    Slowest McDonald's ever. They didn't get the order right and they had poor service. Fries were cold, and barely any condiments on the burgers. We also ordered 2 oreo mcfluries and we never received them. Dont come to this location with high expectations keep them low. Will not come to this location ever again.

    Customer service is atrocious! It took me a half an hour to get my order! Their is NO counter help! They will help you when they get distracted from the drive thru portion of business. Don't open your dining room, or to go counter if you don't want people there. It's easy. You don't have an employee there, so the guests are now feeling unwanted. It's sad. McDonald's is supposed to be the pinnacle of the industry... Better take note of others... Who do serve their guests.

    The drive thru was closed for construction with a big sign saying dining room open. We went inside, ordered, sat down (all the tables were filthy) and started eating our “food.” We were rudely confronted by an angry employee who demanded we leave and that the dining room was closed. I shared feedback with the manager about their inconsistent signage about their status and they’re penciling in some fine print about take out only.

    So, everything was fine until i got home and ate a piece of this burger, and, was confused and shock at the meat coloring, i wasn't sure if it was cooked or not

    The lack of customer courtesy is obvious the moment you wait in line. It's like a bad dmv experience. Not very friendly. Food was lukewarm. My decaf I think was brewed last week. There was a loud sound of bell, like school let out?

    This is and always has been the laziest McDonald's. They take up the two closest parking spots for mobile orders, but they don't offer curbside pickup. So I ordered table side delivery instead and ate inside. When my order was up, she just yelled my name out to come and get my order. As you can see by the order printed on the bag it says table side and my table number. It was only like 10 ft; But that's not the point. Why offer things you have no intention of following through with? Most of the tables were dirty, although about half way through our meal an employee came out to mop at least. It wasn't lunch or dinner rush, could definitely be cleaner. I think that I'll listen to my better judgement and order at a different location next time.

    I have no problems with people until they give me a problem. I do not speak Spanish but I do understand it and my husband speaks it from 4 different regions. They wanted us to use the self order but it did not have the option for us to substitute. She did however choose to help and place a gentleman's order that spoke Spanish. As soon as we walked out my husband went and told her that if he spoke English that she wouldn't help but if he speaks in Spanish it's different. She was caught by surprise to see he did in fact speak her language and was immediately apologetic. Why is this happening? It's unprofessional and rude. As well as discriminatory, all we wanted was to order breakfast.

    Every single time I come here it's the longest stupidest wait. There's always a problem, the managers are rude and irresponsible and elusive to any issue presented. Pass this location and go down to the esplanade and get decent service.

    Front counter service has improved. 3 min average to have my order taken vs 13 min average (plus additional 8 min for my coffee) at the 48th and Cornell location.

    Service last night was horrible. Ordered a couple mcdoubles. Sat in the drive thru line with one car ahead of us for 10 minutes. When we got up to the window, we waited 5 minutes watching the workers stand around talking. Then one came to the window and told us they were working on it. Another 10 minutes before I got my order. Then the burgers weren't even warm.

    If I can give 0 Stars I would most definitely give 0 or even negative stars !! The staff over here at the 1st and baseline location really needs to learn customer service. 1.They completely messed up my order 2. When I called to report about it they didn't even apologize for it instead said you can come and pick up the correct order 3. When I went to pick up the order too ..they didn't have the courtesy of acknowledging they made a mistake or bother to apologize.

    Placed our order, then asked for the code to use the bathroom. They refused, and when we started to argue, they banned us and threatened to call the cops. Help a family out: boycott them and teach them they can’t treat customers like that and stay in business.

    After a rough day, after a car accident went to get all the kids food. I asked at the window if that was everything I was kind of stared at, and barely acknowledged. OK no big deal, go home and find out that some of our food is missing. The two cheeseburger meal was missing the cheeseburgers. I go back and not even an apology or anything. I get that mistakes happen, however when I stated you didn't even apologize and I drove all the way home she stated they said they were in the bag as if I was lying. This girl Carla was so rude, I am sure people are rude to her all day long but if you act like that you kind of deserve it. There's another McDonald's nearby I know it's owned by the same owner so we won't go to that one anymore either we will pay more money and go elsewhere!

    They do take orders at the register. The food comes out slow but not too terribly slow, and the food is ok when I get it. The dining room is pretty small. They don't clean it regularly (they seem chronically short staffed) so the tables can and probably will be dirty. Plus, homeless people just sit and loiter in one section of the small dining room, further reducing the tables by about 1/3 (management doesn't seem to care about this).

    Ordered a burger and it was like they dumped an entire bottle of salt on my burger. It wasn’t edible. They also forgot ranch for the chicken nuggets, and toppings on a burger someone else got. The attendant at the register in the drive through was rude and had an attitude. We had to repeat what we wanted three times before he finally listened. Other times I’ve never had an issue with this place and the attendants were super nice.

    I feel like I just got rob everytime I go there now the prices have gone up agen just 6 Months ago I was paying 25¢ for a patty now there $ 1.00 TAlk about price gouging. EVerything went up to much and everything els went out the window they dont even give anything anymore no napkin's no condiments nothing and if you can find someone an ask if you can get something OMG you wont ask agen.And if your not in a car for get it.!' It takes way to long for Anyone to even talk with you let alone order /}And everything is smaller Everything.

    In the past this store has been very good especially in regard to special orders. This morning however, I was very disappointed with both my smoothie and the staff response. I ordered a medium smoothie, the cup was labeled as a medium but was only 3/4 full (see pic). When we asked the staff about the lack of smoothie, they just shrugged and said that's what the machine did. I figure when I pay $4.45 for a smoothie it should at least have the amount promised

    All the employees were talking and using their phones in the back. I got my Oreo McFlurry and I got like 95% Oreo and 5% cream, which would be nice but not in this situation since I have braces right now and it'll get stuck in my teeth and brackets. The one is Cypress St. is way better anyway

    Every single time that I have been to this location by target in hillsboro it has always taken them 30min-55min for them to get my food in spot 2 or 3 and most of the time is because they forget that I'm their wating and push my order thinking I left or got it already and window people always rude aswell. I just get two meals or maybe 2 items the least and they take forever. I only really get a sprite and large fries and they take for ever to deliver that

    first .... too close to the jail for my liking. second staff was not very friendly ignored me for a bit. i order on kiosk but had to pay at counter. they were more concerned with drive thru. food wasnt good. coffee drink i got wasnt made right.

    I bought a $ 3.95 egg mcmuffin this morning, the biscuit was black burnt all around the edge, even on the bottom, if I wanted it this way, I would of cooked it at home, because we all know, we stop by the drive through because we're rushing to go to work, craving a delicious egg mcmuffin. The drive thru knows we don't have time to turn around to come plain, or I certainly would 😡

    McDonald's doesn't have an atmosphere... What a ridiculous question. Hard to rate service when I used a machine... However!! The food... We've all eaten at MANY MANY McDonald's I'm sure... But this location has the best tasting MEAT I've ever had at a McDonald's.

    I just went through the drive through and the service was absolutely terrible. I was waiting for about a minute for my app to load and a employee yells “oh my god through the speaker” followed by them completely messing up our order and when I called to let them know and as soon as I said “our order was not right” they hung up on me. And now will not awnser. Literally not one thing was right in our order and they didn’t give us receipt. They also forgot a couple items as well. Terrible customer service and can’t even get an order right or make it right. 0/10 cannot recommend.

    Employees are cool, they just don’t listen at all. Every single time I come here there’s always something wrong with my order whether it be the wrong sauce or the substitute that are asked for due to allergies it’s always SOMETHING. I try not to come to this one but every time I do I make sure I check the bag and food before leaving the window and every time something needs to be fixed or replaced. So just be careful and I’d recommend you check before leaving as well.

    We come here often and never have had a bad experience. The employees in the drive-through are always friendly and generally very quick. There's a lovely woman who is usually working in the first window that we love. There's another McDonald's nearby that we always have issues with so really grateful that they're always so consistent here

    Will never go here or to the one on Cypress st in Hillsboro again takes a half hour to get your food and no apology or nothing..very poor service and rude employees

    They don't clean off the tables between guests anymore. Instead, I observed ALL the employees socializing in the back when they weren't busy. There is NO soap in the women's restroom, or the dispenser is broken and has been for months. If the areas where customers are this dirty, I hate to see what it's like in the back.
