I have had the pleasure of living here for 5 years. It was nice, kept up and very modern. The renovated gym was amazing.Quinn was amazing to work with and kept in contact with me in regards to any of my concerns. The only cons I would say is the rent did increase drastically over the years and being a single parent I just could not afford it over time and dog owners not picking up behind their pets was pretty gross but overall great place to live.

I stumbled upon an appealing apartment complex, I was new to the area so didn’t know much or didn’t know where to start looking.I encountered with a great leasing agent named Venus Diaz. She was very helpful. Immediately she got up to help me and answered my questions thoroughly, she is very knowledge and personable.If you ever need assistance I would highly recommend her.

When I tell you VENUS DIAZ is the absolute BEST leasing agent I have ever met!! The amount of work she put into making sure I was comfortable, happy and taken care of is beyond me. She was so kind, so attentive, very informative, extremely helpful and made my move in so easy. Grand Pavilion is extremely clean, the agents & property manager are so kind and friendly. I made the right decision moving here. Thank you so much.

I have been searching the Tampa/USF Area for an apartment that fits my budget and liking and I think this is the place for me!!! The grounds are very nice and lively. The pool area is nice and quiet, tucked away from the main driveway which I like a lot. The office staff was very helpful and informative about the apartments they have available for rent. I was welcomed by Venus who was such a nice person and made me like we have known each other for a long time. I was introduced to the Manager, Patty, as a new resident and she was very polite and welcoming. She really cares about her property and the residents that live there. After the tour, i told Venus that I would be in touch with her to schedule a move in date and arrange for a time that was suitable for her to do my move in when the time came. Great property, great employees, and overall a great experience!!! Need more people in this world that are like this staff!!

Nice size apartments, friendly staff, grounds are always clean. Upon entering the property i noticed there was no trash on the ground and flowers were in full bloom. Even the grass was green, not something we normally see in Florida during summer months. I was very impressed by what I saw and how I was treated by not just the leasing agent but the manager as well. Definitely will be going back to them when it comes to make a decision.

Amazing place. 100% recommend. Venus was extremely nice with us and gave us all the details about our move. If you come here (which I encourage you to) ask for her, you won’t be sorry!!!!!

Venus is absolutely amazing! She’s such a sweet person, super helpful and friendly. She made this process 100% easier helped me and my girlfriend each step of the way. If your looking to move here ask for Venus, she will make sure you not only get Settled in your new home but make sure your happy and good along the way.

Venus is fantastic! The community was clean when we arrived. No trash, the grass looked amazing. The outside looked well maintained. I was already sold when I saw the photos were true to the apartments and the living area! The clubhouse looks amazing. The office is amazing. They have a super quick process to check if you're accepted! Venus took us through everything, she put up with my excitement over just basic things. The renovated units are gorgeous and the countertops actually sparkle. 😍 I can't wait to spend time in my new community and home next month!!! Thank you again Venus! You are an amazing saleswoman and a very kind soul. Look forward to seeing you in the front office again! Pepper Ann loved the treats too. ❤️

At first it was hard getting someone on the phone, but Quinn and I started communicating via email. My questions were answered, and I was able to get everything done. I went on a tour and Quinn was very helpful with my questions. Again, thanks. Thank you, GP staff, and maintenance crew Mark and Oscar! You guys' rock! From day one you all have been on top of all my maintenance requests nothing major just minor things I needed done. Again, thank you for making me feel at home. And thanks Patti for placing my work orders in. I’m pleased with GP, but as a resident I think being updated on any issues going on at the property, such as the gate not working, a monthly newsletter will be a great way to communicate with residents. Keep up the great work, and there no major issues I have at this time! Since living at GP, I have nothing but great things to say, the office team is great, and maintenance is the best! The landscaping is always maintained, and tenants do pick up behind their fur babies. Keep up the great job GP! I had been having problems with my ac, but it was discovered I had a freon leak. I will another unit installed tomorrow. Thanks GP
