I
would
not
have
written
a
review
based
on
the
sub-par
food
alone.
Do
not
use
guest
services,
one
guest
services
representative
alone
caused
us
to
waste
hundreds
of
dollars
and
about
1.5
days
of
our
vacation,
I'm
certain
for
her
own
financial
gain.
The
worst
part
is
her
boss,
Domingo
Beltre,
asked
me
to
get
in
touch
with
him
the
next
day,
but
he
ignored
us
all
day,
the
day
before
we
left
for
home.
We
told
guest
services
we
wanted
to
scuba
dive,
we
did
not
know
they
offered
an
easy
and
inexpensive
package
right
at
the
resort,
she
proceeded
to
put
us
in
touch
with
an
outside
person
buy
the
name
of
Juana
Carlos.
He
set
us
up
for
two
dives
at
Catalina
Island
for
$525.00,
to
be
clear,
we
are
not
certified,
we
made
this
clear
to
guest
services
as
well
as
Juana
Carlos.
This
was
expensive,
but
sounded
awesome
so
we
said
yes.
We
were
supposed
to
go
on
a
Wednesday
morning,
it
was
supposed
to
take
all
day
from
7am
til
6pm.
Tuesday
night
Juana
told
us
that
Scuba
for
Wednesday
was
canceled.
We
rescheduled
for
Thursday.
Wednesday
night
he
text
us
to
tell
us
it
was
canceled
again,
however
then
was
able
to
get
us
in,
telling
us
we
would
still
go
to
Catalina.
Thursday
morning
we
met
our
shuttle,
without
a
clue
as
to
where
we
were
going.
It
stopped
in
a
random
location
where
I
met
someone
to
swipe
my
CC,
then
we
proceeded
to
drive
to
a
small
village
about
an
hour
away,
were
we
did
the
Padi
class
(to
be
expected)
then
went
out
to
do
a
single
dive
right
off
shore.
The
dive
was
great,
but
it
was
not
two
dives
at
Catalina
Island.
This
entire
process
took
from
7am
til
about
4pm,
we
could
have
done
this
at
the
resort
in
half
the
time
for
half
the
money.
Upon
our
return,
I
asked
Juana
Carlos
for
some
money
back
as
we
did
not
do
two
dives
at
Catalina,
we
did
the
class
and
one
dive,
he
refused.
I
talked
to
the
guest
services
supervisor
Domingo,
he
assured
us
he
would
get
us
some
spa
package
the
following
day,
he
ignored
us
the
entire
day.
Very
poor
service
I
would
say.
On
top
of
all
of
this,
on
Wednesday
we
wanted
to
go
to
fleet
market
and
shop,
the
same
guest
services
rep
that
sent
us
with
Juana
Carlos,
I'm
sure
to
her
profit,
sent
us
to
a
little
mall
with
museum,
hardly
any
shopping
we
wanted
to
do
there,
we
ended
up
paying
for
a
cab
to
take
us
to
a
fleet
market
that
was
5
minutes
from
our
resort.
Again,
very
disappointing.
We
will
not
return
to
this
resort,
it
is
unreal
they
would
first
off
take
our
time,
our
money,
but
then
not
step
up
when
things
are
not
right.
