I highly recommend calling ahead if you plan on swimming. The pictures on Google show an indoor pool with hot tub. This is false. It's a tiny, outdoor pool that was closed during our stay. We were told it would be re-opened the next day, it wasn't. I would have booked a different hotel had I been told the truth. Otherwise, the beds were comfy, the shampoo was awesome, the AC worked without issue, not a lot of crazy noise or bad smells and the staff were very friendly. Had it not been for the pool issues and feeling deceived, I would give this a higher rating.

Me and my boyfriend are truck drivers from California and this was our first time getting a hotel while being on the road. We were stuck nearby because our pickup wasn’t for the next day so we decided to stay here. The rooms were super clean and smelled super fresh! The area is very quiet which helped us relax a lot easier! The front desk workers are very helpful and friendly and gave us two water bottles before checking into our rooms. The water pressure is amazing and doesn’t take long to warm up. The only issue was that there was no truck parking inside so we had to park on the street, but it wasn’t too much of a big deal because we were able to see our truck from our window. Most of the hotels nearby don’t have truck parking either. Definitely booking another room if we end up back in the area again!

I have nothing bad to say. Breakfast was good, room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I received awful news while I was there and some of the staff were so concerned and comforting me. I was alone and really needed that. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't see enough positive things about this location. Calling with questions because we were running late the person who answered was so nice. When we arrived the woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect. You are around a lot of gas stations and restaurants and it definitely felt safe. The rooms I have no complaints about. They were extremely clean the beds were so comfortable. I don't know that I've seen a hotel this clean and I've been traveling a lot for a long time. Definitely someplace we'd come back to with no worries.

My grandson is staying there after losing his home due to a house fire. They have been kind and accommodating. Nice clean facilities and rooms.

I find it funny I’m a diamond member of Hilton I left a complaint with Hilton and the front desk for no one to have anything to say…. Yet syringes were found in my room it wasn’t cleaned and they offer a hundred percent guarantee labeled on their front desk and when you ask for a general manager to call you they say ok to shut you up and ignore you…. WONDERFUL PLACE!!! NOT! DO NOT STAY HERE

We arrived very late due traffic congestion and were so pleased the clerk was welcoming, courteous and very guest oriented. He checked us in, recognized our Hilton Honors membership and fully briefed us on WiFi, checkout and breakfast issues. The hotel is clean, easy to get into and out if and the facilities in great condition. Our room was clean, odor free and the bathroom hygienic. Breakfast items weren’t great but included oatmeal baked products, cereal, good coffee, yogurt, waffles and juices. The egg frittata and sausage gravy tasted like bad canned food, very inferior quality. The biscuits were tasty but a bit dried out. We would stay here again if passing thru area.

Great location right off Hwy 65 at exit 21. I called ahead & made our reservation with Jennifer who was so helpful. The place is 26 years old, but has been upgraded recently & it's lovely.

Jeremiah, the night manager, treated us with respect and courtesy. He made sure our dogs were comfortable. It was their first stay in a hotel room.

The ad said they had a pool and jacuzzi but no jacuzzi and the pool was closed due to maintenance on the hottest days of the year. They kept saying it would be open the next day just to get us to stay but it never opened.

All-in-all, for an overnight one night stay, this was a nice place. Have stayed here before, but this time seemed different; maybe it was the check-in clerk, she was a joy to be greeted by, not ho-hum and dull.

Clean fresh. Bed sheets super....husband played golf. I confined myself to hotel...watched TV ...alot of channels. Read book..rooms/ hall quiet a plus. Coffee station downstairs. Coffee makers in room....microwave..mini-fridge. Perfect ...

I work here, but honestly we have a good crew that cares about the guest and go above and beyond for them. Very clean and the breakfast is so good 😊

Great breakfast and a great place to stay. Located close to everything we were in the area for.

Loved our stay here as we passed through Louisville! The room was clean and updated. The check in was super fast and efficient (so nice after a 14 hour long car ride). I was grateful for the nightlight in the bathroom as well, to keep from using the bright overhead bathroom lights at night. Complimentary breakfast was good and right on time at 6am. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. This was in stark contrast to a Holiday Inn Express we stayed in a few days before. Haven’t stayed in a Hampton Inn in years, but will now be looking for them when traveling.

The thermostat in our room was finicky and the breakfast area was far too small and not stocked well enough for how many people were trying to eat. Otherwise it was a standard stay.

Price was a tad high, but we stopped on the fly, so you'll have that. It was a nice stay. Very nice staff. Jackie, the operations manager was really kind at check out, and Autumn was super nice at check in.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Beautiful hotel. Modern, clean and everything working properly. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The outdoor pool was a huge plus.

This Hampton Inn was affordable except for the 75 dollar pet fee. The establishment is modern and airy and clean. The pool was closed which was extremely disappointing. Nice place. Great employees. Great base price.

We have stayed in a lot of Hampton properties but this by far is the best. The service here is exceptional from the front desk staff to the breakfast area and housekeeping. You can tell that there first priority is their guest. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back.l

We had a wonderful experience staying here. We were on the road in our moving truck and found this stop along the way. Pet friendly (did have to pay a small fee), clean rooms, and great breakfast in th morning. We had a moment there that we thought we lost one of cats in the room and two staff members did everything to help us find this cat. Turns out she had found a hidden space which took us an hour to find. We really appreciate the kind staff that helped us find our cat! I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is staying in the area, you will get great, kind service!

Hampton Inn is always a safe bet. This one is actually very nice. I saw one review that said this location was unpretentious..... whatever that means and who uses that word I don't know. I do know but this one is very nice. The staff is friendly. Great breakfast. It's in an excellent location for getting into Louisville in the morning before the interstate traffic builds up. No road noise too which is very nice.

Rank dank FIRST room and had a mouse about crawl over my foot within minutes of walking in the room. The only reason the review isn't one star is the lady at the front desk. She did her best to make things right under the circumstances.
