My friend seems to like this place. I haven't personally been, but did call to see if they had the stickers you put somewhere on your body to show your "tanning progress" like when I tanned 10 years ago lol. The girl literally had no idea what I was talking about lol! She said "um yeah, I think I've heard of those. No we don't offer them" I couldn't help but laugh. I'm not that old! Bring back the stickers!! Haha

It’s a little frustrating that often times when I come after work, around 7:30, they tell me their versa and mystic tan machines are “not working.” I am guessing this is because they clean the machines before closing and don’t want to have to clean them again. Unfortunately, I can only come after 7pm because this is when I get off work during the week and I pay over $100 a month for my membership, so I wish this didn’t happen. Otherwise, the girls here are nice and helpful and I do appreciate that. UPDATE: I have never had this problem again since making the original post! I don’t know what happened, but I believe that management must have addressed the issue. And I am able to tan right up until 8 PM. Thank you so much. I am changing my review to five stars because of your effort to make it right. Happy customer!

Great place, but there’s zero value in this sign on the door. The locked door tells me they’re not open. Why can’t they put a message on their phone recording instead of it saying their regular hours and the call didn’t get answered because they’re busy with other customers? Why not send a message in their app I’m required to have? It’s happened twice with hot weather and today with snow. The only way to find out if they’re open is to make the 20 min round trip drive. I’m looking for a new place to tan today.

I love this place because of the girls that work here. I was struggling in many many ways with tanning and screwed up trying to spray tan on my own and at home so I called and Joslyn was amazing help and made me feel completely normal and not judged over the phone. I went in that evening for in person help because visuals help a ton lol Jessica and Joslyn were amazing and extremely helpful and again made me feel completely normal, welcome and non judged and being someone with social anxiety it made for an amazing experience. They got me set up and helped me through the process. Looked amazing after my spray tan as well. Two days later I noticed that the bottom half of my legs, the spray wasn’t sticking so I went in to make sure I wasn’t crazy and just seeing things, they agreed it wasn’t and had me tan again and try a different kind of routine I guess you could say and the comforting vibes and advice that Faith gave me did WONDERS which is extremely extremely appreciated and the tan has finally stuck to the bottom part of my legs for the most part but I’m still learning lol point being the girls here are really awesome and make the experience great and comfortable and they know how to boost your confidence and feel normal. I look forward to going in every time.

Although fairly pricey, you get what you pay for. Good quality tanning beds and sunless tanning booths. Friendly staff. Usually only have to wait a few minutes at most.

Absolute rip off. Had my account frozen and had my card expire. Charged me to pay off the months I missed on my “old account” and then wouldn’t let me use it and charged me a “new membership” fee. I’ll glad take my money else where since you just want to rip people off

At first I was worried because I did not have great experiences with other tanning salons. I always go off of customer service with every business. If it's bad I will never return. So far the customer service has been great, the ladies are both beautiful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that and the great service.

I had the one of the best experiences ever!! Last minute tan before our trip and Sammy gave me some really good advice that would have me looking the best! I let Sammy know my last visit at another location wasn’t the best and she most definitely made up for it! She went above and beyond my whole visit and even walked me out to my car with an umbrella during this rain storm! Thank you, Sammy! I will be back again! (My apologies if I didn’t spell your name right)

It’s hard to deal with people who treat you as if you’re stupid. Never going back. Let karma take care of mean and rude people. Any business has the right to try and sell you something but don’t talk over people as if you’re explaining rock science.

Been going for years, had to freeze my account due to being out of town. unfortunately my card on file was compromised and i wasn't able to go in (due to being out of town) then when back in town and tried to fix the issue, was met with a really unfriendly worker and a huge fee along with having to repay my start-up fee. just gonna cancel my membership at this point.
