My partner and I have lived here for about three years. We REALLY don't want to move bc of how stressful moving is, but this place is pushing us to our limits. Rent increases each year without fail, and not small or reasonable increases. All the while, we've had squirrels and pigeons living in our ceilings and walls (we've called numerous times over the years). For two years I've heard cooing from my home office space. Even our parking space cost was increased for nothing more than a carport covering. The neighbors are passive aggressive and staff seems to just go with it, people are obsessively complaining about each other all the time. We get emails consistently about the most petty complaints. As an example, someone literally called on a little kid that was just trying to enjoy the pool during the bad heat wave for swimming in "the wrong attire" (kid was in gym shorts). NO A/C. Dingy carpet, barely any nice hard flooring, cheap / flimsy kitchen and bathroom furnishings and fixtures. You also have community expenses that are not properly explained up front, so be prepared to get separately charged for things you will never use. The fact that they plaster "Luxury" on this place is a complete and utter joke.

I have lived at Palladia for 1 year and am looking forward to leaving. The apartment is a decent size, but there is nothing "luxury" about it. The security that is advertised is non existent from my experience. I am in a ground floor unit, street side, across from the KP hospital. I had a hospital patient come banging on my door at 5am and had my car vandalized by someone in the community. Obviously, they can't control crime that may happen to residents, but I feel like I am being VERY overcharged for what I am getting. Base rent is 1777 for a 1 bedroom, but once all the additional fees are added in, I end up paying bout 1940 a month. Plus, the 1 bedroom doesn't have a full sized hot water heater. The hot water lasts long enough to fill the tub just under halfway, or about 15-20 minutes in the shower. I will give praise for the maintenance team. They are very quick to make any repairs needed. The office staff are nice too. All in all, I wouldn't recommend renting here, unless you get a unit with a full sized hot water heater and an apartment that doesn't face the street.

I have had a great experience with this Apartment Complex. I do not live here but have been into many apartments here. They currently have been up to some renovation for the roofs I believe <as shown in my pictures> they have a lot of storage options, and a place outside within a locked door to store your bikes. From what I have heard the pro estimates here have not been too bad. The new, a agreement have not been rude to me nor my friend. I have had a good time, their apartments have a modest amount of room withing them. The people that live her have been also very nice to us, overall I would recommend this complex to anyone who can afford it. It's also convent if you have kaiser Permanente as your insurance. And had a nice view. And places to walk!

My partner and I have lived here for the last 4 months and we love it! It’s a beautiful area and the staff here is great We had a disposal issue and we put in a work order late one night and the next morning Luis was knocking on our door. He fixed the issue right away. He was super kind, professional and efficient. Thank you, Luis!

So far it has been a great experience to live in Palladia. We moved here around 6 months ago. The neighborhood and the location is really great. The office staff are nice and very quick to respond to maintenance requests. In our townhome, Luis Villalba has performed several maintenance services. He is very nice and performs the services with care.

The place is super nice. Loved there for 5 years. Maintenance is amazing and office staff is great. Reason I'm giving it 3 stars..... They gouge you when you move out. We had to pay $100 carpet cleaning fee when they needed to be replaced due to buckling in some places because it wasn't tight. Every room had carpet that was buckling. Loved it and would have highly recommended it until I saw that.

We have only been living here at palladia for 2 and a half months but I need to write this review because Luis V. has been the best maintenance man here at Palladia. He is super kind and helpful. Always very respectful when doing maintenance or any inspections/installations. Thank you Luis for all your help!

So far it has been a good experience. Moving in with was a simple process. Apartment had new appliances and floor plans have an efficient use of space. There was an issue with the carpet but it was taken care of with the help from Amanda(leasing agent) and Susana (property manager). Maintenance is always doing improvements around the property and they are also very helpful and don’t hesitate to promptly respond to service request. Neighbors are also respectful of others and property. We love the location and the great property management by Susana. I definitely recommend any prospective tenants to ask for Amanda, she has been friendly and responsive to all of our requests.
