I randomly googled local restaurants and found Pho Kita & Grill. The service was exceptional, props to one of the owners who was so attentive and helpful to me. It left me very satisfied for my first time dining in. The food was delicious. I was highly impressed with the appetizer and the pho broth is the best broth I’ve tasted in my time, and I’m from SoCal where they have some of the best Vietnamese food. The pho was so good I didn’t even need to add any extra sauce to it. I ended up ordering the rib eye steak to go for my man for lunch and it looked and smelled so good. I wasn’t sure if I could keep myself from trying his food! We plan on going here again and inviting friends and family to check it out. You won’t regret it.

We stopped in after a long day for a late night bowl of pho. We ended up being so lucky to find this place, the food is delicious, the service is even better, I would go here every week if I lived nearby! I had the steak bites and they were cooked perfectly and received a generous portion. The Vietnamese coffee martini was so good, we had 3 of them and everyone enjoyed theirs. My other favorite was the Vietnamese dumplings, they aren’t served at many restaurants and it was my first time trying them but they have so much flavor, I couldn’t get enough of them. The family that runs the restaurant really cares about their customers and take pride in the food, restaurant, specially curated recipes, and it shows. We really felt like guests at a friends house while we were there. Thank you for a great experience, I hope to stop in next time I’m in Oregon!!

I don't know of any other Vietnamese style steak restaurants that exist so this alone separates it from other restaurants. We each got the ribeye steak. My wife got it with rice as a side and I got it with a salad. The steak tasted great. Very juicy and seasoned Vietnamese style. I don't know exactly what it's seasoned with but it tastes like other Vietnamese food I've had growing up. For appetizers we had the Vietnamese dumplings (banh bot loc). You don't see these a lot in Vietnamese restaurants so I was surprised to see it offered here. It is an acquired taste but I find it tasty with a good amount of meat inside. For dessert we tried the flan which matched our tastes. It wasn't overly sweet and had what seemed like a hint of coffee to balance the sweetness. Overall we enjoyed our food here. Will definitely come back for more steak and to try the pho.

Truly an awesome culinary experience. One of the best Rteak & Ribs with a fusion menu. Mixology drinks that you must experience. Great select of spirits and wine. Service was spot on. A must visit in Portland.

The best Pho in Oregon!!! I'm visiting from out of town, and my nephew (who lives in Oregon) has been taking me to many, many different restaurants in the last few weeks. I'm happy we landed at Kita today because we had the best meal I've had since I've been here. In addition to the great food, the ambience was exceptional, and the service was absolutely amazing. The owners greeted us warmly and were generous with their time. We love the fusion style that blends great, traditional Vietnamese food with a unique, delectable flavor that we haven't found anywhere else during our extensive travel. We will definitely come back!

Opened in July of 2023. This place has great food. The steak bites and Pho were delicious. Be careful not to add too much chili sauce. It is tasty but very spicy. A little good a long way.

I got the ribeye steak with side of rice 🍚. The steak tasted great. Very juicy and seasoned Vietnamese style. If they can give me a sauce to put on my rice will be more better before kinda bland w/out sauce. But over really good 👍🏻 For appetizers we had the Vietnamese dumplings (banh bot loc). Their steak and Pho are amazing!!! I have been to almost every Vietnamese restaurant in this area. And by far this beats them all! Everyone here is friendly and make you feel welcomed
