I
recently
had
a
rather
unpleasant
experience
at
this
Days
Inn,
and
I
felt
compelled
to
share
it
here.
My
check-in
at
the
hotel
left
me
quite
disappointed,
to
say
the
least.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
with
a
hope
for
a
comfortable
stay,
but
things
took
a
frustrating
turn.
I
was
denied
accommodation
due
to
my
inability
to
provide
a
security
deposit
in
a
preferred
form
(cash
was
all
I
had
on
me)
and
the
fact
that
I
was
not
from
the
local
area.
When
I
requested
an
extension
to
arrange
for
the
deposit,
the
manager
declined
to
assist
me.
It
was
a
moment
where
I
genuinely
needed
some
understanding
and
flexibility
due
to
my
circumstances.
The
most
disheartening
part
of
this
experience
was
the
behavior
of
the
front
desk
staff,
especially
Gabriel,
who
was
handling
my
check-in.
Gabriel,
while
eating,
could
not
spare
even
a
few
minutes
to
consider
my
predicament,
and
I
was
met
with
indifference.
This
left
me
with
no
choice
but
to
spend
the
night
in
my
car
in
the
hotel's
parking
lot.
I
understand
the
importance
of
security
measures,
but
I
believe
that
a
more
compassionate
and
customer-oriented
approach
could
have
been
taken
in
my
case.
A
little
understanding
and
flexibility
would
have
made
a
world
of
difference.
I
hope
that
Days
Inn
management
takes
note
of
this
incident
and
reevaluates
its
policies
to
be
more
customer-friendly
in
such
situations.
No
guest
should
be
left
without
a
place
to
stay
under
these
circumstances.
I
had
hoped
for
a
much
better
experience
at
Days
Inn,
and
it's
unfortunate
that
this
incident
has
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
