This place has gone from bad to worse. I waited 30 minutes for one burger, one chicken sandwich and one large fry. The food was garbage, the inside of the lounge had not been cleaned in who knows how long and they charge as much as Chik fil a. Look at that tiny, sad, and dry pattie and tell me if you'd pay $4 for it!?

Great place to grab a quick meal on the run. Right off of I-4, you can grab a Big Mac or an Airstream to go. Merica!

Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. First the card machine didn't work so I had to go to the counter. The playplace, with a sign that said open from 9AM-9PM, was locked and not open. Every single table in the place was dirty, and I had to get my own wet napkins to clean the table so my kids could sit. It is disgraceful how little places are taken care of. My food, well, didn't look very appetizing.

We ordered online with the app. When we arrived and parked, the checkin didn't work and the app told us to go inside, but the doors were locked. An employee came out to tell us that the system was down all morning and that we couldn't even go in to use the restroom. The only option was to use the drive through and wait in a huge line. We had ordered online to be efficient. We didn't have time for the line, so we just left. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I normally don't complain about fast food because it's just that, fast food. I'm not going in with the expectation of a 5 star meal. We were traveling and stopped here for a late dinner. We waited almost 10 minutes before our order was taken. Once we received our order the first thing we noticed, the fries were soft and mushy. Then the Sprite tasted really off. It tasted and smelled like there was some sort of fragrance added. It reminded me of Pledge. Lastly, while chewing my burger, I bit down on something hard that hurt my back tooth. It was dark and I was driving so I couldn't identify what it was. I immediately spat it into the wrapper. Everything got tossed and we were still hungry. Worst experience.

12/17/22 @ 1:41am The drive thru girl with extremely faded blue/purple hair needs to be taught customer service immediately! After taking our order at the mic….she says ‘pull forward’. We pull forward to the first window and waited 5 mins (no one was there). Went to the second window assuming she would be there. We get greeted with this attitude from hell. ‘Next time go to the first window where I said to go’ and slams the window in our face. Excuse me but maybe you should have told us where to go instead of ‘pull forward’.

I ordered two different meal from their breakfast menu and only got one. They forgot my whole meal and drink. And because they’re breakfast menu is done, I can’t even reorder or get what I wanted. Don’t bother with this store. They clearly don’t care and are just in it to take your money.

Typical McDonald's. Was greeted upon entering with a smile. This location has a PlayPlace for kids but wasn't open when we visited. Mobile order from the parking lot, walked inside and they called my name. Food was prepared as ordered, hot and quickly. Plenty of seating and everything was clean and well stocked.

Honestly i don't like McDonald's in general, food never cooked right except for this one. Have gone twice. Once for cheeseburgers and second time for sausage egg mcmuffins. Both very good with good service. Best McDonald's I have had in a long time.

I had the pleasure of going to this McDonald's yesterday where I had the best experience I have ever had in a McDonald's in my entire life. The managers, staff and kitchen staff were incredibly kind. I feel terrible I didn't get any of their names but I hope they see this. If so Thank You so much! 💜

I hate that this is the closest location to my house. I usually get 40 nuggets and 2 large fries. Half the time they either give me two ten packs of nuggets and forget its not 40 or we have 8-9 nuggets in a ten pack. Todays order we got 40 burnt nuggets and our large fries were filled halfway. This is getting ridiculous.

The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the service ALEXSANDOR GAVE. He was the most down to earth person and very professional, as a food service manager I can tell he will make an amazing manager once he learns the full ropes ! Absolutely incredible service.

would not recommend this location! it is a disgrace to the mcdonalds franchise. the only drinks they had were sweet tea, bottled water, coffee, milk and apple juice! told us they couldn't make milkshakes whilst making mcflurries for the car behind us. fries were soggy, cold, and very unsalted. would not recommend!!

The staff was quick and friendly! My husband works in this area and says it's the better location, he will pass other McD's to come to this one.

Your order of chicken sandwich in less then a minute. Problem - biscuits uncooked , chicken uncooked, hash browns cooked in old oil and if you don’t check your order, you items ordered might be missing or less in number. I thought to operate McDonald’s you need to meet some basic standards, but definitely not here if there is one. Avoid this exit and give it a try on the next exits - you might have a better luck!

Only McDonald’s I’ve seen on the east coast besides the one in Orlando that has a play place. Kids love it here and wasn’t crowded on a Saturday which is crazy. Food is always the same like any other McDonald’s and they will clean the table and floor if you ask them too. I don’t expect much from a fast food place and neither should you lol didn’t bring my food to my table it was left on the pick up table which is whatever to me just letting you all know.

Maybe next time the bun won't move too fast for them to put the cheese and the tartar sauce on the bun. It's a pretty sloppy sandwich. Also along with them wasting your food cost I specifically said ranch for my chicken nuggets and received sweet and sour. Somebody's not listening

Fries cold, meal given in timely manner. Staff friendly but food below par. McDonald's used to be a convenient, and workable option. Across the board, I have been truly disappointed in quality, taste, preparation, organization, and friendliness. This one has at least personable employees

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went through the drive thru on my way home from work, everything in the order is wrong, but is correct on the receipt. I asked for 2 Egg and Cheese biscuits, there's only egg on them both, and for a Sausage McMuffin, which is also just a biscuit with only egg. Staff was incredibly rude, called to speak with a manager, and I was hung up on. 0/10 do not recommend coming here.

Everytime we come through we are being parked. Even if it's for one French fry. They park everyone even if it's not busy. I've been the first one through drive through wh3n I ordered a nugget meal for my kid and watch as they park us and the next four to five cars after us when they're not really busy. When looking through the window when parked there is maybe 2 families inside so I have no idea why we're ALWAYS being parked every single time we come through when we order one maybe two items.

It took 10 minutes for curbside of only 2 happy meals and a small fry. And they put the small fry in a bag but both happy meals didn't even have fry's. Happy meals are pretty simple. Idk what they spent the other 8 minutes doing. Sure wasn't checking the order...

Came to this location today got a large fry and a double cheeseburger I love it when the fries are cooked like over cooked not regular just golden brown I love it with the extra crispy this location had it so I had to take a picture…. This used to be my regular McDonald’s. But I may have to give this location a break. They’ve messed up egg McMuffin orders by not putting ham on my sandwiches. They’ve asked me to pull aside for a coffee order. Ten mins later no coffee so I walk in and have to get my order. This used to be the best McDonald’s but not so much anymore.

I just want to say that the lady manager here (can never remember her name) does an amazing job she is a very hard working woman and I for one appreciate her. I'm leaving the time and date as a reference as to which manager 9/21/22 @4p.m THANK YOU

I will never eat McDonald's ever again due to this location. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a medium sprite. The fries and the drink were fine but when I bit into the burger, there was alot of slime. I don't know if it were spit or if something was going on with the meat. I immediately threw all of it in the garbage. I have been eating mcdonalds for years and I've never had this happen. Seriously traumatic.

this place simultaneously gave me the best, and the worst, burger I've ever had in my life. First one was like eating the grey patty from spongebob. A week later it was the juiciest, most flavorful, delightful burger on earth.

I'm currently still waiting in the mobile pickup area. I ordered 2 drinks and have been waiting here for 20mins. 2 drinks. I'd understand if it was food and what not, but how hard is it to fill up 2 cups and bring it out?

My kids started school down the street from there last year and we’ve been coming here either before or after school a couple times a week for Icees. Every time I come the person with pink hair is an absolute delight. They’re so happy, honestly it’s such a small thing but I look forward to it every time. 10/10

I was not expecting anything other than a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon. Especially this time of night, after 8:00pm but before 9:00pm. Everything was hot and fresh. I don't know, a fluke? As I pass through this area the same time monthly; time will tell. I'm talking back in day, hot McDonald's french fries, when they reign supreme as the best french fries. I was in and out of the drive thru before I knew what to do. The cashier was friendly and personable, something I haven't seen from a McDonald's drive thru in some time.

The person taking orders continued to mistake which drive through line to talk to. After explicitly clarifying my order the person still managed to mess it up. Upon returning and trying to get my order corrected, the person at one point wanted me to pay again for the item

Worst experience yet, on vacation and tried to order 2 frappes. We just left after waiting 20 minutes for our frappes that they couldn’t make because they didn’t know how to work the machine. Little kids working just standing there not knowing what to do. Manager asking who wants to go home early talking really loud. Manager with fake eye lashes is a lousy manager obviously! Letting French fries hang over the grease. Lobby was a mess, no tables found that were clean to sit at, trash cans over flowing every where. It smelled like trash while walking in.

Very slow service. Drive through was painfully slow so we went inside. Saw most the employees just taking with each other or texting. Tried ordering ice cream, and the employee said they couldn't make an ice cream cone because they had no cones. Well another employee caught her in a lie and tried making it right. Decided it's not worth it and they clearly don't feel like doing their jobs.

Waited 15 minutes for 3 happy meals and 2 sandwiches. The manager seemed to be the only one working and the rest of the crew is super slow on top pf the fact that they dont wear hairnets or gloves and most of them dont even look like they are sober with matted hair! Looking extremely unprofessional

Chicken nuggets, fish and fries came out brown and hard. Asked for new fries and they gave me the same ones back!! The manager was unprofessional and kept complaining he needs more staff.
