    I’m a little frustrated with this Krispy Kreme location. We had seen all of the cinnamon crunch themed donut boxes all over social media and decided to give them a try. We pulled into the drive-through and tried to order a box and they said that they didn’t have any ready and they only had the cinnamon glazed. We asked to do an assorted dozen and include the cinnamon glazed and were told that they could only do a dozen of the cinnamon glazed and that they could not be mixed with an assorted dozen. That’s a pretty dumb rule. We ordered an assorted dozen and pulled up to the window and asked to add three separate cinnamon glaze donuts before paying. The woman at the window said that they cant add anything to the order at the window and that we had to go around the line once again to order them. So what can you do? After we left we saw that you could place an order on Google to have the donuts made in 15 to 20 minutes. So I placed an order for the cinnamon toast crunch donut box and they said that it was being prepared and will be ready in 20 minutes. We turned back around to get them and when we went to pick them up the woman told us that they couldn’t make them fresh and that we could only have the cinnamon glazed. Why allow for orders to be placed on online if you cannot fulfill them?

    Closed on advertised days open. They are always out of a type of donut. Staff always seems overworked and frustrated. Almost always a long wait. Lobby NEVER OPENED. Employees use their personal car to block drive way instead of emergency cones. Whoever management is should be fired. This Location should be PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!! NOT WHAT A FRANCHISE SHOULD LOOK OR OPERATE LIKE.

    This location either needs to be closed or it needs to be entirely re-staffed. If you visit the location you're guaranteed to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes at best. Even online orders you have to wait that extended period of time no matter what the size of the order. The staff there have no customer service skills and the one time I was able to go in the lobby they had me stand there for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There seem to be no communication with the team everybody was doing their own project and not supporting each other which seems like a very big reason why this location is so bad. You will have one person working on drive-thru all by themselves. Literally taking the order, making the order, and the taking the transaction. Then you have another person working on online orders I guess. There was another person, I don't even know what they were doing. They were just walking around doing nothing but did not speak to me one time. And then you have to last person who was making a donuts. Nothing makes sense in this place. But I will say that was the first time I actually got everything I wanted but I had to go there at 8:00 in the morning. If I go any later in the day 9 times out of 10 they only have glazed donuts and that's it. And sometimes they don't even have drinks. This location has some deep seated issues that needs to be solved and it's been going on for years now. This location has not been good since it open. If you call the location they don't even pick up the phone. They're not many Krispy Kreme locations in the Chicago land area so you would think that they would want to staff to represent their brand well and not staying at the way this location does. I have never met a person who has had a good experience at this Krispy Kreme location never.

    Krispy Kreme is definitely not what it used to be. Not saying it's bad but the donuts just don't taste as special as they used to coming off the donut "assembly line". Also, their insistence on still focusing on donuts, which most Americans feel is just not as healthy, has kept them behind the competition with Dunkin' which has really taken over with their pivot to focusing on specialty drinks.

    Lobby and drive through shutdown on multiple occasions during “open hours”. Highly disappointed. Do yourself favor and go somewhere else. When I can get in the dining room from previous visits: Dirtier than I’d like. Ok service. Doughnuts are superb when they have made the ones you want which can be rare.

    First yesterday they had only 4 varieties of donuts, and a 40+ minute drive through because they CHOSE to close the lobby without posting ANYTHING. Then today at 8:33am they are ignoring people in drive through and are claiming they are closed “due to equipment issues till further notice” yet the machines were working just fine yesterday and today they are just standing around chatting in the store. Will definitely be reporting them to corporate.

    The issue our family had yesterday at the Illinois hillside Krispie kreme. We went to the Krispie kreme location in Elk Grove which did not have glazed doughnuts only assorted. They claimed their machine was not functioning. We wanted to redeem a birthday coupon for assorted and glazed doughnuts so we decided to try next closest location. Unfortunately the Lobby was closed for an unknown reason there was a sign on the door. At this point the drive thru line was across the parking lot. We waited about 30 minutes before reaching the speaker where we proceeded to tell them we had an online order that was estimated to be ready long before we had gotten to the front. They claimed they did not have assorted and that every car was only allowed two boxes because the machine was not functioning and they wouldn’t have enough doughnuts. We explained we would only like to be offered another box for waiting in line but also because the other in the car wanted to order separate from the online order. We spoke to a male at first and very kindly explained that to him which is not in the video. He proceeded to pass along the order to someone else who was not filled in about what we were trying to figure out with the gentleman. Meanwhile my step mother is trying to celebrate her birthday and just pick up her online order. The confusion worsened when the manager came to the speaker and was being very rude. This was over all very upsetting for all of us. Our night were ruined and management should not be given the privilege of treating Krispie kreme customers the way she did. She also set an example for other employees who now might believe they can also escalate a simple situation instead of simply communicating to diffuse the situation, we shouldn’t have had that problem to begin with. The app allowed the online order and those doughnuts were not available. We were not offered an alternative but to call corporate for a refund and that the store location could not help us in any way. All we got from that experience was horrible customer service and a waste of our own and Everyone else time. We are very disappointed that the bare minimum of customer service standards were not met. They came out to ask us to leave without fulfilling our order which we did after trying to reason for 15 min. The pictures are of the manager and at least 3 other employees.

    Small mix-up with my order, I got an extra creme filled instead of a chocolate iced with sprinkles. Wouldn’t be a huge deal except the chocolate icing on these creme filled is very skimpy. Haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in a while but I remember the quality being better (taste-wise as well). Also their lobby was closed, only open for drive thru, which is pretty disappointing because they don’t have any flavor options posted other than the very basic ones, so I really didn’t know what the selection was or what I was able to order. A pretty disappointing trip in general, I doubt I will return.

    I just left the drive thru after waiting in line for almost 30 minutes because the employees are a bunch of high schoolers. They were extremely slow and easily distracted. I finally ended up getting my iced drink only for if to look like this, which leads me to believe it's been sitting there. There was NO ice it. I'll stick with the location near Rosemont.

    So, here's the story. I went in with my kid. We got 4 donuts and sat down to eat them while the glaze drenched fresh donuts. I took a bite of my Oreo donut, and didn't think it was all that good. Surprising since my kid had a cake batter that was a.ma.zing! Then I realized there was no creme filling. I mentioned it and they took the tray and cut open every donut that was left. All of them were severely lacking on filling. Then they went to the next tray. Same thing, very light filling. Finally they found a tray that was good, but they went through a good 20 donuts to get me one that was right, and apologized profusely. The staff and management really showed great customer service! UPDATE: 1/20/22 Went a few days ago. Still great service and very good donuts.

    Couldn’t order two additional glazed donuts because there was a “line” isn’t that not my concern but yours ? I didn’t tell you to close your lobby. I couldn’t even get the frozen drink I wanted because they weren’t taking any drinks that were frozen which is dumb I will take my money elsewhere. Whoever Took my order and gave me are both lazy enough to do something so simple

    The Krispy kreme donuts were warm tasty and hit the sweet tooth spot. The only problem was the wait...it was kind of long on a Sunday early evening. We did carryout and with just 2 people ahead of us, we waited about 20 minutes. Looked about the same for drive through. Parking spots right out front. You could watch the donuts being made freshly for you to take. There is a decent sitting area and you can also get drinks to suit your taste buds. The donuts, I wouldn't recommend very often but it's a must occasionally. IT IS HARD TO HAVE JUST ONE.

    Literally every time we come here, they are out of multiple donut types and all I want is original glazed donuts and they never even have that. They lock their doors and seem to always have the sitting area closed so you’re force you to go through the drive thru and then you get trapped when you realize there’s no donuts you want to order. It would be nicer if you could just go in and check to see what donuts they’ve made that day and have available and use the restroom if needed.

    The customer service at this location is not even one star . The lobby is never open , but they have their friend sitting in the seat just hanging out . The manger is has being seen sleeping on the back and is some times called to void tickets . And they will tell you that they have to get the manager to void it , so the car line is always long and you can never see what they have on the shelf to buy . This is the only location close to my area and I rather drive to 95th st rather than have to deal with this location . There has been times that they just tell you there is no donuts at all . How can there be no donuts at a donut shop . They have to change all the staff and fire everyone and start with new regional manage , this location can do mutch better and is making the company look really bad .

    Great donuts, clean store and very impressive customer service. We arrived on bike on one of the busiest days I have ever seen (BOGO- anniversary). They were only taking online and drive through orders but we're very efficient and the customer service of the person handing out online orders was more than impressive- dare I say superb? They handled the customers with respect, patience and efficiency. A "Karen" moment occurred right after we got our donuts in which an irate women storms to the locked door and banged on it. The employee answered and she immediately went on a tirade, yelling about how the people in the drive-through was blocking her car from leaving. The professionalism of the employee was apparent when he said "I did not start to yell at you and I would appreciate it if you would calm down and we can have a conversation". This of course sent the women into a frenzy pointing out the numerous cars and still remaining elevated. The employee came out and offered solutions for her to get her car out through other paths, but it was clear that the woman wanted to have the employee either direct or physically pickup all the cars out of her way so she could back out. She was so obstinate and would not take the solutions that she then threatens to call 911 about cars in the parking lot. The employee then left as they saw no other way to deescalate the situation. As we left the scene we observed her getting into her car and pulling out with ease. Kudos to the employee who was most impressive.

    Sometimes these donuts are not fresh. You know when u pick up the box when you hear how hard they are be they are sliding around. Fresh donuts don’t slide and make noise. They fix perfectly in the box. one out of every 4 visits turn out good. This is like 25% of the time.

    I ordered online at 3pm for a 9:15 pickup. When I arrive (after having received a confirmation email) the drive through personnel says “sorry all I have right now is original glazed” to which I responded with the fact that I made this order 6 hours ago and received email confirmation AND was charged for this order to then not even be able to get it resolved with what I even ordered. They seemed to not care at all. If you offer a pickup option then maybe you should take care to call your customers if there is an issue with the order especially since this location is the closest to me-and that’s a 35 minute drive for nothing!

    Ordered online at 11 am pick up was for 1 pm. When we arrived the entire shop was very dirty. There were Donuts on the floor frosting everywhere even on the chairs and counter tops. This is the part the customer sees imagine what happens in the food prepping area. After driving 30 minutes half way home we realized the order was completely wrong. We had placed an order for the holidays Donuts and did not receive anything we ordered. We drove back and the manager did the order over herself. We waited another 15 minutes but at least we got it.

    Ordered a Halloween promo dozen donuts. Staff didn't even bother to include all the characters in the box. If you're looking to get creative office donuts or fun food for the kids go to another KK location.

    Krispy kreme donuts were so fresh, hot and ready upon me purchasing a dozen of the original glaze! Drive thru line was super long at first but I went to do some shopping and came back later, it was finally down enough to go and place my order. Donut prices have went up drastically for a dozen now! $13.99 for all glaze but $18.99 for assorted dozen. I remember back when those prices were so much more cheaper than that! It's crazy and that's why I don't buy them much anymore. Just an occasional treat once in a while.

    DangerousLY delish 😝. Super glad there isn’t one less than an hour away. HA! It is in a plaza. Just off the highway. Location has a drive up. I got the 3 pack Assortments $5.69. Dang most prices everywhere has gone up. I was going to get the Original glazed and decided to try some of the flavored dough. Felicia was helping me and she ended up giving me a fresh glazed in addition to my order to try. I said, I wanted something hot lol. She actually spelled my name correctly on her own. Her listening skills is on point. First of the year! Enjoyed. Super sweet. Definitely need a coffee with. This place always seems so clean when I come here. Bathroom is tidy and kept presentable for public use. L to R: Glazed Blueberry cake. It looks hard but soft. Glazed Raspberry— this is yummy filled. Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake— I was drawn to the cheesecake. It’s alright. The cheesecake were just the icing.

    The chillers are so small for the price and they did not fill my cup up. The older woman at the register seemed as if she didn't want to be there and a good majority of the donuts were "unavailable" so we just got glazed. It was clean and the donuts were good.

    I've been to this location only twice because I got a gift card and each time I've been pleasantly surprised. One time it was the Friday before Christmas and it was insane as everyone was grabbing donuts but I dealt with Chakeia and she was awesome. Greeted me with kindness and after waiting behind a bunch of people with huge orders she had mine ready pretty much as I got to the window. Definitely will be coming back!

    This Krispy Kreme sucks, plain and simple! It was good a couple years ago...some point from last year until now, absolute garbage! The staff(not all but some) don't know anything about customer service and have attitudes. This location seems to be out of most of their donuts all the time and the selection is incredibly limited to just a handful especially early in the morning at 7:30am-9am.....like what the heck??? I don't have this issue at any other donut chain place or local bakery, so what's the issue here? Don't ever order coffee here, it's a complete waist of money. I had a employee try to service me hot coffee with curdled expire creamer, I told him of he could give me a fresh cup because the creamer went bad when he handed it to me. I've had iced coffee that was warmer at the top, cold at the bottom like someone tossed hot coffee in a cup of ice. Don't ever get pumpkin spice, I've had a pumpkin spice latte where a half a quarter of a large cup was pure pumpkin spice at the bottom of cup. Complete trash location!

    Had a great visit to one the nicest Krispy Kreme's I have ever visited. The staff is just amazing. They just went through and got treated better than expected. I have had really good customer service. I purchased one box of honey glazed and it was absolutely soft and delicious. Love Krispy Kreme, but this branch in particular is awesome!

    I've always had a great expeience at this store. But had to knock down at least one star after driving through Tuesday evening 11/1/22. This time, I placed my order for a dozen original and the girl taking the order tried to rush me through to the window. I stopped her and said I also wanted 2 chocolate frosted donuts in addition and she said ok. When I got to the window, she just gave me the dozen original. When I said that I was missing the 2 chocolate frosted donuts, she just said "We don't have any chocolate". I have to wonder why she didn't just tell me that when I ordered instead of waiting until I got to the window and pretending I never placed the order at all. Poor customer service. On top of that, the dozen original donuts were not fresh. Hopefully this was just a one time thing. Here are some pictures of thier other menu options. Maybe they will have them if you order one.

    Extremely rude and unprofessional when asked about birthday donuts. When we called they hung up on us after talking impatiently about us to their coworkers. The manager was very rude and didnt want to listen to what we had to say. I will not be giving this company my money.

    Absolutely love Krispie Kreme...obviously. Especially since they're always fresh and delicious! Only downside is that they make you buy an entire dozen of their holiday doughnuts because they won't let you add them into an assorted dozen. Bummer. Service was friendly and everything appeared clean. We will be back.

    Amazingly fresh and crispy donuts! I drove an hour for these and it was worth it. Their famous glazed donuts are the best. But I've also tried their specialty donuts. They are all just as amazing. The staff is very friendly and nice. If you want to see the fresh donuts rolling in the rack I would suggest going at that time.

    I have been ordering online from this location for a little over a year now and they are always on point. No crushed boxes or donuts, orders always right, nothing missing. I appreciate them and their partnership with DoorDash so I get to have these yummy treats when I’m unable to do an in-store pick up.

    I placed an online order for delivery. I get a call a few minutes after stating that they don't have any of the items I ordered at the time. So me not knowing they get delivery with door-dash I told them to deliver it when they did have it. They waited until the driver arrived and cancelled my order. the full payment went through. I contacted them and couldn't believe that i still got charged for service, delivery and the items when my order was cancelled. I'm currently waiting for a refund but they said it can take up to ten business days. that's super inconvenient. I know it has nothing to do with the employees but management and the company should do better. If you are out of stock update that in the system. Don't process a whole order, and take the money. Just to cancel it. It is a waste of everyone's time. This seriously soured my experience and day. I was so excited to share the valentines donuts box with my husband. Just to be out of money and wasted my time waiting for them at home.

    They never have the Hot Light on when it's supposed to be on. It's supposed to be on at 4pm every day but they don't have fresh donuts until 6pm. Also the employees are very rude. Long drive thru lines. And if you have any special requests or want certain flavors they will not do it. They also served me two dozens of cold hard donuts. The donuts here are good if you come when the hot light is on and they are fresh. But don't expect good customer service. Also the flavored assorted donuts are usually old and stale. Stick to the original glazed.

    Hard review. See- I could tell they had good quality products and service it’s just- the machine was broken. Was looking forward to that $5 dozen deal. But all things considered I was given a coffee for the road and pointed in right direction for the next closest location on my route. THAT is customer service beyond expectations and I will be back to amend this review for its 5th star as soon I’m in Chicago again. Thank you!

    This store is terrible. After waiting in a long drive thru line for about 15 minutes just to place an order, I was informed that they are out of the Valentine and other premium Donuts. At 10am! To make matters worse once you are in the drive-thru you can't get out so I was stuck in the line for another 15 minutes. This is my 5th try in the last 2 weeks to get these donuts. They are always OUT. I have gone at various times of the day. I have in the past been inside the store and waited a long time just to get a regular donut and coffee. Usually most of the employees are sitting around in the dining area and only 1 or 2 are working. I have placed orders online for Christmas donuts, paid extra for them and when I got them home only 2 of 12 donuts were Christmas donuts.

    Very very disappointed with the service. I called this location yesterday asking if the deal for getting a donut with each A on a report card was happening & the worker told me that it was & the max I could get was 6 donuts. I go to this Krispy Kreme location today & the workers told me that they in fact do not have this deal. I drove over an hour to get here & was very dissatisfied. All workers should have knowledge about the promotions going on & it’s wrong to be spreading misinformation to customers.

    Absolutely horrible! Even the management was rude and unprofessional!!! I would not recommend this place at all I rather dive out of my way and go to another 1!!!!!

    Went through drive-through the service was not that great they did not have any napkins the lady gave me some paper towels she tour off a roll 🥺

    The last 3 times I’ve gone during work hours the building was locked. However employees could be seen lounging around inside. If I did something like that at my job I’d be fired.
