Terrible
gym
experience.
Tonight,
the
squat
racks
were
full.
I
was
walking
to
the
machines
when
I
was
approached
by
an
employee
named
Jack.
He
asked
me
if
I
needed
someone
who
worked
there
as
I
was
"just
walking
around."
I
said
no,
he
said
he
noticed
I
didn't
have
a
towel,
but
since
I
was
already
working
out,
he
wasn't
"going
to
kick
me
out."
I
then
walked
around
and
noticed
11
other
people
without
towels
of
the
roughly
30
members
working
out,
1/3.
Yes,
I
forgot
my
towel,
but
being
singled
out
in
that
manner
was
unacceptable
and
the
verbage
"kicked
out"
was
ridiculous.
It
was
the
worst
customer
service
I've
ever
experienced.
On
top
of
that,
the
employee,
Jack,
was
working
out
while
he
was
supposed
to
be
on
the
clock
or
manning
the
front
desk.
Doesn't
seem
professional
or
acceptable.On
top
of
this
the
exit
door
is
broken
and
remains
unfixed
for
weeks
now.
If
this
is
acceptable
customer
service
to
management
or
how
employees
are
trained,
there
is
a
real
problem
with
this
company
from
the
top
down.
I'm
canceling
my
membership
tonight
and
advise
any
Yelp
readers
to
save
their
money
and
don't
get
a
membership
with
Worx
24
Fitness.
So
unless
you
want
to
meet
a
"Jack"
at
the
gym
after
a
13
hour
workday,
I
would
advise
trying
Crunch
in
Riverview
or
working
out
at
home.
The
employee's
behavior
was
disrespectful
and
unneeded.
The
employee
was
called
out
and
hopefully
management
reconciles
this
situation
immediately
or
makes
some
personal
changes/retraining.
I
do
not
suggest
this
company.
