When I walked in I was greeted by a man he was very nice. I enjoyed the experience up until my sandwich began getting dressed. I order the sub club like always.The young lady began dressing my sandwich and tossed everything on it. I asked her politely to stop tossing everything she than caught a little attitude 🙄 I didn't want to be one of those customers so I let her ways fall through. She squirted a lot of mustard and vinegar I than asked her are you okay because I never saw this type of behavior when ordering from them. I was so upset inside that I didn't ask her what her name was she has a piercing with dark black hair white and young . I will recommend the place just not her service. I tried to eat it!!

The kids that work here are rude. Girl with long brown curly hair. Boy with curly dark hair. I'm not old, but I could see the disrespect for the older folks that came in. First and last visit.

I order from the app all the time. This was the first time I ordered from the app and it told me to come pick it up an hour later. Lunchtime is crazy and they are crazy slow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP. They take those orders last. I saw several rounds of people order, get their stuff and go while I was waiting for my order. I did have someone ask me what my name was and they told me that my order would take another 25 minutes. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands do not come to this Jersey Mike's. You're better off grabbing a bite at a sit-down restaurant. Below is the photo for lunch. Ok the bearded guy who was incessantly complaining to the customers that he should have his own Jersey Mike's store was the guy who told me that I had to wait 25 minutes more. 15 minutes later another associate asked me what my name was and made mu sub. That associate apologized for my wait. Not only that, they were the biggest Subs I've ever eaten from Jersey Mike's. IMO that young man made up for some if the rudenessfor the slovenly looking bearded guy with no name tag. Wish I had gotten his name. But the largest Jersey Mike's Subs I've ever gotten deserved another star even though I still had to wait an hour.

I went into Jersey mikes tonight at the sea turtle plaza. We order one cold sub and one hot sub. I got my cold sub no problem our hot sub did not come out we waited at a table then went up to ask about our hot sub. I was told by the I guess manager guy with curly pony tale that they had to remake it. We waited patiently more orders coming out of the grill but not ours. I went back over to ask again and was told by this guy you will get it when you get it. I let him know that is horrible customer service. They made the mistake and I have to pay for it. The guy wouldn't even look at me and he never brought the sandwich one of the other people brought it. My husband wouldn't eat it but of course we paid for it. We won't be back ever.

Came in Tuesday evening with my son to order a total of 4 subs (ordering for my family)They seemed slow but the young white girl was taking our order kept asking for our next order and other aspects of the order and would look at you with disrespect... you could not hear her... and I knew she was going to start to get our orders wrong... the younger black girl and boy were much more helpful... but the other girl started getting every one else food messed up too.. I'm an old Army vet and understand the importants of communication... the lack of care in that girls eyes was sad.... everyone started to pay for her not even trying to pay attention to detail. 6/27/2023 about 7:30 p.m.

Typical sub shop, the food was great, staff a little unfriendly. Maybe it's a true Jersey thing, I not used to being talked down to.. Never would allow it from my staff, it was a holiday weekend. They were really nit that busy.

What you guys call and original Italian sub is actually called a spicy Italian. The guy making the subs was a little snippy. But all around not that bad. I'll be coming here in the future. I would recommend to a friend.

Everything was delicious. One of the lady's super sweet and the young guy! But the other guy was so rude!! I'm not going back !! He needs to change the actitud 👎

Just ok as this first time I was here, I was not overly impressed. Workers were not overly friendly, just glad to get what I paid for and leave.

Food is always delicious. It's very difficult to find good help these days one brunette young lady is kinda rude but everyone else is kind.

On July 17 2023 around 2pm, there was a lady at the cash register with horrible customer service. I’m usually pretty cool about customer service because I know you’re doing your best and very busy at times with other customers but this woman was horrible. She didn’t say anything to me after wrapping my sandwich and was talking to a local lady she knew that was waiting on her sandwich. Then as I’m leaving she didn’t even give me my receipt or ask if I wanted it among other things. That kind of behavior is a big deal for me. I should’ve told her manager about her attitude and energy but a review also helps them know and also future customers in the area know as well

Today I visited Hilton Head Island and of course how not to go to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich, they are really good, I was amazed, the service is very good, there was only one guy and he was very friendly even though he was alone with so many orders, good job my congratulations for good work and good attention

Good food, but not enough of it. I ordered a Giant sub and only got half. Yes, I enunciated the word Giant very clearly and loudly as well. Just be sure yousee what they're making you never assume they heard right. I ended up going half hungry.
