I just had a visit to this office. The previous reviews are pretty negative. I did not have the same experience. Yes,the waiting room lacks any style,but it was clean. I only waited about 10 min. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I waited for the Dr. about 15 min. in the exam room . He was kind and "gentle". Considerate of my privacy. Did not seem hurried and spent the time listening. If your insurance only let's you go here...like me...it was an o.k. experience. My only comment would be to remind people in the waiting room to not take their personal calls. One lady talked opening about her personal life and it was very uncomfortable. There is a sign saying please turn off cell,but there is always a person that is unaware of others.!

When we first arrived (ten minutes early), waiting room was completely full of low-class disgusting people and their dirty children. Place looked like a free clinic in a third world country. When signing in, there was no more paper left so had to write super small on the bottom of a full sheet. No courtesy was given as far as a warning on how long that it would take for the appointment. The office staff checking in were nice enough. After 50 minutes, I was called back to take vitals, and then was sent back for an additional hour and a half to sit and wait. At that point after arriving at 9:50, it was 11:50am. I went up and asked how much longer it would be for the appointment, and was advised that it would be AT LEAST another 45 minutes. At this point we just decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRRIIIIIBBBBLLLEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst medical experience ever...and didn't even get to see a doctor.

This is the absolutely horrible group of doctors I could ever imagine. Not only were they unprofessional but they right out robbed me. How can an office think its right to consider non maternity patients in-network patients and then as soon as they get pregnant, turn them into out-of-network patients without telling them. I have months and months of bills I have to pay because I was never informed of anything. On top of that, I had a doctor literally ask me why I didnt start having babies earlier in life because then maybe I wouldn't have to worry about having another miscarriage. This guy is a joke! When I decided to have children is none of his business and obviously unprofessional to bring it up. I have a ton more bad experiences I don't want to bore you with. All I can say is stay clear!

Absolutely horrible office. They're all idiots and don't care. I scheduled a procedure to be done and showed up, waited 1 hr and actually feel asleep when they finally called me in. They then told me no doctor there was certified to do that procedure and made me reschedule! Never going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

After reading reviews I won't be calling this office.

From the time I walked into the front office to the time I left the staff went above and beyond and were very nice and explained everything they did before they did it! Highly recommend this facility!!! This was the Bruce B town facilities

I am pasting my review of this office from my yelp review last year. I saw them over year ago and still have an unfavorable memory from it. Bottom line: rude staff, long waits, and unprofessional ethics. July 2017: I moved to the Tampa area late in my pregnancy and was assigned to this clinic with no time to change providers. But AVOID THIS CLINIC if you can and find a place with better service. This clinic is taking on way more than they can handle and the customers are paying the price. You can expect to make an appointment and then wait EVERY time for at least 30-45 minutes or more. They provide minimal staff courtesy or communication. Three appointments in a row I received the following experience: I arrived on time, signed in on a form (no communication by staff - simply a paper with instructions on the window as the staff sit behind the glass), and then waited and waited OVER 45 MINUTES to be called - just for the standard blood pressure and weight check! Then I was sent back out to the waiting room to be called again later. Once called I was instructed to pee in a cup, then after briefly seen by a nurse, and assigned a room, I waited EVEN MORE (20 minutes to OVER 1 hour if seeing a doctor) with no staff communication or check-in while I was waiting and wondering if they had forgotten I was even there. They tell you to undress, so unfortunately I couldn't just walk up and get out. The first time, the nurse was very rude and offensive to my question of when I was going to be seen. The one doctor I saw was great though but you need a lot of time and patience to make this your choice clinic.

Absolutely the worst womens’ health experience I’ve ever had. Extremely long wait times, only to see a different Dr each time. The three different Doctors I saw were less than thorough, heavy handed, and completely oblivious to the situation at hand, respectively. There’s GOT to be a better option than this. I will not be back.

I have been trying to get a wellness exam for a while now, and haven't been able to get a place i wanted to go to due to my work schedule. I scheduled with Tampa Obstetrics, and was thankful they had an opening on my day off. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot, I just wasn't feeling good about the place. I felt bad for judging the outside, so I told myself to still give it a try. As soon as I walked in, the smell was terrible. Working in a dental office, I know the importance of having a clean facility, and I just didn't get that vibe. I signed in and wasn't greeted at all, and I was going to be a new patient. I sat down, and just had a bad feeling. A feeling you shouldn't feel when you are going somewhere for your healthcare. Maybe I was too judgemental, but it was not an environment I wanted to take a chance with.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst establishment ever! I should have read reviews like I normally do, but I now know why they are 1.3 stars. Completely unorganized and uneducated and I mean just that. No exaggeration!! Find another place, it'll be worth your time.

It is a very frustrating experience every time that I have to communicate with them. I have been dealing with the Sheldon location. I would not recommend them at all!! Just one example, I had been trying to get a medication changed and over the course of 2 weeks, I called 4 times, each time they promised a call-back and did not call me. I would wait 24 hours, then call again. This happened 4 times. I also got charged $500 for a test I did not ask for, nor was indicated. I never review businesses, but this one was so BAD, I had to write something.

I never write reviews but please avoid this place if you can. I was in the office for over two hours and saw the nurse practitioner (not even the doc I originally came there for) for literally ten minutes. She was smacking gum while performing my pap smear, which she did in like five minutes. I'm not opposed to efficient service but I didn't feel confident with the services I received that day. I was left in the room so long while waiting on the nurse that I thought I'd been forgotten about, plus the room was cold as ice. I was told I would get a call back about a birth control question I asked while I was there, and it's been a week and still haven't received a call. My husband made a phone call that afternoon to the insurance and got the answer I'm technically still waiting on in five minutes. Not to mention I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment because I was a new patient and knew I had to fill out paperwork, and they didn't call me up to start filling out paperwork until almost 30 or so minutes after I actually arrived. I've never been to an office anywhere that felt quite this unprofessional. Just avoid.
