean, and it was really off-putting to see a homeless person camped out right there. Not at all what you want when you’re trying to relax and enjoy a beach holiday. In short, this place is overhyped. It's not what they claim to be, and the price definitely doesn't match the experience. Save your money and go somewhere else if you're looking for real luxury.

We love this resort. We were here in 2019 and 2020. We got engaged here last time and we are going back for our honey moon this year 2022. The check in process has always been fairly smooth. There is a little bit of a wait but honestly, when we go away we let go of the rushing around. Last time we had to wait for a few hours before we got our room but its not the end of the world. Grab a slice of pizza and drink and just relax. The rooms are super clean so is the rest of the resort. We prefer to go premium, I find the service a bit better, we enjoy the premium pool/bar, room service once in a while, wifi etc. The food I would say is a 7/10, I would suggest the buffet as I think it has a lot of options where the restaurants really weren't anything to special. The pizza bar I think is awesome! Tipping is a must, I think the service deserves it but also you will be treated better/faster. Julia Roberts in the premium lounge really made us feel welcome. and a tip to end this review - get up early to get a spot !

I came here for my first trip to the Dominican. It was amazing and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I celebrated my birthday while there and the resort went above and beyond to help me celebrate. I'm already trying to plan my next visit with friends.

Came to Punta Cana for my wedding. Everything was amazing and perfect, the hotel staff were extremely helpful in ensuring that my wedding went beautifully. The employees made sure to advise me of all the planned excursions and even changed an excursion for me when we were too exhausted to go one morning. They were extremely kind, generous and continuously asked whether I was enjoying my stay to try to make it even better. My experience was amazing, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have their wedding in DR.

Wonderful stay at the resort Maximo was excellent making sure we was in good making sure our room was on and he was above and beyond his duty. Also Ezekiel make sure our room was satisfied to our expectations. Jose at the restaurant and David served us well and all the other ladies and gentlemen. Rosa and Martha at the spa was excellent service. Jeremy at the check-in was well respectful. The cleaning crew was on top of their service. Thank. You all.. we will be back.

At the beach we have a lot of fun.Here of course,we have good animation team.Banana and Chocolate are the funniest and happiest animation..Really,here with them you don’t feel sad. Our Premium ocean front room had a beautiful beach view, and was very spacious and comfortable. Carlos Fabian and Julia Roberts were outstanding butlers who consistently kept us pointed in the right direction, anticipating every need. Their forward leaning service was outstanding, making a very positive impact on our stay.

Carlos Fabian was WONDERFUL!! He was alway so helpful and went out of his way to make my Anniversary very special. I can’t THANK him enough. The property was beautiful and clean. You will love it here!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Danny, Maximo and Nathaniel took very good care of us. We had a mini vacation for my sisters birthday and they were phenomenal. My room was great and they allowed me to check out later since my flight wasn’t until 6:30pm. Thank you guys for all your hard work and patience. I will definitely recommend this resort.

The resort is huge and has a lot to offer. Staff including gasolina are welcoming and provide events for everyone. The pools are gorgeous and the beach is relaxing and has great service. The buffets have great options and the servers love to entertain the guests. The rooms is big and we loved the addition of the robes and bar. The snack bar was a great asset to our day and had great pizza for everyone. Our building had a bar attached with snacks and drinks which was great.

The service at this resort is better than any other. All of the workers are very nice and kind, and make you feel at home. From servers to event holders, each one of them spends lots of time with guests to make sure that they’re having a good time. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, room service comes every day to clean and restock on essentials such as towels and drinks! On the subject of drinks, they are very good. There is a wide selection and they are not scared to pour heavy, if that is what your looking for. When it comes to activities, there everywhere and at all times. They do a great job of entertaining guests and did not fail to disappoint. Shoutout to Chocolate for being super attentive to all customers and becoming our friends, never a dull moment. If you are looking for a location to party, or relax, this is the one.

We had an awesome stay at the impressive premium, the food was really good and we had a great view of the beach from our room! The entertainment is amazing specifically from Chocolate ♥️ We only spent a couple days but wish we spent more as the ambience was perfect as well as the amazing staff. Definitely recommend! The buffet was really awesome so many options as well as many different restaurants to chose from that would all be a la cartel, the grill and the Italian spot were the best! They have many different drinks to offer from and always make sure to keep you satisfied.

We had an amazing trip to Punta Cana!! The Entertainment staff was phenomenal! They always had a fun activity planned for us to do. We especially loved the foam beach party and the yoga classes on the beautiful pier. The staff spoke great English to us and always found ways to accommodate us during our stay. We especially loved Gasolina and Carmelo because they were always the entertainment staff to get us up on our feet and come out of our comfort zones during the different activities at the resort. We’ve loved every minute of our time here at Impressive Punta Cana and we can’t wait to come back!

I love how hyping the crew is and energetic. They’re all cool people and even without any activities they still show give a fun vibe and they’re the best people to talk to at the pool. The best thing was the excellent animation, all very good gasoline and the very good music of the DJ and I was able to enjoy the girls vs. girl show very much. It was very funny, the truth is that I laughed a lot and had fun. People are very friendly and excellent people are always happy. I will definitely return to this wonderful place

Came to Impressive with my friend and I absolutely loved it! All the staff were friendly and especially Spicy and Coco!! They’re energy was unmatched!! I loved the all white beach party, they made the vibes very lit and got everyone dancing. I loved all the beachside and poolside activities (had beach volleyball, aerobics, soccer, pool basketball). I’m always super shy with dancing and have never been to a resort but they really got me out of my comfort zone and got my friend and I dancing!! I loved coming here and I would def recommend it to families, couples, friends there’s something for everyone. Food was also awesome, had snack bar and options were very vast (so many veggie and meet options)

Great hotel for family vacation. Cozy and quiet. Very good ocean beach. Please take into account that you probably won't see the ocean from the ocean view room. It will be palms and maybe swimming pool. The ocean behind the palms. If you want to see the ocean, you need a front view room. The apartments are not clean enough. In our case the first apartments were contain dirty toilet, broken window and light. Second (with jacuzzi) - broken bedroom door, jacuzzi and cupboard.

Loved the staff at the buffet. Miriam, Marta and their colleagues treated us like family. They were so kind and attentive. The cost was the best value I found and it was wonderful. We just wanted a nice beach, clean room, good food and no hassle. Good quality food. Polite, happy, hard working staff. Would come back.

Everything was very good. The hotel was clean and had great service. The excursion to la hacienda was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend. I would recommend non premium as you get everything included pretty much. The only thing that you don’t get is the restaurants which most were not good. The beaches were very nice. Unfortunately due to the season there happened to be a lot of seaweed were we were. The entertainment by Chocoate was very fun and he’s a very enthusiastic guy. Overall good experience.

When I entered in the hotel, the staff was very friendly , they come to us with a glass of Dominican alcohol while we was check in. The check in was very fast and they was very friendly as well. When we entered in the room was cleaned and fresh. The food is delicious at least at the special restaurant. The most what I like, is the beach which is the best from this long place, is cleaned every day ; and the entertainment I like a lot .. all of those people know how to make you laugh and happy . They have a lot of activities and you keep whole day funny and smile on your face! Chocolate from entertainment is so funny and he know how to play with us, doesn’t matter where are you from, he start to learn every language 😊💕
