An
impudence!
So
if
you
want
an
unfriendly
treatment
similar
to
that
in
mass
operations,
you
are
in
good
hands
here.
You
can
feel
that
it's
not
about
the
patient
personally
but
about
what
he
is
worth,
how
much
can
I
earn
with
XY
patient!
Here
I
am
going
to
tell
you
about
my
last
visit
to
the
practice.
Who
is
interested
like
to
read:
Last
week
I
was
in
the
practice
with
my
grandmother
as
a
companion
because
my
grandmother
can
no
longer
hear
so
well.
The
reason
for
the
visit
was
that
she
can
no
longer
see
so
well
and
had
already
received
artificial
lenses
15
years
ago.
So
made
an
appointment
to
see
if
you
can
compensate
for
this
with
new
glasses.
First
we
had
to
do
a
sea
test,
then
we
had
to
go
back
to
the
waiting
room.
My
grandmother
was
then
treated
by
Prof.
Dr.
Philipp
Jacobi,
so
his
smile
on
the
website
suggests
a
friendly
doctor
which
was
absolutely
the
opposite.
I
had
pointed
out
to
him
that
my
grandma
had
a
bad
hearing
and
that
he
should
speak
loudly
and
clearly.
After
he
asked
my
grandma
twice
to
put
her
chin
on
this
device
and
she
could
not
hear
him
because
he
a)
spoke
very
softly
and
b)
did
not
speak
in
her
direction,
he
pulled
her
anorak
so
that
her
head
came
forward.
That
was
more
than
bold
and
that's
not
how
you
treat
an
older
lady.
As
soon
as
he
wanted
everything
done,
it
was
said:
"That
would
be
age-related,
there
is
nothing
you
can
do
about
it".
I
didn't
want
to
leave
it
like
that
and
he
said
well
we
can
do
another
test,
we
should
wait
outside
again
for
a
moment.
Here,
too,
we
were
quick
to
do
another
test.
A
young
art
helper
asked
us
to
go
into
a
darkened
area.
Here
my
grandma
should
first
sign
that
she
agrees
with
the
additional
test
and
that
Prof.
Dr.
are
already
informed
about
the
costs
that
the
KK
does
not
assume.
Uh
no,
we
weren't.
Costs
were
about
130.00
EURO.
Of
course,
the
doctor's
assistant
could
not
give
us
any
security
to
check
whether
something
could
still
be
done.
So
my
grandma
signed
the
mop
in
the
dark
room.
Then
we
were
called
back
into
the
waiting
room
and
after
a
short
while
to
go
to
Prof.
Dr.
asked
into
the
room.
The
result
was
the
same
as
before:
"You
can't
do
anything
anymore,
that
is
age-related"
and
made
it
clear
to
us
that
he
opened
the
door
and
was
ready
to
say
goodbye
that
we
should
go
now!
I
have
seldom
seen
such
a
way
of
dealing
with
and
treating
patients.
Prof.
Dr.
should
be
ashamed
of
himself
if
he
reads
this
at
all.
I
strongly
doubt
whether
he
treated
his
grandmother
like
that.
We'll
also
get
in
touch
with
the
medical
chamber,
because
that's
just
not
possible.
Here
is
a
follow-up
training
regarding
handling
and
information
transfer
for
Prof.
Dr.
more
than
appropriate.

Eine
Frechheit!
Also
wer
eine
unfreundliche
wie
im
Massenbetrieb
ähnliche
Behandlung
möchte
ist
hier
bestens
aufgehoben.
Man
spürt
das
es
nicht
um
den
Patienten
persönlich
geht
sondern
um
das
was
er
Wert
ist,
spirch
wie
viel
kann
ich
mit
XY
Patient
verdienen!
Hier
schildere
ich
euch
mal
meinen
letzten
Besuch
in
der
Praxis.
Wer
interesse
hat
gerne
lesen:
Ich
war
vergangene
Woche
mit
meiner
Oma
als
Begleitperson
in
der
Praxis,
weil
meine
Oma
nicht
mehr
so
gut
hören
kann.
Der
Grund
des
Besuches
war
das
sie
nicht
mehr
so
gut
sehen
kann
und
hatte
vor
15
Jahren
bereits
künstliche
Linsen
erhalten.
Also
Termin
gemacht
um
zu
schauen
ob
man
das
mit
einer
neuen
Brille
ausgleichen
kann.
Zuerst
einmal
ging
es
an
einen
Seetest,
danach
mussten
wir
ins
Wartezimmer
zurück.
Behandelt
wurde
meine
Oma
dann
von
Herrn
Prof.
Dr.
Philipp
Jacobi,
also
sein
Lächeln
auf
der
Internetseite
lässt
einen
freundlichen
Arzt
vermuten
was
absolut
das
Gegenteil
war.
Ich
hatte
ihn
direkt
darauf
hingewiesen
das
meine
Oma
schlecht
hört
und
er
laut
und
deutlich
reden
solle.
Nachdem
er
zweimal
meine
Oma
aufforderte
Ihr
Kinn
auf
diesem
Apparat
abzulegen
und
sie
ihn
nicht
höre,
weil
er
a)
sehr
leise
gesprochen
hat
und
b)
nicht
in
ihre
Richtung
sprach,
zog
er
sie
am
Anorak
damit
sie
mit
dem
Kopf
nach
vorne
kommt.
Das
war
mehr
als
dreist
und
so
geht
man
nicht
mit
einer
älteren
Dame
um.
So
schnell
wie
er
alles
erledigt
haben
wollte
hieß
es
dann:
"das
wäre
Altersbedingt,
da
kann
man
nichts
machen".
Das
wollte
ich
dann
mal
nicht
so
stehen
lassen
und
er
sagte
naja
wir
können
nochmal
einen
weiteren
Test
machen,
wir
sollen
nochmal
draußen
kurz
warten.
Auch
hier
waren
wir
wieder
schnell
dran
mit
dem
weiteren
Test.
Dort
hatte
uns
ein
junger
Arthelfer
in
einen
abgedunkelten
Bereich
gebeten.
Hier
sollte
dann
meine
Oma
erst
mal
unterschreiben
das
sie
mit
dem
zusätzlichen
Test
einverstanden
sei
und
wir
vom
Prof.
Dr.
bereits
über
die
Kosten,
welche
die
KK
nicht
übernimmt
informiert
seien.
Äh
neee
waren
wir
nicht
Kosten
waren
dann
ca.
130,00
EURO.
Ob
es
eine
Sicherheit
gibt
damit
zu
prüfen
ob
man
noch
was
machen
könne,
konnte
uns
der
Arzthelfer
natürlich
nicht
geben.
Also
unterschrieb
meine
Oma
den
Wisch
im
dunklen
Zimmer.
Danach
wurden
wir
wieder
ins
Wartezimmer
gerufen
und
nach
kurzem
zum
Prof.
Dr.
ins
Zimmer
gebeten.
Ergebis
war
das
selbe
wie
vorher:
"Da
kann
man
nichts
mehr
machen,
das
seie
Altersbedingt"
und
machte
uns
dadurch
das
er
die
Tür
öffnete
und
sich
zur
Verabdschiedung
bereit
stellte
klar
das
wir
doch
jetzt
mal
gehen
sollten!
So
eine
Art
des
Umgangs
und
Behandlung
von
Patienten
habe
ich
selten
erlebt.
Der
Herr
Prof.
Dr.
sollte
sich
in
Grund
und
Boden
schämen
wenn
er
dies
hier
überhaupt
liest.
Ob
er
mit
seiner
Oma
auch
so
umgegangen
ist
wage
ich
stark
zu
bezweifeln.
Mit
der
Ärtzekammer
werden
wir
uns
auch
noch
in
Verbindung
setzen,
denn
sowas
geht
einfach
gar
nicht.
Hier
ist
eine
Nachschulung
bzgl.
Umgang
und
Informationsübermittlung
für
den
Herrn
Prof.
Dr.
mehr
als
angebracht.
