I saw the original Spaghett-About It cart in North Portland and always wanted to try it but never really had the time to stop by when I was in town.. I was thrilled when I saw a new cart appear in the new pod space in Hillsboro, I knew I would finally get my chance! Turns out it's run by a guy who is truly kind to all his customers and has a great sense of humor - To be honest, I would still eat here once or twice a week even if he was a jerk cause the food is that good. I've tried a bit of everything on the menu, and while it may not be awe inspiring (This is a food cart after all, folks), it is exactly what I needed it to be - which is comforting, it's food for your soul. Beautiful, delicious and fresh!

One of the more unique food cart options in the area. I can't say that I've seen that many Italian themed carts that do more than just basic pasta, whee spaghett-about it offers much more. The chicken parm sub was delicious, the menu had a bunch of options. Based on the signage it appears they are going to be relocating to the Hillsboro food cart pod soon.

The pasta was not warm enough and it fell short on the sauce, maybe just bad luck?

The food was amazing. The lobster carbonara hit the spot! You'll definitely enjoy ordering because of the friendly owner. It is also my first time to see unique sandwiches options. I'll definitely go back to try them. A family owned food truck serving family soul food. Do not forget the cannoli!

I tried the chicken parm and was completely disappointed. The spaghetti sauce was very sweet. Just a sweet red sauce without much depth of flavor to it. This can be fine if they breaded chicken isn't blacked to h3ll. It's not a blackened seasoning. It was blackened like bread left in the toaster five minutes too long. Whoever was working obviously knew they messed up. They covered it edge to edge with melted cheese so I couldn't see it. Trying to hide the error like I wouldn't taste it with the first bite. I don't know what the margins on these carts are but if you burn the food don't serve it. That guarantees a customer won't come back.

I’ve been sick with covid the last week, and wanted some comfort food, I haven’t been able to taste a whole awful lot so I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and very pleased when I received my delivery I was able to pick up many of the flavors! I’ll have to order again when I’m fully recovered to get the full affect I’m sure, but it was hot and well cooked, fresh and a huge portion.

We've ordered a couple of times now on UberEats. My gosh their food is good!! The Carbonara, heaven!! And those dang cannolis. So good!! It's always packaged beautifully and arrives hot and perfect! So glad we have them here in Hillsboro. Grazie!

This food at Spaghett-About it is so delicious! I absolutely love the spaghetti and the meatball sub. The owner is so friendly and provides wonderful service! I would highly recommend dining here.
