Came from USA on vacation & was very disappointed with customer service. Around 11;00 am I went to shop for my grandchildren & myself. The sales clerks in the childre dept,was annoyed bc I didn't understand the prices & she was annoyed & walked to the back to never return I asked to speak to management & she claim not to understand me & was rude. In fact she spent .ore time talking & laughing with her coworker than satisfied the customer . Needless to say Zara didn't. Ake any $$ from me!

Everything is for a very slim person. The largest size dress shirt is a XL but it's not your traditional fit. Those accustomed to us size will understand.

Was asked to walk out of the store because I was drinking a espresso!!! Really?!? Looking at the customer like they are about to steal! This store is at a tourist spot in Cap Cana and they are acting like they are a high end store! Thank god I had not purchased anything!

They have a way better selection on theirs clothes better than in the capital

It is a nice little clothing store if you are trying to find something simple or quick. Don't be expecting no top of the line fashion now because you are at the wrong store. However, it still had some pretty clothes and you can still get some good outfits.

Best clothing store in DR. Very cool styles and the clothes change every season. The best oke to visit is the one in Blue Mall Punta Cana, As they are the most organized and big store in the country.

This is a very large Zara, the largest I have ever been to, very modern and well designed and lovely looking store. A lot of choice, just like the one in the Uk and Europe I have been to in terms of type of products. Staff very well dressed and chic. I just browsed and didn’t speak to anyone.

The shops are well structured and the clothes aren't bad, but the prices sting to my wallet and for many of the things in there i'd rather buy a cheaper and worse made version of their clothing for casual wear, but if you're looking for designer clothing that you'll wear to an event or once every while then this is the right place to purchase.

I went for a quick shop to buy a white shirt for my birthday they didn’t help me they don’t care

Zara Punta Cana is a Spanish fashion chain with on-trend house-brand clothing, shoes, accessories and home goods located on the first floor of BlueMall Punta Cana, Boulevard Turístico corner of Carretera de Juanillo, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They have in-store shopping and pickup. Their hours are everyday as of 10:00 am to 9:00 pm; and Sunday until 8:00 pm. This is my favorite store whether in NYC or DR.

Big shop, slow service. Kids department did not have any of the cashiers...

Best department store in Punta Cana, variety of casual, sport and formal clothing for men and women.
