It's always a good place to buy everything that you need and something else. YOU MUST TRY IT.

It is OK. You have to be aware where you park people don't care if they park to close. Only about 1/3 puts carts back. Many time they leave the in a parking space. Big Lots & Ace are about the only 2 stores I go to there. Checkers is always out of what you want. I tell it like it is.

This store is very busy. It's clustered hard to get around with a cart. Needs more cashiers.

Very happy we visited this Ross! Great selection of clothing and clearance items all new and quality brands. Also home and decor... Just be careful with the impromptu buys in the line to checkout, the dried pineapple 🍍 wasn't a good choice.

A nice plaza

One of the most trash Ross stores in the Tampa Bay area. Store is always messy and in disarray. Long lines day and nite... why you may ask? Cashiers who like to have long whole conversations with the Spanish-speaking customers while the line grows longer and longer. It can easily take 30+ mins to check out. So there is no such thing as "in and out" of this store. Also the customers here can be quite rude as they bump into you and walk in front of you without saying a word. My suggestion, find a Ross in a better neighborhood.

I felt the people in that place doesn't want to work. they forgets people are their job too and act like deaf when you are looking for help or advice about a product.

Every time I go in there, no matter what day or what time the line to get to a cashier is always, always very long. And most of the time, there's only one cashier that's ridiculous. If it wasn't for them staying open until 11pm and it's close to home, it works when you're in a pinch. Women's close suck and most of the time, their shies aren't so great and they're too expensive!!

This location actually had some great inventory 😎😇💁🏻‍♀️ i’m probably thinking I should keep this to myself. Lol but I’m not selfish. They had great little trinkets, and they actually had some cute shoes…! and don’t get me started on the home decor section, I had to make myself leave 🤓🥴 staff is pretty nice too … I was pleasantly surprised

I came here to go to chilis. Access to the plaza is easy, and there are plenty of stores in the plaza, along with a couple of food places. There is plenty of parking, and no garbage littered the lot. Landscaping was highly maintained. I only went into chilis, so I can only speak for the plaza, and the Chilis review is under the chilis location.

Always dirty. Ross and Dollar Tree stores are the most dirty and de arranged stores in the area. I stopped visiting these stores due to how bad they looked.

Tight parking, but not bad. Love the outdoor type mall feel. Lots of stores and restaurants to choose from.

I frequent the Dollar Tree. I've never had a bad experience. The cashiers are always friendly and willing to help.

I love that they have a variety of unique items here in comparison to other Ross stores. But be prepared for very long lines from 20 to 30 minutes. And on a holiday hour or more in line. At this particular store I have found very unique items. Be prepared for long lines

Went to Chili's for lunch. Good food, good prices and welcoming atmosphere.

Love the gyro and Vietnamese restaurants. Have been a happy customer of Rosey's since 2005. Great service fair prices. All around a good place to shop. Chilli's is always good as well and a great menu. A lot of good businesses at this center.

Went to Rose Nails! Have been going there 18 yrs! Nuff said!🙋🏽

I just love buying household stuff there

They are short handed. Store needs the clothes organized neat. Few registers open and one gal just organized hangers rather than ring up customers. Store must be short handed. It seems to be a theme in Tampa. Denver the same long lines slow customer service.

Grest deals and selection but there are only 2 cashiers! The line formed all the way to back of store. Ridiculous!

Closest location to my house and that's the only reason I go here. Like other chase locations I like that they have card access inside ATMs but too many times I find that their ATMs aren't working. Service is one of the worst in Tampa.

I love that Ross has a little bit of everything, from the household items to suits for the hubby and great back to school selection also to the newest additions(baby & puppy)
