It's just great, but unfortunately it's too small for a wellness area.

A great gym just for women. The fitness studio offers a huge course room with super cool courses that are fun and individually tailored. If you can't do an exercise, you'll get help quickly. The training area may not be the largest, but you have all the equipment you need and there is always help. The staff is super friendly and really helps you with any questions you have. What is also important to mention is that it is very clean. You really feel comfortable there and you also have the opportunity to train at TopFit. The gym also always brings cool action. Challenges in which you can win various things, such as: Whoever lasts the longest while sitting on the ball wins a month free of contributions. You also get something for free every now and then in the courses. These are cool motivations to keep doing sports. Every time you register, a tree is planted, which means that by registering you are not only doing something good for your health, but you are also directly doing something for the environment. A great feeling! I can only recommend the gym!

I like being here. You will receive good advice and have an extensive range of options. I think it's great that I can go to different gyms. No matter whether the ladylike in Gummersbach or the Sportclub4 in Lindlar. Because they are linked, I am not tied to one.

The employees pressure you to give a good rating - then you would get a free shake. I find the price to be unearthly for the value for money. If you want to train on and with equipment, Ladylike is not the studio of choice. It's good for courses. The trainer Larissa always struck me as very positive and was always friendly to me. You were often ignored by others if you didn't have an athletic figure.

Always a very nice and pleasant atmosphere in which I really enjoy training. The trainers are all super nice and are definitely experts in their field. Great recommendation!
