I came exhausted from traveling 2 days. The room looked clean but was not. I saw a sock left behind from the previous guest. No one had run a vacuum. Lots of other debris on the carpet. The phone and table had stains from a previous guest. The door to the bathroom was dented and unable to close from the previous company. Exhausted, I fell asleep on top of the sheets with my clothes one. The next morning, I went to shower. The towels hung up as clean WERE NOT. They had makeup on them from someone else. I don't wear makeup. Towel had black mascara and the other some type of foundation. Other than that, the location is great!! Service as well. Travel so much never seen a room this bad.

There was no hot water. The water would get hot for a second and then turn icy cold. The stuff was rude and took no responsibility for anything. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. No show cap or remote control in the room either. We had to call in to get a remote control. It maybe a labor shortage or something else, but…. Whatever it is, don’t stay here. It doesn’t worth the money at all. Any motel would provide better service for fraction of the price. This is the picture of the bathroom floor. Shame on them

As an avid supporter of the Marriott brand and a loyal guest, I have always held Marriott in high regard. However, the way I was treated during my stay has left me feeling unappreciated and disheartened. I encountered an unfortunate incident involving the night shift desk clerk named Joe. I have stayed at Marriott properties for years, including over 14 nights recently with several more planned for me and my staff, and I have always experienced exceptional service. Regrettably, this was not the case during my recent visit. I had made specific requests through the Marriott app, which were acknowledged by your staff. However, despite the assurance, my requests were not fulfilled even after waiting for over two hours. When I approached Joe at the front desk to inquire about the status of my requests, his demeanor was disrespectful and dismissive. He informed me that he was "done" and wished he could go home. When I expressed my disappointment about the unfulfilled requests, he told me that I could speak to someone else the following day or on Monday, and that he would no longer communicate with me. He left me standing in the lobby alone and unsupervised as he went to retrieve a pack of cigarettes and then smoked outside right beside the front entrance. Furthermore, I requested two additional pillows for my room, only to be told that there were none available anywhere in the hotel. This response was disheartening, especially considering the time of night and the likelihood of unoccupied rooms that could have provided the requested pillows. Joe also refused to grant me my complementary priority late check-out, citing management's decision and implying that loyalty status didn't matter. His explanation that he had been with Marriott for over 20 years and had to take a test to understand the rules felt unnecessary and unprofessional. This incident has left me questioning my loyalty to the Marriott brand. I have always valued Marriott over other hotel chains, but this encounter has made me feel unappreciated and disrespected. I must end by commending the hotel for providing a beautiful and clean room during my stay. The convenience of the hotel’s location was also greatly appreciated. However, I regret to inform you that there were certain aspects of my stay that fell short of expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the assistance provided by Ashley from the front desk staff. After a series of unfortunate interactions with another staff member, Ashley was able to fulfill a request I had made. Her timely response, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, by the time Ashley was able to assist, it was well past midnight. As a result, my family, including two young children, had been kept awake well past their normal bedtimes. While I am grateful for Ashley’s intervention, the extended disruption to our sleep schedule was challenging and impacted our overall enjoyment of the stay. . One of the highlights of my stay was the assistance that was finally provided by Ashley from the front desk staff in an effort to redeem my confidence. After a series of unfortunate interactions with another staff member, Ashley was able to fulfill a request I had made. I sincerely hope that Marriott takes this matter seriously and investigates the incident further. I believe that such incidents go against the values and service standards that Marriott is known for. I look forward to a prompt resolution and your assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

I spend 30 days in this place, my experience was great, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, mini fridge and microwave in bedroom, daily room service, in building guest laundry room (they have a mini store where you can find laundry supplies), they also have breakfast from 6am to 9:30am. The area is surrounded by restaurants and fast food establishments, a gas station, a laundry place.

Nice hotel. Convenient location right off the highway with plenty of parking. Well maintained building still seems like new. Rooms are good size with a real size TV! Plenty of channels to entertain the kids. Thermostat / HVAC was a little funky but we made it work. Small pool and fitness room don't look like they get much use. Good breakfast. Coffee could be better as you would expect. Staff was friendly in our limited interaction. Good value family hotel. We would go back.

I will start by saying this was a corporate booking. Apparently, the card on file had a wrong expiration date, so it took 2 hours to get in my room. The general manager was great in doing everything he could, and I appreciated that. The bad was housekeeping. Out of the 4 nights there, they made the bed once. And never refilled the coffee packs in the room.

Our stay was fantastic in every way. Hotel staff were very kind and professional! Sierra at the front desk displayed incredible hospitality by going above and beyond.

It was nice. The room had a bit of an odor, but it was tolerable. Breakfast was great and full of variety.

Hotel is two years old. It’s about 10 miles South of the airport and Expo Center. Nice, quiet area in Hillview. Gas stations and a Cracker Barrel, McDonalds and Burger King all in walking distance. We were there for Louder Than Life Festival with other festival/convention attendees. Suite was great and got housekeeping. Staff very friendly. Even let me get my stainless travel mug out of the room after I had checked out. It was the nicest, affordable place we could’ve stayed in the Jefferson/Bullitt Co. area. Definitely recommend this place.

I don't usually review hotels. The hotel was fine. No issues. This review is really for Dave at the front desk. One of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in a while. Thanks, Dave

Omg, I love this place. Niki was the front desk lady. Dressed professional an such a refreshing pleasure to speak to after a looooong day. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The rooms were perfect. I will stay here again! The wife loved the waffles. Some hotels with breakfast, the batter is average. You can tell this is quailty!

An average hotel. Room had decent facilities including fridge and microwave oven. However bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It runs in an old building and looks like it will soon move to the next building which is still under construction.

This Fairfield was exactly what I'd hoped for - quiet, clean, and solid for a work trip. Didn't eat any of the food onsite, but the service was good when at the front desk, and my room was large and cold. Would stay again, but don't expect anything particularly unique.

Lovely hotel. Seemed brand new. Looks great. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom large. The pool was nice, on the smaller side but good to stretch out some muscles and tire out the kids. The majority of the staff were friendly some were stand-offish. However we had issues with charges to our card, so be aware of your accounts.

Stayed here two nights so we could drive south to view total solar eclipse. Our stay was enjoyable and the staff made us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable and our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Would definitely stay here again!

10 nights in a row, staff on days are great, nights not so much, it seems they are bothered with any request that is asked of them. The guy on mids would rather level up his game on the lobby computer then help us. I over heard him ask people to leave because he could not use his computer to check them in. They even wanted to do the res on line but he said nope... Rooms are clean but staff never check to see if they need serviced since covid. They leave breakfast easy food (cereal, yogart, fruit) out all day which is nice since not everyone is up at 9 am.. coffee is terrible......

Had a great time. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was great and fully stacked. Fresh fruit, hot waffles, yogurt, great coffee. Hotel had outdoor swimming pool that wasn't cleaned and exercise room smelled musky. Hotel halls and elevator however smelled fresh and clean. Front desk was nice.

Beautiful hotel. I had to leave the hotel my work booked because it was so dirty and unsafe. My husband called this Fairfield Inn and the desk was SO helpful. I walked in exhausted from my long trip and work that day and the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile and apologies! She had nothing to apologize for but wanted to make sure I felt safe and at home. I'm so thankful for her and this hotel. My room was clean and smelled like fresh laundry. My room was cleaned the next night just the same. The parking lot was well lit and I always felt safe.

Disappointing for a marriott property. No shampoo, frayed towels, dated decor, good breakfast considering Covid. Some noise enters room. Renovations are starting and not a moment too soon. Until finished, I would look elsewhere.

Stayed here before but its kind of pricey fir the rooms ... used to have my sons birthday parties in the conference room there... it's nice but not over a hundred dollars a night nice! Even with the jacuzzi it's not worth that .. the staff is great though... I didn't stay recently just drove by

Clean rooms and friendly desk service. Pretty good hot breakfast in morning. But decision to cut thru wall in hall way to fix pipes for next room down in the evening and not notify me or offer another room was questionable. Extremely loud and annoying.

Most staff are kind and friendly most of the time (most of the time being the best possible from a human, really). Nice rooms, especially for the Priceline deal price. It's quiet too which is nice and with check-out at 12 instead of 11 you can really get good rest here! If you wake up early there's a grab and go breakfast free in the lobby (because covid). Highly recommend this hotel .
