I’ve read a lot of comments saying don’t buy from this store but that was before the new management, Sergio is the new owner and this guy takes all customers serious he will not sleep til you are satisfied! He will go above and beyond, If you guys are looking for a sign on where to get your blinds this is your sign!!! this store is run by my best friend he’s been doing blind for 17 years now , He can take apart your whole blind and put it back together, I use to be one of his installers and I learned a bunch from him , great with customers & does professional work ! From the moment I placed my first phone call Mr. Sergio was very professional and very helpful. I decided to go to Gotcha Covered in Apollo because they are open on Saturdays. Sergio was even willing to stay after 5pm during the week so that I can come see the variety of blinds but, I decided to go on a Saturday. I am new to Florida and to Apollo Beach. I was interested in giving the business to someone local in the area. I have no regrets. Sergio and his wife Karilie are great. They are very detailed and helpful. Cliff is very patient and gives great advice. He took his time with us which was very refreshing after having dealt with several of his competitors in the area. Cliff does the right thing for the customer which is why we went back to him for the bedroom blinds after having the sliding glass blinds installed. We love the quality and the installation. We placed our order with Sergio and 3-weeks later our Hunter Douglas Shutters were installed at our house. Best prices and customer service experience from Sergio. He went out of his way to service our automatic shades. I was about to replace them, called Gotcha Covered in Apollo Beach and Sergio came to the rescue. First, he checked to see if my shades were still under warranty. Secondly, it was no longer under warranty but said he would come by my house since his store was only 5 minutes away. He was able to fix my 2 automatic roller shades. Now that’s customer service. Lastly, Sergio is a personable guy, stands by his word, and makes sure you are fully satisfied. He has a lifelong customer just as long I live in Apollo Beach.
