Kathy is great and always works so hard to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and help get your appointments when you need them. Carolina is fantastic and thorough as a great dental hygienist. Dr. Lake is a fantastic dentist and always has your feelings, concerns and best interests as top priority, especially if you are anxious.

Carolina is one of the best hygienist I have ever had. She is very professional and attentive. Made sure I was comfortable during my entire cleaning. The entire staff at this location does not seem to ever disappoint me from Kathy and the front desk to Dr. Lake. I recommend this place 1000%.

Dr Lake and his team are the most wonderful dentist I’ve ever been to. I have never been able to hey numb but he worked miracles and was able to create a calm pain free experience. So very lucky to have found this place.

Every time I need to get dental work done I come here because they make me feel extremely safe and less anxious than I would typically be. The way they handle patients with anxiety is truly something special. Everybody is so so friendly and kind from the front desk staff all the way up to the dentist himself! They are all wonderful people!!! Highly recommend Monticciolo to anyone especially anxious patients as they will ALWAYS find a solution to make it better for you and as easy as possible!

I saw Dr. Lake for an emergency appointment caused by a dental issue that escalated because of my long-standing fear and anxiety of dentists. From the minute I stepped into the office, I was treated with warmth and kindness. Dr. Lake is amazing and he and Sunny took such good care of me and never made me feel silly or lectured for being a wimp and letting what started as a minor issue become a bigger one. They took time to explain the treatment I needed and what my options were. They made sure I was comfortable during my entire procedure and I knew what to expect each step of the way. Even though I was nervous, they were compassionate and patient with me. I received wonderful care here and am so thankful I found this practice!

I moved to the area 10 years ago and have not been able to find a dental practice I trusted, or have been treated as well as Monticciolo family & Sedation Dentistry. From the front desk, the dental hygienists and Dentist (Dr. Lake), I was treated so well. They care about your dental health and you , as a person. If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would!! I definitely would recommend them to my family and friends.

I'm petrified to go to the dentist, traumatic experiences as. A child and a couple of bad dentists. That all changed yesterday! Dr. Lake, Sunny and Donald were wonderful, I was pretty nervous going in. They all helped to relax and of course the sedation helped too... After I got home and napped, I was traumatized at all. I'm even looking forward to my follow up in nine days. Monticciolo Sedation Dentisrty is the BEST!!! HAVE NO FEAR GO HERE!

I was able to get in the same day for a dental emergency. Dr. Lake & Donald helped to make sure my pain was taken care of and I was comfortable. They were also able to get my entire family in this week! It was great.

Dr. Lake was great but after getting work done in June I got a bill for over 4000 dollars. Wich is absolutely ridiculous. I came in for an extraction. They told me I needed more work done. Before any process I would ask if it was covered by my insurance. They always said yes. Now 3 of the fillings fell out so I came in to get them redone Wich is supposed to be free and they pulled me aside to tell me I owe over 1600 dollars and didn't fix the fillings they did. I've never been treated like this. Shaby customer service!!!!!! They need to get the information correct. Am in pain and they won't fix my teeth that they screwed up to begin with

If you’re looking for sedation or any dental needs this is the place to come! I love the environment, everyone is so nice, and Dr. Lake’s work was fantastic! My sedation procedure was great as well. I recommend this office to anyone!
