Our stay was almost laughably bad. We encountered the same man at the front desk during evenings on numerous occasions to be met with rude and offensive customer service. On the outside, the side doors of the hotel were completely unlocked. Once inside, the stairwells were falling apart and smelled like they could be home to a wide range of different types of mold. Once we reached our room, our keys often wouldn’t work for the first ~10-15 tries. There was no set trick in making them work, so you have to make sure to not actually need to get in your room right when you want to start trying. Inside the room, there was what appeared to be a hole in the wall, mysterious blood-like stains across the walls and appliances, and a missing window sheet that looked to be shattered in the shape of a gun. Truly a once in a lifetime place but not in a good way.

The pictures speak louder than my words. This place desperately needs a renovation. It doesn't meet the basic level of cleanliness that anyone paying more than $50 a night should have. Breakfast was cereal or oatmeal or burnt coffee. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend. The beds were clean, that's why I gave it a 2 star instead of 1.

Stayed here for a wedding at local outdoor events in really green fields . Rooms were well decorated and with amenities like microwave refrigerator Large TV iron and ironing board room temperature controller coffee maker and necessary coffee/ Tea etc packs. We had two queen sized beds with enough space. Good bathroom with Tub/ shower combo. Breakfast was reasonably good with bread/ tiny donuts oatmeal packs apple juice fresh coffee etc. outdoor clean large pool with small kiddy round pool within it. Good parking . Restaurant and Bar as stated was closed for a long time per front desk people. So don’t expect any after hour refreshments!! Alcoholic drinks .. BYOB for rooms!! Little different to find but be on lookout for hotel sign and iPhone/ car GPS signals ..

I stayed in this place for 1 night, paid the asking price for the room which was $145 +$100 deposit. I was told I would get the money back when I checked out. That didn't happen!!!! While checking out I was told it would be put back in my account in a few days. That didn't happen either!!!! I called during the week and was told it takes 5 days for the money to go back in my account. 5 days have passed and I called and was told that the money was no longer in the system. I feel this place is a ripoff!!!! Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is not worth the price they are charging. Housekeepers leaving garbage, bathroom plungers in the hallway. Room really stink. At the booking it says pool avalaible and kids were excited but after we got in the hotel, now they are saying no pool until next week. Don't forget your tooth brush and paste at home otherwise you won't brush your teeth. Dirty and stained towels... etc.Very bad experience. Definitely not worth for your dime.

This being the only hotel in the Hillsborough area, we were forced to book rooms for our out-of-town guests here. Leo, his manager and front desk staff were very difficult to work with. Communication was a challenge. They also canceled one room. When I asked why they did this, they said "someone called to cancel." When we tried to re-book, they doubled the rate. We pleaded with them to correct their own error but they refused. We contacted Wyndham for customer service but were told that we have to resolve with the hotel directly.

Rooms: Very dirty rooms, NO REPAIRS, Choked Drainage in the bathroom. Service: I lost my receipt and even after 3 calls, never received the same. Location: Nothing around except for highway.

The room was dank. It had a smell. The carpet needs to be replaced the appliances were old. The door leading to outside was broken. Definitely not worth a second visit. Never thought the Wyndham would be a bad stay.

The room was in unacceptably filthy condition, had food debris, visible roaches, and signs of bedbugs. We did not feel safe staying there and checked out immediately after inspecting the room. The hotel manager was not there to authorize a refund, desk staff said there was nothing they could do and each time we called to speak to the manager, Mike, about a refund, staff claimed to not know when he will be in, just told us to call back or leave a voicemail for him. Luckily we booked through Agoda, and they were able to quickly elicit a refund - with just one call to the previously unhelpful desk staff.

I stayed for one night last week. For starters, the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray upon entering. The room was clean for the most part, aside from mold in the bathroom. With that being said i called today because i had yet to get my $100 deposit back. The receptionist informed me the room was charged for smoking. Said “the housekeepers must’ve found evidence of smoking.” This is weird considering me as well as my other guest do not smoke at all. He said he could take my number for the manager to call me back, and gave me the managers email as well. I’ve yet to get a phone call, or an email in return regarding this issue. Bottom line, i will not ever stay here again, and will be advising others against it as well. I hope they really needed my $100 deposit they so clearly scammed me out of

Very poor service. Trash lying all over the lobby. Breakfast is nothing other than froot loops, raisin brains, orange juice and ice cold coffee. The room smells mold and the receptionist charges $1 per page printout. No stores or restaurants available even in 1 mile walk. The pool is well maintained and the trash is lying everywhere outside the hotel. Avoid this place if you are staying more than 1 night.

Avoid if possible. Run down, dirty, neglected. I don't mind if rooms are a bit worn, if they are at least clean. Ours were so dirty it's clear they don't even make an effort. Walls are paper-thin. Breakfast is a complete joke. This was likely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. We found hair in the bed, mucous all over the walls and mold like substances in the bathroom. There was trash all over the hall and the place smelled like pee. The receptionist was just awful. It’s obvious she didn’t want to be there. Before check in, we waited like 10 mins before she even acknowledged us. When we found the issues with the rooms and called, she hang up the phone on us then proceeded to give us a nasty attitude. After a couple back and forth they finally agreed to give us partial refund. We ended up staying at another hotel. I’ll never go here again.

Check-in is at 3:00pm which makes a big difference for my needs than a 4:00pm check-in. The room was clean, including the carpeting! There's a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy. I gave the room a 4 because I would have liked more coffee and cups and in the bathroom, more shampoo, conditioner and soap.

BUGS IN ROOM. STAY AWAY! AWFUL SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTISING. I spent a Friday night in this hotel. There were creepy people hanging around the lobby when I checked in, the agent was pretty rude and not customer service oriented and quoted me the wrong price. After 15 min of repeating the quote given of 116 dollars, she finally gave it to me. Within 15 min of being in the room, I was bitten by bugs. I have no idea what they were but my back was covered in bites. So far the hotel refuses to refund my money. I will be contacting my attorney this week. This place should be shut down.

Very decent hotel, smelled very clean soon as you walk in. Our room was nice, clean and modern. Breakfasts was great. This place is just as good as a five star hotel.

Typically don’t review, but this place deserves a forewarning. Needed an inexpensive/convenient option to book last minute. Rooms have a foul odor but for the price I didn’t mind. Then while laying down I notice that there are insects crawling around in the bed. I took videos for the front desk staff who watched yet told me there was nothing they could do. It was already very late at this point. I had to be up early for work so I couldn’t leave. I had to fight for a new room despite the disgusting circumstances. I was appalled that a new room wasn’t offered immediately. You’ve been warned!

For the out of towners, don't disservice yourself staying here to save a few extra bucks. Garbage around property, dirty rooms and just a seedy vibe is all to know what to expect from here. Much better within a 10-15 minute drive that won't make you feel isolated from real customer care

Absolutely gross... I asked if they could change the bedding and bed skirt... Housekeeping was rude and said only management can tell them to change the bed skirt. She changed the top sheet only and was mad I used a hand towel because they they changing room. They sent me to a new room already occupied...

Hotel room service people are so good and we'll behave but the persons who seat in reception, they are not as good as we expect. Overall experience was very bad.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago this was the worst experience the rooms smelled like smoke and mildo the first room I couldn't walk into it smelled so bad so they gave me another room and it was 1 step up from the last room. They refused to give me my 100.00 deposit back because of the smoke smell when me or my brother smoke ,they gave me an email to reach out to the manager and no response.I hope they take that money and improve the establishment.

Hell hole. Stay away. Really surprising what level of low can exist. Drive up and park; kid pooping in the parking lot. There's your clue. Waited in line behind high school kids trying to pay cash, which they took, for an obvious cuddle up. That took 20 minutes as they are under age. It only got better. $100 separate charge for deposit ... well, because it's a hell hole. Be smart, stay away. We are on our way to a swimming event and really regret this stop.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at this Days Inn, and I felt compelled to share it here. My check-in at the hotel left me quite disappointed, to say the least. I arrived at the hotel with a hope for a comfortable stay, but things took a frustrating turn. I was denied accommodation due to my inability to provide a security deposit in a preferred form (cash was all I had on me) and the fact that I was not from the local area. When I requested an extension to arrange for the deposit, the manager declined to assist me. It was a moment where I genuinely needed some understanding and flexibility due to my circumstances. The most disheartening part of this experience was the behavior of the front desk staff, especially Gabriel, who was handling my check-in. Gabriel, while eating, could not spare even a few minutes to consider my predicament, and I was met with indifference. This left me with no choice but to spend the night in my car in the hotel's parking lot. I understand the importance of security measures, but I believe that a more compassionate and customer-oriented approach could have been taken in my case. A little understanding and flexibility would have made a world of difference. I hope that Days Inn management takes note of this incident and reevaluates its policies to be more customer-friendly in such situations. No guest should be left without a place to stay under these circumstances. I had hoped for a much better experience at Days Inn, and it's unfortunate that this incident has left a lasting negative impression.
